Abstract

The aims of this article is to uncover the facts with an in-depth analysis of the study of archipelago qur’an interpretation as an interpretation sourced from the Holy Qur'an as a way of life for its adherents. The scientific treasures in interpreting the Qur'an continues to grow along with the ability of humans to express the meaning contained in it. This article uses the literature study method with a deep analysis so that it can be used as a foothold in interpretive scientific studies. In the archipelago, the development of interpretations from the VII-XV (classical) century became the embryo of the opening horizons of thought in the period that followed in interpreting the Qur'an as a book originating from the revelation of Almighty God. The simplicity of the classical interpretation does not reduce the substance of the verses in it but more than that, the interpretation of the Qur'an in that era has become a knowledge that is able to give a scientific style in the archipelago. Therefore, this paper will thoroughly discuss the embryo of Qur’anic interpretation in the classical period as a scientific treasure and the development of interpretation in the archipelago to be used as an analytical study of the development of interpretation in the middle and contemporary periods.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the history of the development of science from time to time recorded by existing historical literature and mentions some of the figures behind the discovery of scientific theories and their development. The phases of the development of science are called periodization in the history of the development of science starting from ancient times, middle ages, modern times and contemporary times. While the phases of the development of science in the Islamic world began from the time of the Prophet, Khulafau Ar-Rashidin, the Umayyads, Daula Abbasids and the revival of Islam until now. When science in the European world suffered a setback but on the contrary what happened in the Islamic world of science developed rapidly until the peak of glory.

Abstract

A patent is an exclusive right granted by the State to an inventor on the results of his invention in the field of technology, which for a certain period of time, carries out the inventory himself or gives his consent to another party to carry it out. This study aims to determine whether patent rights can be categorized as inherited assets. This research is library research where the descriptive method is used to describe the position of the patent rights, while the comparative method compares the patent rights with Islamic law, and the analysis method is to analyze whether a patent can be classified into inheritance law and how to inherit it. The results showed that a patent is a right that can be categorized as al-māl gahir al-mutaqawwim, which is immeasurable, and its value varies (uncertain). Patents have different characteristics from rights that can be inherited in general. The object of inheritance in a patent is the reward obtained from the use of a process or an invention that has been patented. If the patented invention is not used, nothing will be inherited from the patent right. The distribution of royalties obtained from a patent right can be carried out with several provisions, including waiting until a certain time limit, and then the property is divided based on the provisions of Islamic inheritance, or the property is directly distributed whenever there is the use of a patent by another party.

Abstract

This study aims to provide general guidance to religious authorities and the prosecution on the conduct of magic in society for the purpose of the process of enforcement and prosecution of magic practitioners. Apart from that, it is also an explanation and exposure to the Muslim community about the dangers of believing in the practice of magic and its use that can lead to the deviation of the beliefs of a Muslim. This study is based on the Results of the Muzakarah of the Fatwa Committee of the National Council for Islamic Religious Affairs Malaysia: Law on the belief in the practice of magic and its use according to Islamic perspective has been gazetted as a Fatwa in several State Fatwa Departments in Malaysia. Violation of the fatwa decision that has been gazetted as an offense because it is considered an insult to Islam and the Religious Authority. The objective of this study will be to discuss the characteristics of superstitious practices, forms of magic practices, the characteristics of magic practitioners, in brief, the role of the authorities in combating magic practices. The methodology used in this study is a library study that is the analysis of documents such as books and articles. It is hoped that these guidelines can also provide understanding and explanation to Muslims in this country on the characteristics of the practice of magic, superstition, and magic according to the Islamic perspective with the hope that the Muslim community stays away from all practices that can threaten the faith, threaten the lives of others and affect harmony society if there is no collective effort from all authorities to curb it.

Abstract

This study aims to guide the Shariah judiciary, especially the Prosecution Department and the judges, in determining Islamic medical experts as an expert opinion to be adopted in the trial for cases of magic crimes in Shariah courts. These Guidelines will also be the basis of reference and guidance to the state Islamic religious department (JAIN) and government agencies such as the Malaysian Islamic Development Department (JAKIM) related to certified Islamic medical experts. This study will discuss the conditions Ruqyah Syar'iyyah in Islamic medicine, the pillars Ruqyah Syar'iyyah in Islamic medicine, ethics of Islamic medicine practitioners, the conditions of Islamic medical practitioners in brief. In addition, this study also highlights the principles of Islamic treatment and etiquette of Islamic treatment practices. The methodology used in this study is a library study that is a list of documents such as books and articles. It is hoped that these guidelines can also provide understanding and explanation to Muslims in this country on thae conditions and ethics of Islamic medicine. In addition, it aims to identify true practitioners of Islamic medicine and coincide with the standards of Islamic requirements in the hope that the Muslim community will seek and receives treatment services from real practitioners of Islamic medicine. This step must be played collectively by all authoritative parties to introduce the true practice of Islamic medicine and comply with the principles of faith and Islamic law.
