Abstract

In order to improve the utilization of materials, improving stamping cage processing methods, the single row tapered roller bearing cage is improved from structural strength, puts forward whole stamping cage a type of structure. Use ANSYS finite element analysis to the different structure and the thickness cage. Get the stress contours of the cage, based on equal strength design principles. Get sheet metal stamping manufacturing cage, improving the process and precision manufacturing. Change the traditional increase cage strength only by increasing the thickness of the method. Improve production efficiency and reduce the input device. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i3.4661

Abstract

According to the development trend of the act of China's current strategic alliance, this paper elaborates the reason why the success rate of strategic alliance is not high from game theory. The mathematical model based on prisoner's dilemma game and snowdrifts game; synthesize the relevant factors of impacting the revenue sharing of enterprise knowledge alliance. Through analysis, it finds that the strategic alliance is a dynamic process of growth. In each stage of the process, because internal and external environment, business processes, customers, the market reaction and other external conditions as well as internal conditions, such as bearing and sharing mechanisms of the risks and benefits between alliance partners change, which brings enormous difficulties to maintain and develop strategic alliance . Due to the different strategic objectives, work efficiency, learning ability and other conditions, the alliance partners need to pay attention to coordination to make flexible and creative reforms. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i3.4504

Abstract

Nowadays Micro blog has become a new tool of social intercourse. It effectively integrates various multimedia so that it is possible for users to release and update information freely. The characteristics of the micro blog bring great challenges to hot topic detecting. This paper proposed an approach of mining hot topics from micro blog by detecting the key terms emerging in large numbers and clustering them. To extract subject headings, a compound weight was structured by considering the term frequency and the growth rate to measure the likelihood of a word to be a hot topic keyword; To construct the hot topic, contextual relevance model was used to support incremental clustering, which is more suitable to the problem compared with semantic similarity. The experiments on real world data in micro blog show the effectiveness of the approach out of massive messages. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i3.4283

Abstract

Aircraft dynamic scheduling made a rational organization of surplus aircrafts to generate the optimized aircraft dispatch solution. The approach improved the operation efficiency and aviation enterprise benefits. To describe the complex relationship in aircraft dispatch, according to the characteristics of the airlines operation network, the research constructed an aircraft dynamic time-space network diagram, defined the surplus aircrafts’ routing and constructed corresponding mathematical model. The proposed method found the routings set with heuristic methods in the column generation algorithm sub-problem process. Finally, the given example illustrated the method generate reasonable and practical aircraft solution for airlines in the effective time. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i3.4519

Abstract

The single-phase grounding fault has great negative influence on neural ineffectively grounding system of distribution network. This article has illustrated and compared commonly used fault locating techniques including the impedance method, travelling wave method and signal injection method. The author has detailed how fault locating could be realized and merits and shortcoming of each method. It is shown that every method still has its own space of improvisation. And the rapid development of smart grid has given directions to further researches. On one hand the current problems of fault location have been revealed in this essay. One step further, this article has made expectations for achieving more accurate and timely fault locating methods. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i3.4565

Abstract

Along with the social demands for the amount of food and constantly improve, the cutting way is not able to meet the user's requirements. So the automatic production line for automatic vermicelli cutting machine is designed. This paper mainly introduces the design of control circuit for cutting off machine. The parameters are optimized by programs. Static analysis for supporting structure of cutting machine is given by ANSYS software. The distribution of stress and strain is obtained. The maximum stress position is found. Determine whether or not to meet the use requirements and provide optimization proposal, and discuss the feasibility of the improvement scheme. The modal analysis for the cutting machine is done by ANSYS which provides theoretical basis for optimization design. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i3.4456

Abstract

Data mining technology has been widely used in various applications. Important information could be discoveried by data mining technology. In the education efficiency analysis, it is essential to use data mining technology to analyze histrical data. However, little work has been done to the quantitative analysis on education efficiency. To address this issue, this paper applies the slacks based measure (SBM Model) to objectively assess the input-output eficiency of education efficiency in Jiangxi province, China. In the design of the input-output data of the SBM model, this paper employed the Fuzzy principal component analysis (Fuzzy PCA) to analyze historical data sets in an itteligent manner. Three input indexes and three output indexes have been chosen by the Fuzzy PCA. The empirical analysis finds that the change of relative education efficiency in Jiangxi from 2000 to 2012 falls into 5 stages – being relatively efficient; relative efficiency decrease; relative efficiency increase; relative efficiency decrease and being relatively efficient. The analysis results show that the changes of national policies and economy have great influence on the education efficiency in Jiangxi. For the first time, this paper puts forward useful suggestions to maitain education efficiency in Jiangxi, which could provide valuable reference for similar studies over the country. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i3.4538

Abstract

Molecular statics can simulate the process without time limitation, while molecular dynamics can only study the motion of system in small time range. Therefore, it’s necessary to give attention and research on the application of molecular statics in engineering materials field. In order to investigate the applicability analysis of molecular statics simulation in nanomaterials scientific research, taking 3D copper monocrystal as the research object, the corresponding molecular statics model was established, the stress-strain data and Young's modulus at the absolute-zero temperature is got.Comparing the result of molecular static simulation with molecular dynamics simulation and the known experimental data, the results show that the model established by molecular statics can explain the mechanical properties of copper monocrystal subjected to tensile loading. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i3.4666

Abstract

Fishtail skeleton, muscles and nerves controlling body swinging were simulated using alloy sheet, giant magnetostrictive material (GMM) posted on this sheet and outside magnetic field in this study. Thus, the quick start of part natural fishes was simulated. The non-linear model related to large geometric deformation and non-linear damping was established after analysis and research. A recurrence formula is obtained using eigensolution, nonlinear dynamic equation and small parameter expansion method, and a numerical method for solving nonlinear problem is formed. The numerical analysis reveals the swimming mechanism of bionic robot fish, and the best start mode of this fish was designed. It also reveals the effect of material, geometric parameters, environmental factors, etc. on the starting of robot fish. The results show that there is an optimum frequency in the starting process of bionic robot fish. The optimum mode is a rapid transition from low order mode to high order mode, thus achieving the quick start of robot fish. These provide a theoretical basis and data support for designing the quick start of bionic robot fish. DOI : http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v12i3.4430
