Abstract

This Research is designed for an information system in the form of expert system applications to present information on Pematangsiantar Directory. The purpose of this system is to help provide information about the city of Pematangsiantar as a whole to the residents of Pematangsiantar city in particular and the local and foreign tourists as well as prospective investors in general. The system presents information in the form of public service to the residents of Pematangsiantar city government and other newcomers as well as products and services are made and offered by the business and government. The analysis was done by determining the first goal, then do the searching to obtain the desired information. The design system uses backward chaining inference method to the implementation of the system using My-SQL database systems and programming languages of PHP and JQuery. The system is based on mobile, so it can be accessed using a mobile device

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan Tinggi di Indonesia, Pemerintah mengatur Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi melalui Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia No.49 Tahun 2014. Dimana dosen merupakan salah satu bagian yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tinggi. Untuk mengetahui kualitas Dosen, maka pihak kampus akan melakukan evaluasi kepada setiap dosen yang mengajar. Pada penelitian ini, penulis mencoba membangun sebuah sistem untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Dosen berdasarkan kriteria: Kesesuaian waktu mengajar, Ketepatan masuk naskah ujian, Ketepatan masuk koreksi nilai, Evaluasi proses belajar mengajar, Penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada Masyrakat. Untuk memperoleh hasil evaluasi kinerja Dosen penulis menggunakan metode Algoritma K-Means. Dari hasil pengolahan data 20 orang dosen sebagai data sampel maka diperoleh hasil kinerja dosen yang dibagi dalam 4 kelompok yaitu: Sangat Baik, Baik, Cukup, Kurang. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan proses pengambilan keputusan sangat optimal dengan menggunakan metode K-Means.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai sistem penyeleksian pada proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) di Politeknik Bisnis Indonesia. Kriteria yang digunakan pada metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) yaitu Nilai Raport, Nilai Ujian Nasional, Nilai Akhir Sekolah, Nilai Saringan Masuk, Nilai Wawancara. Dari hasil pengolahan data 5 orang calon mahasiswa baru sebagai data sampel maka diperoleh hasil seleksi calon mahasiswa baru yang paling tinggi adalah calon mahasiswa baru dengan CMHS-2 kemudian berturut-turut diikuti CMHS-3, CMHS-1, CMHS-5, dan CMHS-4. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan proses pengambilan keputusan sangat optimal dengan menggunakan metode Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of seminars and workshops on the interest of learning softwarre accounting. This research was conducted at Polytechnic of Bisnis Indonesia Pematangsiantar with sample size of 48 students with the determination of the number of samples based on purposive sampling technique, the method used is associative (relationship) which aims to know the relationship between two variabe or more. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The result of the analysis showed that seminar and wokshop simultaneously influenced positively and significantly to the interest of learning accounting software, but seminar did not affect the interest of studying accounting software, while wokshop partially had positive and significant effect on interest in learning accounting software.

Abstract

Management of an organization take conclusion and decision pursuant to data owned. Data then process to get information to take conclusion and decision. Got data generally in a state of not sort, this matter resulted various situation in field which cannot be avoided. Got data type can in the form of number, character, sentence, date of and others. In doing sorting data which sum up its data maximal five data, done easily in the manual. Problem generally emerge when data amount have reached tens of data, even hundreds of or more amount of data to sort. Such problem of time and correctness that is needed in sorting data in the manual.This problem overcome with algorithm of data sequence such as method of bubble sort, method of selection sort, method of insertion sort use computer. Application to build algorithm of data sequence use language of pemograman Java. Data which process of integer. Showed by a lot of steps done every method for the same data and the same result.

Abstract

This Research is designed for an method system in the form of expert system applications to present information on Determination Legislative Candidates. The purpose of this system is to help determine the candidates of political parties in the party prosperous justice in particular, generally all political parties in Indonesia for the needs of the community. This system presents the determination of candidates in the form of membership diagnosis cadres and social community. The analysis is done by determining in advance the rule, and then do a goal to obtain the desired information.
