Al-Bahtsu: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Islam, yang diterbitkan oleh Pascasarjana IAIN Bengkulu. Al-Bahtsu adalah jurnal yang memuat tentang hasil Penelitian Pendidikan Islam dan segala hal yang melibatkan Pendidikan Pendidikan Islam secara integratif. Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Pascasarjana IAIN Bengkulu, yang terbit 2 kali dalam setahun yaitu di bulan Juni dan Desember. Berdasarkan Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Penguatan Riset dan Pengembangan Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi Republik Indonesia Nomor 30/E/KPT/2019 bahwasanya jurnal Al-Bahtsu terhitung pada tanggal 11 November tahun 2019 terakreditasi Sinta 5. Oleh sebab itu, editor menyambut pendidik, peneliti, dan praktisi pendidikan untuk mengumpulkan artikel untuk diterbitkan di jurnal ini. Seluruh artikel akan direview oleh pakar Pendidikan Islam sebelum di publikasi. Setiap penulis bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya atas isi artikel yang telah dipublikasikan.

The purpose of this research is to know a significant influence of methodology learning subject variables toward PPL, a significant influence of micro teaching variables toward PPL, and a significant influence of methodology learning sub- ject and micro teaching variables toward PPL students of Prodi PAI TA. 2016/2017 in STAIN Curup. The quantitative research method with the type of research expost facto was used in this research. The population was all students of Prodi PAI TA.2016/2017 in STAIN Curup which consists of 177 people with a sample of 60 people, and the instruments were documenta- tion and questionnaire. The result showed that there was a significant influence between methodology learning subject towards PPL students with the coefficient of determination (R square) as 0,935, it explained that the influence of methodology learning subject towards PPL students was 93,5 %. Next, there was a significant influence between micro teaching towards PPL students with the coefficient of determination (R square) as 0,572, it explained that the influence of micro teaching towards PPL students was 57,2 %. And there is a significant influence between methodology learning subject and micro teaching toward PPL students of Prodi PAI TA. 2016/2017 in STAIN Curup with the coefficient of determination (R square) as 0,935, it explained that meth- odology learning subject and micro teaching were influenced each other toward PPL students of Prodi PAI TA. 2016/2017 in STAIN Curup as 93,5 %, while the remaining 6,5 % was influenced by other variables besides methodology learning subject and micro teaching.

This research aims: 1) To know the effect of teaching methods to the learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Arabic. 2.) The effect of learning motivation to the learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Arabic. 3.) The influence of teaching methods and learning motivation toward learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Arabic. The method used in this research is the experimental method, the population in this study were students of class XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1. Me- chanical Penambilan samples in this study is teknikrandom sampling, choose two classes of random sampling from four classes sampled. Class XI IPS was selected as an experimental class B and class XI IPS C was chosen as the control class. There are differences in learning outcomes Arabic among students taught using learning methods and methods suggestopedia eclectic. Evidenced by student learning outcomes in the application of an electric method is better than the application of the method suggestopedia. Evidenced by student learning outcomes in the application of methods elektiklebih better than the application of the method shown in the ANOVA suggestopedia 1 lines sig = 0.001 <0.05. There are differences between students who have high motivation for learning outcomes Arabic better than students who have low motivation seen in the ANOVA one lane sig =0.252 <0.05. There is the influence of learning with students’ motivation to learn Arabic results it is seen in the second ANOVAtest track at 4:12 table obtained sig = 0.088 therefore sigma probability greater than 0.05, the null hypothesis is accepted

This study to determine whether there is a significant influence of positive teachers and peers against moral education students In MTs Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu. This research uses quantitative approach. The population is all students of class VI MTs Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu. Sampling is done by purposive sampling that is determination technique with certain consideration. Data were analyzed by using simple and double linear regression test.The result of this research shows that there is a significant influence between teacher toward moral education of VII MTS Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu academic year 2016/2017 is 30.7%, while the rest 69.3% is influenced by other variables besides teacher variables. There is a significant influence between peers to moral education of students is 10.3% and There is a significant influence between teachers and peers to moral education of students by 55.6% while the remaining 44.4% dipegaruhi by variables other than teacher variables and peers

The results of this study are Based on this research, data processing, and data analysis that researchers do related to the analysis of input factors, nThis, otput, and outcome in the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) at SMAN1 Kepahiang, the writer can conclude the following points related with this research that the presence of input also is not ‘up’ because in reality there are some inputs that have not reached the SNP, for example on the number of students in rombel. The education process in SMAN 1 Kepahiang summarized in the school management process that seeks to involve the entire school community to support the PBM. Curriculum development at SMAN 1 Kepahiang seek to maximize the PBM in order to become qualified. However PBM is not maximized because they have constraints on the availability of facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is influence of principal supervision and innovation of in- tegrated curriculum development by educational staff on teacher professionalism and student achievement, either direct or indirect influence. This research is a non experimental quantitative research using data analysis method with path analysis statistical test (path analysis). The results showed two conclusions. First there is the direct and indirect influence of the principal supervisory variables and the innovative variables of integrated curriculum development by the educational staff on teacher professionalism variables. The magnitude of this influence is the direct influence of principal supervision on the professionalism of teachers by 2.37%, the direct influence of integrated curriculum development innovation on professionalism of teachers by53.29%, indirect influence of principal supervision and innovation of integrated curriculum development on teacher profes- sionalism of 7 , 37%, and total influence on teacher professionalism equal to 68,03%. Second, there are direct and indirect influence of principal supervision variable, innovation variable of integrated curriculum development by educational staff, and teacher professionalism variable to learning achievement variable. The amount of influence is the direct influence of principal supervision on student achievement of 1.32%, with indirect effect of 13.26%. The direct effect of integrated curriculum devel- opment innovation on student achievement is 1.41%, with indirect effect of 62.85%. The direct influence of teacher profes- sionalism on student achievement is 74.13%. And the total influence on student achievement of the three variables is 77.52%. That is, partially, principal supervision and innovative curriculum development development by uneducated educational staff on student achievement in MA Al Um Pinang Raya, but simultaneously together with the professionalism of teachers give a big positive impact.

