Abstract

Moving target tracking is a core subject in the field of computer vision, its core idea is comprehensive utilization of image processing, video analysis technology, quickly and accurately capture the moving targets. In order to obtain all kinds of technical parameters in the training of athletes, the traditional way is through various sensors used in the athletes. The shortcomings of this method is not put the influence of sensor techniques for athletes in consideration, so it is urgent to have a new technical means to get better movement parameters of the athletes, the traditional target tracking algorithm is difficult to achieve good results, in this study, based on the characteristics of sports video, and it makes some transform to the traditional tracking algorithm, and it proposes a new hybrid tracking algorithm. This algorithm not only can solve the difficult problems of sports video target tracking, and but also can reduce the complexity of the algorithm, through the related analysis and experiments in sports video software, the algorithm can achieve good effect.

Abstract

Smart substation primary equipment on-line monitoring technology is an important part of the realization of substation intelligentizes monitoring. In order to meet the requirements of smart substation on high-speed, efficient, steady on-line monitoring system, the sharing of online monitoring data of the power station and to improve interoperability of on-line monitoring device, the primary equipment on-line monitoring technology of smart substation based on the network is proposed by this paper. Based on the analysis of the substation primary equipment monitoring parameters, according to the three levels and two network structure, the author designed primary equipment monitoring terminal (process level), primary equipment on-line monitoring IED (bay level), the monitoring center (station level)respectively, and between each level there are communication network structures. The scene practical operation analysis shows that, on-line monitoring system for substation which based on the network is stable and reliable, and the change of the equipment running status can be monitored accurately and timely.

Abstract

We proposed a novel ray-tracing based radio waves propagation (RTRWP) Law suitable for under-tunnel complex coal mine workface. The energy consumption model evaluation in complex coal mine workface is derived. Theoretical analysis about calculating the multiple reflections of the radio waves in coal mine workface is also provided. Computer simulations and field tests in workface tunnels show that this proposed RTRWP law can work effectively to describe the actual radio wave propagation environments in complex coal mine workface.

Abstract

In order to meet the increasing processing demand of data intensive computing, an elastic data intensive computing cluster EDICC is presented. Using local resource and cloud resource at the same time,EDICC has high availability and reliability, especially when flash crowd happens. EDICC could acquire resource from cloud when system is overloaded and release unnecessary cloud resource after load down. Experimental results show, comparing with traditional data intensive computing system, EDICC could achieve outstanding performance and higher resource efficiency.http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i10.5433

Abstract

The detection of voltage collapse is essential to avoid possible voltage collapse for the preventive control actions and voltage security assessment. One effective way to know the locations where voltage collapses could be appear is to identify weakest buses in the systems. The weakest bus is the first point where voltage collapses appear in a severe contingency. This paper proposes a technique to evaluate the weakest bus in large scale power system based on the optimal position of reactive power supports. To solve the optimization problem, Differential Evolutionary (DE) technique is used. The fitness function consists of cost, power losses and Load voltage stability index (Lmn) which satisfying all operational constraints. Lmn is used as the indicator for voltage stability margin and weakest bus identification. The method is applied on standard IEEE 30 bus, 57 bus and 118 bus test systems to show their comparative computing effectiveness.

Abstract

ECC is an advanced technology for memory error detection and correction, which is used to support high reliability of computers. It is widely used in sever memory while it can detect 2-bit error and correct 1-bit error. This paper introduces the ECC algorithm, then discusses the more general correction coding mathematics, realizing it by programming with VHDL. After finishing these parts, a debug experiment is executed on the Altera Stratix IV family FPGA. Finally, the paper analyzes the simulation results and gives some suggestions for improving the performance of ECC controllers.

Abstract

Because it is hard to find and to clear cockhorse and virus developed by root kit technology, antivirus soft at present is hard to clear virus in the system, which make the system in dangers status of hazard. So, designing a speedy clear Trojan and virus makes by root kit is very important. The article.is based on SDK, adopting the technology.of kernel to design the Clairvoyant systemic safety detecting software. It major function is monitors.the service of the system and the operation. Monitor the register changer. Search the file, process, system module hided by the virus. It can also end protected processes and delete protected files forcibly. Through the port.mapping of processes, it can find.port messages opened.by system, processes opening ports and.cockhorse effectively. http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i10.5345

Abstract

Wireless sensor network (WSN) is considered as the enabling technology to increase coordination between the physical and virtual worlds. A typical WSN is composed of a large number of computing devices known as nodes which are responsible for sensing and reporting some phenomenon to a sink or base-station where some useful conclusions are drawn from the reported data. Most of the times, the sensed data is of limited usage if not accompanied with timestamp and position information. In addition, several other basic operations in WSNs are based on efficient time synchronization such as duplicate detection, data aggregation/fusion, energy management, transmission scheduling, and cryptography etc; therefore time synchronization plays a pivotal role in operational activities of the network. In this paper, we discuss all the related issues and challenges that revolve around time synchronization in WSNs. Our purpose in writing this paper is to provide an in-depth understanding of the clock synchronization problem in WSNs so that the application designers can fine tune their applications in accordance with the underlined constraints and complexities involved.
