Abstract

It has been observed that Firms Influence Government Authorities by paying Bribe to them. This paper examines how gift is related with the potential for the firm to discover legitimate government authorities. This paper attempts to ascertain why firms pay bribes. More specifically, does it appear that firms are being extorted or is it more likely that they are using bribes as a tool to avoid regulation? In the event that organizations that report more prominent chances to discover government authority pay bribe, at that point this is an indication that rewards originated from coercion in light of the fact that the nearness of such authorities ought not make any difference for firms needing to pay bribe to reduced costs. We find out that influences emerge because of coercion in spite of the fact that result fairly debilitate in the most current study. If corrupt individuals are more likely to enter into environments that allow them to extract bribes, then honest could be endogenous and driven by the prevalence and magnitude of bribery.

Abstract

The aims of the study discuss about the Steps for the Future of Bulan Bintang Party. This study used qualitative research. The result of this study shows that One of the national work programs that were not optimal during the 2005-2010 term of service of the PBB DPP was the consolidation of the organization and the burden of infrastructure formation in most sub-districts and sub-districts/villages. That the political machinery of party management is one of the strategies to achieve success in the face of general elections. Thus, it is necessary to consolidate the organization and complete the formation of party infrastructure down to the lowest level (Rukun Tetangga/RT). Simultaneous and continuous cadre of members in each party is one of the determinants of progress for the party. However, the reality shows that party regeneration is still relatively limited. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out more massive, intelligent, and measurable cadre cadres in order to meet the qualification needs of party management at all levels, preceded by cadre workshops.

Abstract

In contrast to the world's uniformity all types of violence are observed: urban violence, in poor countries where conflicts are incomprehensible from outside, violence which surface is religious in countries of Muslim tradition, fundamentalist violence, nationalist, racist; violence in the world system which accepts the growing difference between poor and rich. Judiciary violence in executions in States that seem the principal warrantors of social peace. There is violence throughout the globe and under surveillance by the great power. It could be said that the global system tolerates a certain “reserve of violence” and obtains certain profits, as well as the economy tolerates certain extent of “unemployment rate” able to calm protest movements.

Abstract

After cited several types of violence in part I, they do not have the same significance, neither the same meaning nor the same geopolitical scale. Maybe, specificity of political violence consists of its occurrence when relations are no longer conceivable or negotiable not even institutionalized or instituted, in other words, when symbolization fails and public spaces where violence could be debated don't exist or are fragmentary or unbalanced.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Faith Level of Humans to God. This study used qualitative research. The result of study shows that the level of human belief in going to God is strongly influenced by the reality of his daily religious life. Broadly speaking, it can be classified into three groups, namely the lay class, middle class and elite class. Each group has a different level of belief in Allah according to what he believes to be the standard or perception of Allah that he knows. This lay group is also classified into three groups, namely the lowest lay class, middle class and upper class. The Lowest Laity Group is called Muttabi, namely followers who only act taqlid without thinking. What is said by his religious guide is accepted raw, as it is. In the reality of religious life, the muttabi' group is the largest group. While the Confidence Level of the Middle Lay Group has the characteristic of merely understanding around mental problems to the extent that they can understand but not yet understanding the meaning and nature of inner knowledge itself. The limited space for movement in mental problems has increased to the hobby stage and has begun to not enable the mind for worldly things, it is not functioning properly. Meanwhile, the beliefs of the upper class Laymen are generally carried by the kiai. At this level the kiai have advantage because he has little ability guide the people in terms of the study of fiqh and monotheism physically and mentally. The knowledge of a kiyai only has the nuances of charisma, which is typical, namely obeying and doing all movements according to what he got from the previous teacher.
