Abstract

Facing the operational inefficiency situation during a long time, the sharply blooming of small domestically banks and the banking bad debt situation increase year by year, all elements have reduced their competiveness. Therefore, how enhancing their competitiveness? This study based on the Grey forecasting modeling (GM) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) as foundation proposes an effective approach for helping manager find out the best partner when formed alliance. Realistic data of 21 banks were collected from the Vietnam stock exchange, the state bank of Vietnam and their official website, the empirical study indicates that there are 6 the best combinations in the total of 210 virtual alliances. These results are good sound for helping organization to select the best candidates when implementing alliance. This issue can be extended and applied in many fields by considering lots of different factors in the future.

Abstract

PV output uncertainty, the PV scheduling problem has become urgent. The combined energy storage and PV can solve effectively the problem. We established the joint energy-saving economic scheduling model on PV- Storage generation, which mainly included the penalty model about PV positive deviation output and the penalty model about PV negative deviation output and "overflowing negative revenue" model. Considering the uncertainty of the PV output, this paper analyzed the prediction error distribution characteristics about PV output by the probability density estimate method. Based on the LHS (Latin hypercube sampling) –SR (scenes reduce) technology, PV uncertain output is converted into a finite PV output scenes under different probability conditions. Finally, we used the PV output scenarios as the input data, and we solved the proposed Model based on GAMS (General Algebraic Model System) software, which the optimization goal is the joint expectation maximum power generation benefit. Results show that the proposed method is effective, and had good engineering application value.

Abstract

Since there has been a strong demand from industry to have an efficient way of managing color image quality presented in different media, by specifically investigating partly changed complex images, this article proposed a revision to existing CIE color difference model which cannot give a proper color difference assessment on partly changed complex images. The key method applied is to find out weight coefficients of color attributes such as lightness, hue and chroma in color difference prediction.

Abstract

This paper established the high limit penetration power of a certain area including wind power grid model in 30.084% value, in the high limit penetration power transmission network by small disturbance voltage influence. Through the power flow calculation power flow distribution of the viewing area, with the reactive power compensation voltage were optimized. The impact on the system voltage load disturbance by PV-QV curve analysis. And its system reactive power margin and other issues. By the above calculation, the grid is analyzed in access high wind power penetration limit under the feasibility and reliability of operation, and its impact on the static voltage grid system analysis. Make wind power grid reliable access high penetration power frontier research.

Abstract

According to the filtering of laser gyro output signal of low precision, slow speed of dynamic response, the research and implementation of a new method of laser gyro filtering process, the scheme using LMS adaptive filtering algorithm, the dither feedback signal as the iterative filter data input, the dither signal, random noise, white noise as the reference signal filter, digital filter and the external control using FPGA, give the filter algorithm and hardware block diagram. Experimental results show that the filtering module with filter with high precision and wide dynamic response range, can meet the requirements of speed and precision of laser gyro demodulation aerospace fields.

Abstract

A new plaintext-related image encryption system based on the hyper-chaotic Lorenz system is proposed in this paper. In the proposed image encryption system, the hyper-chaotic Lorenz system is employed to generate six pseudo-random matrixes, where, two of them use the “add-modulus” operations to carry out the plaintext-unrelated image diffusion, and the other four matrixes are used to confuse the plaintext-related image. In the image confusion, each pixel will swap its location with another pixel, and the target location is determined by some elements in the plain image and the four matrixes. The proposed image encryption system can resist the chosen/known plaintext attacks due to the application of the plaintext-related image confusion in it. The simulation results show that the proposed encryption system also have the characters of fast encryption/decryption speed, large key space, strong key sensitivity, strong plaintext sensitivity, good statistical properties of cipher images, and large information entropy, etc. Thus, the proposed system can be used in practical communications.

Abstract

This paper proposed an analysis model and a complex-eigenvalue-based algorithm of wet multiple disc brake (WMDB) noise. Firstly, the damping and stiffness between the brake disc and the friction plate were introduced based on the consideration of the slight rotation of the braking system and damping characteristics of brake oil. Then, the friction coupling mathematical model and the finite element model (FEM) of the braking system were established. The occurrence tendency of brake squeal was judged according to the real part (positive or negative value) of characteristic roots of the complex eigenvalue. The relative error between the numerical analysis results and the finite element analysis results was 4%, indicating that braking speed and braking pressure had little effect on brake noise. During the braking system design, under the premise that the braking performance is not affected, the friction material with the lower stiffness should be used as possible. Moreover, properly decreasing the friction coefficient between the friction linings and dual steel disc will reduce the brake noise. Therefore, the proper combination of the parameters was deduced to obtain the stable frequency response of the braking system.

Abstract

In recent years, single object tracking has been extensively studied and achieved much development. However, multiple objects tracking is still an issue that remains to be addressed. Generally speaking, existing multiple objects tracking methods employ a manner of simultaneously tracking each object respectively. In this paper, we develop a multiple ship tracking algorithm based on deformable part model to accomplish multiple ship tracking in inland waterway CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) automated surveillance. Our method utilizes HOG features to construct the appearance models of ships. Then by taking full advantages of the spatial constrains between ships, we can successfully explore mutual relations for multiple ships, thus accomplishing multiple ship tracking in its true sense. Moreover, structured learning method is used to learn how to update the model parameters. Numerous experimental results on challenging inland waterway CCTV video sequences demonstrate that our method can effectively and accurately perform robust multiple ship tracking.

Abstract

Support Vector Regression (SVR) is Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used for regression case. Regression method is one of prediction season method has been commonly used. SVR process requires kernel functions to transform the non-linear inputs into a high dimensional feature space. This research was conducted to predict rainfall in the dry season at 15 weather stations in Indramayu district. The basic method used in this study was Support Vector Regression (SVR) optimized by a hybrid algorithm GAPSO (Genetic Algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization). SVR models created using Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel. This hybrid technique incorporates concepts from GA and PSO and creates individuals new generation not only by crossover and mutation operation in GA, but also through the process of PSO. Predictors used were Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) and NINO3.4 Sea Surface Temperature Anomaly (SSTA) data. This research obtained an SVR model with the highest correlation coefficient of 0.87 and NRMSE error value of 11.53 at Bulak station. Cikedung station has the lowest NMRSE error value of 0.78 and the correlation coefficient of 9.01.
