Abstract

The Village Musrembang which was held in Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency was the lowest level or the initial stage of the musrembang, which started from the village musrembang which was the implementation of the village development planning deliberation, so that a good development planning document was obtained, but in its implementation the results of the musrembang The village does not yet have a good planning foundation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the development planning Deliberation of Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and the factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of the development planning Deliberation of Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, interviews and document review. The collected data was then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables. The population and sample in this study were the people of Bola Bulu Village who participated in the village musrembang as many as 53 people. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the implementation of the development planning deliberation of Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 65% good enough while the factors that affect the effectiveness of the implementation of the development planning Deliberation of Bola Bulu Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely the education of village musrembang participants. not good 47.25%, the experience of the participants in the village musrembang is 64.50% and the lack of facilities and infrastructure is very inhibiting in the village musrembang 88.25%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the role and function as well as the factors that influence BKBPP in controlling population growth in Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and observation. The collected data was then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables. The population in this study are employees at the BKBPP office and the community in Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency. Sampling was carried out by proportional sampling in this study as many as 50 people, namely 10 employees at the BKBPP office and 40 people selected according to the requirements of the community. The results show that the role of BKBPP is considered to be quite instrumental in controlling population growth in Enrekang District, this is shown from the results: policy formulation as much as 61.5%, implementation of work programs as much as 55.25%, facilities and work program development as many as 60 %, early marriage as much as 45.5%, utilization of government programs as much as 72%, high birth rate as much as 47%.

Abstract

The political participation of the Leoran Village community in the 2014 regent election was relatively high, at 73.69%. This data was obtained from the number of people who participated as many as 1095 people divided by the number of permanent voters, namely 1486 people multiplied by 100%. Seeing the high political participation of the community, the authors are interested in examining how the influence of education level on people's political participation. The objectives of the study were: 1) to examine and analyze the influence of the level of public education on political participation in the 2014 regent election in Leoran Village, Enrekang Regency and 2) to determine the factors that influence the level of public political participation in the 2014 regent election in Leoran Village, District Enrekang. Samples were taken from voters who participated in the 2014 regent election in Leoran Village, Enrekang Regency as many as 92 people out of 1095 population. The data collection techniques used are: 1) observation, 2) interviews, 3) questionnaires, and 4) library research. The results of this study reveal that: The level of public education has a high influence (80.43%) on political participation in the 2014 regent election in Leoran Village, Enrekang Regency. The factors that influence the level of public political participation in the 2014 regent election in Leoran Village, Enrekang Regency are: political education (58.70%), political awareness (80.43%), political culture (67.39%), and socialization politics (65.22%).

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out how the accountability of government program management for groundwater irrigation is in the village of Bina Baru, Kulo district, Sidenreng Rappang district and to find out what factors affect the accountability of government program management for groundwater irrigation in Bina Baru village, Kulo district, Sidenreng Rappang district. The population of this study was 35 people, and the total sample was 35 people. The data collection techniques used in this study were (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) questionnaires, and (4) literature studies. The collected data was then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables. The results of this study indicate that the Accountability of Government Program Management for Groundwater Irrigation in Bina Baru Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a value of 70% good category. The factors that influence the Accountability of Government Program Management on Groundwater Irrigation in Bina Baru Village, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely Communication factors 72%, resources 68%, bureaucratic structure 70%, disposition of implementers 67%, with achievements 69.25% category good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the regional secretary in improving the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the regional secretariat of Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely the success, management, appointment of employees, transfer of employees and dismissal of employees and to determine the factors that influence the role of the regional secretary in improving the implementation of the main tasks and the functions of the Regional Secretariat of Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely personality, expectations, characteristics, needs, and policies taken. The research was conducted from December 2014 to January 2015 at the Sidenreng Rappang Regency Regional Office using a population of 132 people using 33 samples. Determination of the sample used is to take 25% of the existing population, from the results of data collection with random sampling technique. The analysis used is through a descriptive approach, namely answering and solving problems by understanding and deepening thoroughly and completely from the object under study in order to obtain a clear picture. The results showed that the role of regional secretaries on the main tasks and functions of regional apparatuses can be said to be good, this can be seen from the performance dimension, namely the performance of regional apparatus which has 2.82 and the performance of regional secretaries which has 3.27 and if accumulated, the results are good. Meanwhile, the factors that affect the performance of the regional secretary are the personality of the regional secretary with a score of 3.15, the expectations of the regional secretary on the performance of his staff with a score of 2.55, the need for the regional secretary with a score of 2.91, policies issued by the regional secretary with a score of 3, 24, while what needs to be addressed is the characteristics of the regional secretary who has a score of 2.42.
