Abstract

This study aims to (a) determine the application of management functions to improve employee performance at the Maiwa District Office, Enrekang Regency. (b) Knowing what factors influence the application of management functions to improving employee performance at the Maiwa sub-district office, Enrekang Regency. The number of population and samples in this study were the same, namely 36 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling (census). Data collection techniques used are (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) questionnaires, and (4) literature research. The collected data was then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables. The results showed that the application of management functions to improve employee performance at the Maiwa District office, Enrekang Regency was in the good category with percentage achievement (69.73%). The factors that influence the management function to improve employee performance at the Maiwa District office, Enrekang Regency are: motivation (93 %), self-regulation (86 %), goal achievement (80.5 %), work quality (84 %), quantity work (77 %), and work initiative (86 %).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Strategy Formulation Of Quality Education at the District Education Office Sidrap and the factors that affect Formulation Strategies Against Organization Quality of Education at the Department of Education Sidenreng Rappang. The data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, research literature, interviews. The number of population in this study as many as 60 people using the total sample with the number of 60 people, data processing techniques using frequency tables with Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that Formulation Strategies Against Organization Quality of Education at the District Education Office Sidrap obtained a score of 71% is included in both categories. Factors affecting Strategy Formulation Against Organization Quality of Education at the Department of Education Sidenreng Rappang that vision factors obtained a score of 70.75% categorized as good, mission factors obtained a score of 74.75% categorized as good and 74% target factor considered good.

Abstract

This research which is discussed as a problem is How the Camat Leadership in Improving Work Discipline at the Baranti Sub-District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, this study aims to find out how the Camat Leadership in Improving Work Discipline at the Baranti Sub-District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to find out what factors influence The Camat's Leadership in Improving Work Discipline at the Baranti Sub-district Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 44 people, while the sample used a total sample of 44 people. The data collection technique used in this research is to use the techniques of (1) Observation, (2) Interview (3) Questionnaire, and (4) Literature Study. The collected data was then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables. The results of this study indicate that the Camat Leadership indicator with an achievement of 67.5% is in the good category, the work discipline indicator with an achievement of 68.5% is in the good category. leader self 68 %, organizational strength factor 68.33%, situation strength factor 67%, with 67.77% achievement, good category.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out about Increasing Apparatus Work Motivation in Government Administration at the Baranti District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to find out the factors that influenced the Increasing Apparatus Work Motivation in Government Administration at the Baranti District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 44 people, while the sample was 44 people. The data collection techniques used in this study were (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) questionnaires, and (4) literature studies. The collected data was then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables. The results of this study indicate that the indicators of Increasing Apparatus Work Motivation in Government Administration at the Baranti District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with an achievement of 67.57% in the good category. direct motivation consists of 66% praise factor, 68% award, 67% holiday allowance, 67% bonus with 67% achievement in good category, indirect motivation factor consists of a good machine or computer 69%, 66% bright workspace, 69% working atmosphere, 70% right placement, with 67.75 % achievement categorized as good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of poor student assistance policies at State High School 1 Watang Pulu, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and the factors that influence the implementation of poor student assistance policies at State High School 1 Watang Pulu, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The type of research that the author uses is descriptive and the research method used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation which is carried out systematically based on the research objectives. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Watang Pulu, Sidenreng Rappang Regency who received 81 students from the Poor Student Assistance (BSM) and the sampling technique took the entire existing population, which was 81 people. The basis for sampling is saturated if the subject is less than 100, then it is better to take all, so that the research is a population study. While the informants in this study were principals, teachers, and students and parents of students at the State High School 1 Watang Pulu, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Poor Student Assistance Policy at the State High School 1 Watang Pulu, Sidenreng Rappang Regency has been going very well, it can be seen from several indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition (bureaucratic attitude and implementers) and organizational structure. While the factors that influence the poor student assistance program are planning greatly affects 81.75%, organizing greatly affects 80%, coordination greatly affects 95% and evaluation has been carried out greatly affects 93%.