The purpose of this writing is to know the influence of formal education of parents on learning achievement, to know the influence of learning motivation on learning achievement and to know the influence of formal education of parents and learning motivation on learning achievement of Islamic education students of MTs Ponpes Al-Hasanah Bengkulu Tengah. The method used in this research is quantitative research method, This research type is non experimental quantitative research. Techniques of collecting research data through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of computer program SPSS version of Win- dows 16.0. The results of this study indicate that there is influence between formal parent education and learning motivation on learning achievement of Islamic religious education students of MTs Ponpes Al-Hasanah Central Bengkulu. The influence of for- mal education of parents on learning achievement of Islamic religious education students of MTs Ponpes Al-Hasanah Bengkulu The middle is 7.8%, while the remaining 92.2% is influenced by other variables other than the formal education of the parents. Furthermore there is a significant influence between learning motivation on learning achievement of Islamic religious education students of MTs Ponpes Al-Hasanah Central Bengkulu. The influence of learning motivation on learning achievement of Islamic religious education in MTs Ponpes Al-Hasanah Bengkulu Tengah is 27,3%, while the rest 72,7% is influenced by other variable beside motivation variable. Influence of parent formal education and learning motivation together learning achievement of Islamic education student of MTs Ponpes Al-Hasanah Bengkulu Tengah is equal to 34,7% while the rest is 65,3% influenced by other variable besides formal education variable of parent and motivation to learn.

The purpose of research to determine whether the concept of self positively affect the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education students. Second Is the behavior of learning positively affect the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education students, Third Is self concept and learning behavior have an effect on to learning achievement of Islamic Religion High School student of State 04 Kedurang District of South Bengkulu Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative because this research is presented with numbers. The results showed that self-concept directly positive effect on learning achievement Islamic Religious Education In School Mengah Atas Negeri Kedurang Subdistrict of 0,379 (37,9)%, Both Behavior of learning gives a positive influence on learning achievement of .0,670 (67,0)% Third there is influence of self concept and behavior Learning together to positively influence the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education In School Mengah Atas Negeri 04 Kedurang District of South Bengkulu 0,815 (81,5) %

This research started from the problem of giving of food money which is paid based on the attendance of civil ser- vant in working day, hence giving of food money can only be done if recapitulation of civil servant attendance for one month. This study aims to (1) to determine whether there is a significant and positive influence of fingerprint attendance variable and money meal variable against teacher performance variable PAI in MTs Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu. The research method used survey method, questionnaire data collection technique and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected, processed and analyzed using SPSS version 16.0. The results showed that (1) From the partial test result (t test) shows the probability significance (sig) of 0.031 <0.05, meaning that the fingerprint attendance significantly influences the performance of the PAI teacher is accepted. (2) From the partial test shows the probability of significance (sig) of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the influence of the meal significantly influence the performance of PAI teacher group is accepted (3) From the simultaneous test results (Test F) shows sig probability. Fchange is 0.000. Since the Fchange value is less than 0.05 (0.05), thus fingerprint and fingerprint attendance significantly influence the PAI teacher’s performance is acceptable. Based on the value of R2 (R Square), the value of 0.993 is equal to 93%, meaning that the effect of fingerprint attendance and teacher’s meal money on teacher performance of PAI family is high, and the rest 7% is influenced by other factors not examined.

This study aims to find out how the response of Al-Hasanah boarding school to the modernization of information communication technology. The nature of this research is field research (qualitative). The source of this research data is the leadership of boarding school Al-Hasanah, teachers (cleric), board and students of boarding school Al-Hasanah Village Pedati Market District Pondok Kelapa Bengkulu Tegah District. The results showed that modernization at this time can not be sepa- rated from human life and in education until the development of Al-Hasanah boarding school changes. However, as a board- ing school leader, teachers (ustadz), as well as boarders and students of Islamic boarding schools accept modernization, but modernization accepted by boarding schools is not directly swallowed raw, but Al-Hasanah boarding school is very selective in choosing the best and useful for santri for the future. By reason of seeing the fore for students who become alumni after being a santri who plunge society later. the alumni can also enter the general high school after taking education in this pesantren cottage.

This research aims to describe the use of methods of the alphabet thumb and body language in learning islamic religious education on child tunarugu, and a utilization media learning in learning islamic religious education on child tunarugu and to know factors factor inhibitors and the utilization of media supporters learning in learning islamic religious education on child tunarugu. The research is descriptive research qualitative and is field research (field research). But technique data col- lection uses the observation, interview, and documentation. To analyse data using reduction data, presentation of data and the withdrawal of conclusion, checking the validity of data using triangulation. The result showed 1) use the alphabet fingers and body language in learning islamic education had gone well, because this method suitable for children with special needs disabled athletes tunarugu and students got the this method, 2) the use of media learning used in learning religious education in using media focus, media pictures outboard (posters), reading books and exercise pictures letters hijaiyah. And media letters hijaiyah card, 3) supporting factors media uses learning that education teachers who are willing to make media learning, the interest and the motivation to study students because medium used will attract learning, and the other facilities support. But factors that does not support is limited of education facilities and infrastructure, the absence of special teachers islamic educa- tion, students who have limited so it takes the old process in learning, lack of the guidance and motivation learn from parents or guardian students to his son.
