Abstract

This research examines the role of the team evaluation absorption budgeting control in acceleration local government budget on Regional Development Agency of East Kalimantan Province. Based on the research we concluded that the role of the evaluation team monitoring budget spending has not fully in place to improve targer realization of budget absorption, as influenced by three factors namely: First, reporting implementation budget spending to policy holders in adsministrasi, Second, commitment on each SKPD leadership in carrying out the process of accelerating absorption in the scope of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province, Third, reward and punishment for each apparatus and leadership in every SKPD in the scope of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan, particularly in East Kalimantan Provincial Bappeda.

Abstract

This research aims to find out to what extent the program of subsidized rice for the needs of Sambutan Sub-district Samarinda has been successful. It is measured by effectiveness, efficiency, sufficiency, distribution, responsiveness, and accuracy and based on those criteria the reccomendations for future policy can be formulated.

Abstract

The research examines the Education Policy Implementation Guide Level Elementary And Secondary Education in Bulungan North Kalimantan (Case Study In SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Selor). The result showed the overall picture that the Free Education Policy Implementation Level Elementary And Secondary Education in Bulungan North Kalimantan (Case Study In SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Selor) has been used in accordance with the provisions and target groups BOSDA in SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Selor. Although in terms of the amount received is not in accordance with the provisions, but the school felt greatly helped by BOSDA. Factors inhibiting the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 13 Year 2014 concerning the implementation of the program of free education in primary and secondary education in Bulungan, complexity in the preparation of an accountability report that is due to the short period of preparation of accountability reports.

Abstract

This study examines the Civil Service Management in Improving Performance In the State Civil Administrative Secretariat of the Province of East Kalimantan, which is motivated by the uneven performance of the State Civil Apparatus contained in the Secretariat of the Province of East Kalimantan. Based on the results obtained from the conclusion that the implementation process of the personnel management at the Secretariat of the Province of East Kalimantan has been performing well, it is apparent from Has the implementation of elements of management, coaching an employee is working, coaching effectiveness and efficiency that has been accomplished in the process of improving the performance Apparatus State Civil , staffing is carried out by using a selection of office and process assessment center in accordance with the legislation in force, taking disciplinary action for employees has been implemented in accordance with the regulations in force , the implementation of activities of physical and mental development for the whole Apataur State Civil environment of the Secretariat of the Province of East Kalimantan and the establishment of good working relationships between superiors and subordinates

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure and analyze the variables that become the main attention, which in this case, the influence of competence, communication, and compensation of the working group (pokja) performance on East Borneo Government Services Procurement Unit (ULP). Based on the research we can conclude that (1) Competence variable (X1), proven that it is statistically have significant influences to the performance variable (Y) of Working Group, (2) Communication variable (X2), proven that it is statistically have significant influences to the performance variable (Y) of Working Group, (3) Compensation variable (X3) statistically have significant influences to the performance variable (Y) of Working Group, (4) Simultaneously, competence variable (X1) and communication variable (X2) have significant influences to the performance (Y) of Working Group, (5) Simultaneously, competence variable (X1) and compensation variable (X3) have significant influences to the performance (Y) of Working Group, (6)  Simultaneously, communication variable (X2) and compensation variable (X3) altogether have significant influences to the performance (Y) of Working Group, (7) In Anova table, we can see the significant value is 0,001 for the whole variable, therefore we can conclude that competence(X1), communication (X2), and compensation (X3) altogether have significant influence to the performance (Y) of Working Group in East Borneo Provincial Government ULP.
