Abstract

The solutions of power flow can not be obtained easily near the voltage collapse point because the Jacobian matrix is singular. Through analysis of voltage instability region, find the voltage instability region margin, and that is to find the collapse conditions of static voltage stability. We Form the equation that reflect the voltage collapse conditions and establish the extended power flow equations with the hybrid equations as mentioned above, the static voltage collapse point can be calculated by solving the extended equations. The advantage of this method is that the power flow calculation can be convergence smoothly near the collapse point because of the extended power flow equations when the Jacobian matrix tends to be singular. The convergence can be achievable just because the joining of the equation reflecting the voltage collapse conditions has changed the structure of the Jacobian matrix. The simulation results show that this method is very effective. It can solve the voltage collapse point of single-node instability, two-node instability or even all-node instability at the same time. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i2.4408

Abstract

This paper presents a recently developed the finite model method for analysis of horizontal axis wind turbine blades. Free vibration equation is proposed based on theory of the classical lamination and Lagrange method. A 40 m rotor blade was chosen as a example study to validate the static and dynamic behaviour predicted by shell model built in ANSYS,Given uncertainty of material properties involved, an accurate agreement was found for static deformation curves, as well as a good prediction of the lowest frequency modes in terms of resonance frequencies, the highest (eighth) frequency modes show only a fair agreement as expected for an FE model, Flap-wise, edge-wise and  torsional  natural  frequencies of  a  variable  length  blade  have been investigated. The results show that the approach used in this study is very efficient and produces improved designs as compared with a reference or baseline design. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i2.3944

Abstract

Sampling radar video echo signal is widely known as an effective method to explore the target information in remote sensing. Large number of echoes must be acquired in real time. A typical radar acquisition system involves high-speed ADC, front-end filter and signal process module. A multi-channel adaptive variable sampling rate data acquisition system based on FPGA and I2C bus is introduced. Not only can it be used in the field of radar video echo data acquisition system but also be used to achieve normal data acquisition in industry. By writing the frame data into E2PROM and the design of interface between FPGA and E2PROM, multi-channel data programmable sampling is realized. In addition, in order to reduce the data volume in signal process module, real-time lossless compression algorithm LZW based on FPGA is proposed. It can be realized by programming in FPGA. The algorithm principle of LZW and the coding flow are introduced. By using different file types to test the compression algorithm, satisfactory results can be obtained. This lossless compression algorithm based on hardware can reduce the complexity of the signal processing to some extent. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i2.3210

Abstract

With the development of information technology, a large number of domain scientific data have been accumulated with the characteristics of distribution and heterogeneity. It has important significance to acquire exact scientific data from multiple data sources for cooperative research. The existing data integration and information retrieval techniques cannot solve the problems of data semantic heterogeneity and retrieval inaccuracy very well. In this paper, an ontology driven domain scientific data retrieval model is proposed, which uses domain ontology to describe user query and queried data. User query is posed on domain ontology schema. Data retrieval for distributed and heterogeneous data sources is realized through constructing mapping relations between them and domain ontologyschema. We developed a prototype for material scientific data, and the experimental results show that the proposed model is effective. Our model can also provide some means of use for reference to other domain scientific data retrieval. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i2.3860

Abstract

For solve the problem of flight simulation system accurately modeling, speediness and high efficiency implement. It bring forward flight simulation system of aerocraft speediness and integrative modeling method based on Aerosim/RTW. Compare with traditional development method for flight simulation system, the method who based on Aerosim/RTW could implement speediness prototype and integrative process which from digital simulation model establishing to system implement. Lastly the simulation results showed that: this technique based on Aerosim/RTW could achieve speediness prototype and integrative construct for aerocraft dynamic flight simulation system and give birth to remote sensing of flight data flow. The technology have simpleness, conveniency and high efficiency characteristic in the course of constructing for the flight simulation system of aerocraft. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i2.3885

Abstract

Since the power system frequency and time synchronization network are networking alone, which brings a lot of system synchronization, reliability and security issues, this article will merge frequency synchronization network and time synchronization network into one to set up the synchronization system of power grid. In this paper, we present a new generation of power synchronization network program with BDS and GPS timing as the cure. Meanwhile, it presents a three-level power system synchronized demonstration network which is consist of provincial power grid, municipal power grid and substations. And Iin the end, we conduct some research on related technologies of this program. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i2.4181

Abstract

Sandstorm has influence on the the electrical properties of outdoor insulator, and the analysis of the electric field characteristics of insulator under sandstorm condition is very important. The electrostatic field finite element method (FEM) is used to calculate the electric field distribution along long rod insulator under sandstorm condition with FEM software after calculating the one under clean condition. The results of calculation show that the sand deposition decreases the electric field strength of insulator covered with sand, and increases the field strength of the corresponding shed key points. The electric field strength of the non-sand region will increase, when the non-sand region appears in sand layer on insulator. Suspended sand particles in the ambient air can distort the electric field distribution along insulator, and which is significantly affected by the size, the quantity, the charge-to-mass ratio and the charge polarity of sand particles. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i2.3902

Abstract

In this paper, a dynamic multi-task collaboration CPS control model based on the self-adaptive immune feedback is proposed and implemented in the smart home environment. First, the internal relations between CPS and the biological immune system are explored via their basic theories. Second, CPS control mechanism is elaborated through the analysis of CPS control structure. Finally, a comprehensive strategy for support is introduced into multi-task collaboration to improve the dynamic cognitive ability. At the same time, the performance of parameters is correspondingly increased by the operator of the antibody concentration and the selective pressure. Furthermore, the model has been put into service in the smart home laboratory. The experimental results show that this model can integrate user’s needs into the environment for properly regulating the home environment. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i2.3633
