Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Return On Investment to the stock price on the pulp and paper companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. As according Kashmir bahwasannya Return On Investment could affect the stock price with a low or rising value of the Return On Investment can impact on a company's stock price.The research was conducted on pulp and paper companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study were 17 pulp and paper companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2005 -2013. While the sample used in this study are 4 companies. Teknikpengambilan sample is by simple random sampling. In this study the type of data used are secondary data from published Jakarta and Security Exchange (JSX) and the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). and data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression, the product moment correlation coefficient, koefesiensi determination and hypothesis testing (t test) with the help of a software program SPSS V.20.0.From the results of the data using SPSS software (statistical package for social sciences) version 20.0 was found regression equation Y = 1447.372 + 106 076 X, seen from the t test using the t test of the two parties was 4,415 while 2,042 t table so t count> t table (4,415> 2,042) with a significance value 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Hi is received which can be explained that there are significant between the return on investment to the stock price on the pulp and paper companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on the correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.604, which means that the return on investment to the stock price has a strong relationship. Squer R value of 0.364 in this study means that the value of the two variables work positively affects 36.4% of the stock price. This means that stock prices are influenced by the Return On Investment by 36.4% while the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other factors outside of this study is the ROE, EVA, earning per share, and dividends per share.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know whether  there are significant return  on assets and inventory turnover to the stock price either partially or silmultan the company LQ 45. These authors examine the relationship between the stock price as the dependent variable return on assets and inventory turnover as independent variables.The method used in this research is quantitative method with multiple linear analysis, samples were taken with purposiv sampling method, the sample used a total of 39companies and using secondary data from bei namely LQ 45 2015. The test statistic used is the classical assumption test, analysis multiple linear regression analysis andsimultaneous partial correlation, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing andusing the aid application program SPSS 20.Based on the  the t test partially significance value greater than 0.05 is a small 0,003. (2) Inventory Turnover (ITO) significant effect on stock prices, This isindicated with a significance value greater than 0.05 is equal to  -0,623. simultaneous  F test showed that the Return On Asset and Inventory Turnover significant effect on the stock price with a significance value  less than 0.05 is equal to 0.201. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable berasalah loans (NPL) and the variable size of the entire lending volume (LDR) to the profitability of private banks in proksikan Return on Assets (ROA). The sampling technique by using research methods Descriptive Quantitative criteria listed Private Bank Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), presenting the financial statements and ratios in full accordance with the variables to be studied. Abstract

Economic development is one of the problems that exist in a country. Development aims to achieve social prosperity through economic growth. Economic growth is the output produced from a variety of sectors and provide a description of how the progress or deterioration that has been achieved in the sectors of the economy in a given period. One of the factors that can enhance economic growth is revenue.            The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the local revenue effect in the rate of economic growth in the swampy district. The object of this study conducted at the Department of Revenue and Fiscal Management Lebak regency period of 2008 - 2015. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Department of Revenue and Fiscal Management and Regional Development Planning Board. Data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using the computer program SPSS v.20.            Based on the results of data analysis showed that the variables PAD positive and significant effect on the level of 5% on the rate of economic growth that is with a coefficient of 0.637 and showed a significant number of 0.000.            Based on the above results, it can be concluded that the original income in this study, positive and significant effect on the rate of economic growth means that, increasingly, the regional revenue will increase Economic Growth in swampy district. Suggestions in this research is to increase revenue, the government hopes to attract investors to be able to improve / create jobs which decrease the unemployment rate.

Abstract

This research is motivated problems that affect the profit margin on the sale of which is owned by the company, sooner or absence of working capital turnover that occurs in the company, and the sales rate changes up and down every year. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, while the CV. Metassa Collection Desa Kadu Genep, Kecamatan Petir, Kabupaten Serang-Banten as the population, while the sample is financial statements for 2005-2014. Data analysis techniques in the study using simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, test data normality and hypothesis testing using t-test. Effect of working capital turnover of the profit margin of the test results obtained by the analysis of the correlation coefficient of 0.73, meaning that working capital turnover has a significant positive effect on profit margins, whereas if seen from the results obtained coefficient of determination of the effect of 53%. To increase profit margins CV. Metassa Collection able to add to working capital while lowering costs not to exceed the revenue, then sales of more scaled back, then profit margins will increase.

Abstract

Based on the results of data and interviews obtained in the field of execution shows the indication has not been implemented optimally the performance of employees of the Secretariat of the General Election Commission of Banten. The authors suspect that has not been implemented optimally the performance is influential with the existence of two factors: training and motivation.In conception the authors apply several theories and concepts related to research variables from some experts such as Ivancevich, Gibson, Fred Luthans, Paul.R Niven, Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton and other experts, to explain the effect of variables training and motivation with performance variables.The research method used sequential explanatory method, the data obtained based on observation, interview and answer questionnaire analyzed by statistical correlation technique product moment pearson to know the influence between independent variable that is training and motivation with dependent variable that is performance.In an effort to improve the performance of the staff of the Secretariat of the General Election Commission of Banten, the suggestions of this research are (i) The Election Commission should provide a variety of training so that employees can perform their main tasks and functions with the understanding and objectives desired by their own institutions and communities Banten Province in general. (ii) KPU should give encouragement or encouragement of employees either reward or reward in performing their duties and functions so that employees can socialize to the other employees so that the human resources of employees increases in accordance with the expectations of the organization. (iii) KPU should encourage employees through intensive training that can contribute well to their human resources, so as to support the performance of employees in performing their duties and functions in accordance with the objectives the organization expects
