Abstract

This study aims to analyze the benefits of emotional support and spiritual coping against psychological distress in caregivers of people with schizophrenia. The method used is a systematic review through an adjusted article search for the formulation of research questions with the PICO formula in the EBSCOhost, ProQuest, SpringerLink, ScienceDirect, and Clinicalkey for Nursing databases. The results showed that emotional support and spiritual coping can improve coping skills thereby reducing psychological distress and minimizing the effects of loss of self to depression. In conclusion, emotional support and spiritual coping have benefits as adaptive coping to psychological distress in caregivers of people with schizophrenia. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination program for children aged 6-11 years in Lubuklinggau City in 2022. Methods. Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination program for children aged 6-11 years in Lubuklinggau City in 2022. Results. This study shows that the evaluation of the COVID-19 vaccination program for children aged 6-11 years has been carried out properly and according to procedures. In planning stock requirements carried out by the pharmacy and vaccinators in accordance with the achievement targets. In implementing the SOP for the Covid-19 vaccination service for children aged 6-11 years, it has been carried out from the beginning to the end of the observation. Monitoring and evaluation of services has been carried out by internal and external parties but does not yet have an evaluation checklist sheet Conclusion. The evaluation of the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination program for children in the city of Lubuklinggau has been carried out well, but there are several things in monitoring and evaluation and supervision that still do not have checklists. Abstract

This study aimed to see the use of a computer-based expert system with the forward channeling method for detecting Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease and its application in nursing. The research method used in writing this literature review is based on 25 literature in 2018-2022. This expert system is run with PHP and MYSQL programs. The results of this study are that the Forward Chaining Expert System program will detect gastroesophageal reflux disease based on the symptoms inputted into the system and display an intervention plan that can be carried out like an expert. Still, this system cannot show 100% appropriate disease diagnosis because it requires a series of other tests that still need to be put in the system. In conclusion, with this expert system technology, health workers and users are increasingly assisted and shorten the time required for disease diagnosis and treatment.
