Abstract

One of the most important things in formulating aircraft maintenance program is to determine the zonal inspection intervals. In accordance with the current situation that there has no perfect rating systems of zonal inspection under MSG-3 (Maintenance Steering Group-3) analysis system, a method to calculate the integrate level of zonal rating is to analyze the impact of aircraft zonal rating factors, establish a hierarchical index evaluation system and then utilize the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to determine the indexes’ weight. Moreover, the zonal inspection intervals can be established according to the correspondence between rates and intervals. Finally, take a typical zone of an aircraft as an example to verify the method. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i1.3897

Abstract

Electromagnetic information leak as a potential data security risk is more and more serious. Discussing the relationship between compromising emanations and Hamming distance is directed to preventing or reducing the electromagnetic information leakage. The paper presents the model of electromagnetic information leak, then the hierarchical protection strategy based on the model is proposed, that is anti-radiation, anti-intercept and anti-reconstruction. Analyzing the causes of electromagnetic information leak through the touch screen case, the paper describes the electromagnetic radiation intensity is correlated to the transition's Hamming distance. The paper presents the anti-intercept method, which is reducing the Hamming distance of the sensitive data or keep Hamming distance constant in order to reducing or preventing the electromagnetic information leakage. The anti-intercept method is available showed as the touch screen case. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i1.3966

Abstract

According to principle of transient electromagnetic method as well as its signal characteristics, this paper designed and implemented a time-domain airborne electromagnetic weak signal data acquisition system. With the use of the floating-point amplification technology, the system amplifies the weak transient electromagnetic signal dynamically. CPLD and DSP were used as the decoding control circuit and the main controller for processing the sampled data, respectively. The transient electromagnetic signal acquisition system, which was designed with a dynamic range up to 144dB and a sampling rate up to 100 kHz, meets the requirements of the high sampling rate with high precision and it has been applied in the time-domain fixed-wing airborne electromagnetic mineral exploration. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i1.4144

Abstract

In order to satisfy the constantly increasing appetite of consumers for content in today’s world, Personal Video Recorder (PVR) function is implemented in digital TV set-top box (STB) based on Android platform. An algorithm that adjusts video Presentation Time Stamp (PTS) based on audio PTS is presented, which aims at the problem that audio is not synchronized with video existing during playback. And a method of generating index file based on the information of I-picture is presented, which aims at the implementation of trick modes. Namely, the location of I-picture which is used to generate index is recorded while audio and video data are being sent to storage medium in Packetized Elementary Streams (PES) format. The test results show that the TV STB designed can implement synchronization of audio and video accurately and reliably and the recorded programs can be played on the STB at different speeds. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i1.3231

Abstract

In order to enhance the security of image information, base on generalized synchronization theorem (GCS) for discrete chaotic system, this paper introduces a new 6-dimensional generalized chaos synchronization system based on 3D-Lorenz map. Numerical simulation showed that two pair variables of the synchronization system achieve generalized synchronization via a transform H. Combining with the 2-Dimension non equilateral Arnold transformation; a color image encryption scheme was designed. Analyzing the key sensitivity, key space, histogram, information entropy and correlation of adjacent pixels, it showed that the scheme have sound encryption and decryption effects. Numerical simulations reveal that the scheme is effective in commercial network communication for its strong anti-interference ability. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i1.3204

Abstract

Different scheduling forms can be adopted in bus lane system to meet passengers’ travel demand well and improve operational efficiency. Therefore, this paper researched the optimal headway and bus scheduling combination of a bus lane line. Bus scheduling combination is composed of a sequence of full-length, express bus and short-turn. We established a model to minimize passengers’ waiting cost and vehicles’ operation cost and to optimize headway and bus scheduling combination, under the constraint of the headway restriction for each stop, the minimum number of vehicle trips in one hour and the proportion of short-turn and express bus trips in total trips. The model was solved by improved genetic algorithm, and the optimal solution was obtained by repeating the operation of genetic algorithm L times. The results of numerical example show that the whole cost can be saved by 21.77% at most after optimization, which indicate the model and algorithm we presented are reasonable and practicable. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i1.3161

Abstract

A single-phase grid-connected inverter system based on LCL filter is established, which combines the features of inverter and active power filter. A composite control strategy for grid-connected inverter with the function of implementing reactive power compensation and harmonic compensation in the grid-connected power generation is proposed. Firstly, grid-connected inverter system structure and model is analyzed. A quasi-Proportional Resonant control method to gain the control of grid-connected fundamental wave current containing reactive power compensation current as well as the control of harmonic compensation currents is put forward; then the calculation methods of  composite control command current based on both second order generalized integrator-quadrature signal generator (SOGI-QSG) and instantaneous reactive power theory are given. Finally, the effectiveness of the control strategy proposed in this paper is verified by simulation. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i1.3911

Abstract

A novel image fusion scheme for multi-band SAR images based on Directionlet transform is proposed. Firstly, multi-band images can be decomposed into low-frequency coefficients and high-frequency coefficients with multi-scales and multi-directions using the Directionlet transform. For the low-frequency coefficients, the average fusion method is used. For the each directional high frequency sub-band coefficients, the directive edge information measurement and the larger value of region variance information measurement is used to select the better coefficients for fusion. At last the fused image can be obtained by utilizing inverse transform for fused Directionlet coefficients. Experimental results show that compared with traditional algorithm, the proposed algorithm can get better visual effect and the significant information of original image like textures and contour details is well maintained DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i1.2881

Abstract

In this article, an efficient method is proposed to diagnose urban rail vehicle auxiliary inverter faults based on wavelet packet neural network and genetic algorithm. Firstly, the original signals are decomposed into different frequency subbands by wavelet packet. Secondly, the wavelet packet energy eigenvector is constructed. Finally, those wavelet packet energy eigenvectors are taken as fault samples to train neural network, In order to improve the function approximation accuracy and general capability of the neural network system, an efficient genetic algorithm approach is used to adjust the parameters of translation and weights functions. The experiment shows that the GA-ANN model gives superior result. This approach can be used as a useful tool for the auxiliary inverter fault diagnosis. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i1.3847
