Abstract

The research objective is to determine the Optimization of Management of Village Owned Enterprises in Increasing Economic Development in Boiya Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency and the factors that influence it. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire, interview, and library research. The population in this study using saturated samples with as many as 40 respondents, data processing techniques using quantitative descriptive research type. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and with the help of SPSS version 21 application. The results showed that the Optimization of Management of Village Owned Enterprises affected the village Economic Development of 60.45% in the unfavorable category. While the results of the Economic Development analysis of 59% are in the unfavorable category. Factors affecting the management of Village-Owned Enterprises: 1). Communication factor 56.5%. 2). Local community empowerment factor 66%. 3). Managerial capacity factor is 60%. 4). The BUMDes infrastructure factor is 61.4%. 5). Transparency factor 62%. 6) accountability factor 58%. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the management of Village Owned Enterprises in Boiya village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency with a percentage of 60% are in the unfavorable category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of professionalism of the apparatus on the Public Service of Timoreng Panua, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in conducting this research is the whole community who have received services and community leaders with male and female sex with 696 family heads. The sampling technique used is the Yount Table with the results of 70 samples, taken based on purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used are using observation techniques, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis technique is using validity, reliability using SPSS 16.0 and Likert Scale. Based on research taken from the results of the questionnaire, it was obtained that the recapitulation of Bureaucratic Behavior variable was 62.9% including the "Good" category. Recapitulation of Service Quality variable of 65.1% included in the category of "Good".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of employees towards public services and the factors that affect the performance of employees towards public services at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning, Land and Public Housing, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were 93 people. The sampling technique used was random sampling or random sampling. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires, literature study and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, simple linear regression using a Likert scale. The results showed that the performance of employees towards public services at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning, Land and Public Housing of Sidenreng Rappang Regency was quite good. Where the percentage of employee performance is 60.85% in good category, while public service is 62.28% in good category, As for the factors that affect employee performance, namely the ability factor with an average result of 58.4% and the motivation factor with an average result of 57.2%. By looking at the percentage results of 57.8%, the factors that affect employee performance are in the unfavorable category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of supervision on the construction of provincial roads in the Department of Highways and Construction of UPT Region III Pare-Pare, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population and sample in this study were 32 staff of the Anabanna village office and the Anabanna village community. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables. The results showed that the role of supervision of the construction of provincial roads in the Department of Bina Marga and Construction of UPT Region III Parepare, Sidenreng Rappang Regency at the Anabanna village location was good with an average percentage of 69%. Meanwhile, the factors affecting the role of supervision of provincial road construction in the Department of Highways and Construction of UPT Region III Pare-pare, Sidenreng Rappang Regency are good with an average percentage of 65% seen from Human Resources (HR), Budget / costs and Facilities. Abstract

Effect of the performance of assistant collectors on the achievement of land and building tax targets at the Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 95 people. The sampling technique used was saturated samples. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires, literature study. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test. The results showed that the quality was 77%, the quantity was 72%. timeliness 60%, effectiveness 74%, independence 71%. The factors that affect the performance of the land and building tax target achievement 70% include personal 72%, 76% leadership, 72% team. 58% system, 73% contextual, measuring the performance of assistant collectors towards the achievement of land and building tax targets at the Dua Pitue District Office, Sidenreng Rapappang district is 71% of the 100% expected results, which is categorized as "good".
