Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan durasi penggunaan gadget dengan kualitas tidur pada mahasiswa kedokteran Universitas Baiturrahmah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasi dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa nilai p value hitung sebesar 41,878. Sedangkan berdasarkan df 10 dengan siginifikasi 5% didapatkan nilai p value tabel sebesar 18,307. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut, karena p value hitung lebih besar dari p value tabel (41,878 > 18,307) dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara durasi penggunaan gadget dengan kualitas tidur pada mahasiswa Kedokteran Universitas Baiturrahmah angkatan 2018. Penelitian ini memberikan pengetahuan bahwa penggunaan gadget memiliki hubungan dengan kualitas tidur. Peneliti lain bisa melakukan eksperimen untuk menemukan nilai pengaruh dari penggunaan gadget terhadap kualitas tidur seseorang. Sehingga dapat memberikan pengetahuan berapa skala pengaruh dari variabel tersebut.  Kata kunci: Gadget; Kualitas tidur; Mahasiswa AbstractThis study aims to determine the relationship between the duration of gadget use and sleep quality in medical students at Baiturrahmah University. The method used is correlation research with cross sectional research design. The results showed that the calculated p value was 41,878. Meanwhile, based on df 10 with a significance of 5%, the p value table value was 18.307. Based on this value, because the calculated p value is greater than the table p value (41.878 > 18.307), it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the duration of gadget use and sleep quality in medical students at Baiturrahmah University class 2018. This study provides knowledge that the use of gadgets has a relationship with sleep quality. Other researchers can conduct experiments to find the value of the effect of using gadgets on a person's sleep quality. So that it can provide knowledge on the scale of the influence of these variables.Keywords: Gadget; Sleep quality; Students

Abstract

Diabetes melitus adalah epidemi global yang berkembang pada abad ke-21. Salah satu komplikasi utama yang melemahkan adalah kaki diabetik. Kaki diabetik adalah komplikasi serius dari diabetes melitus yang terjadi pada sekitar 3% sampai 4% pasien diabetes di seluruh dunia. Di Indonesia sendiri, penyebab terbesar dilakukannya perawatan di rumah sakit yaitu sebesar 80% adalah dengan ulkus kaki diabetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik pemeriksaan pedis pada kasus ulkus diabetik dan untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangannya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode pendekatan study literature review. Hasil penelitian yang didapat dari tiga jurnal menunjukkan bahwa untuk pemeriksaan radiografi pada pedis dengan klinis ulkus diabetik dilakukan dengan radiografi polos, disarankan untuk pasien non kooperatif menggunakan proyeksi AP, Lateral supine sedangkan untuk pasien kooperatif menggunakan proyeksi AP Weight – Bearing dan Lateral Weight–Bearing karena posisinya paling ideal tetapi apabila masih tidak optimal gambarannya untuk melihat ulkus pada bagian sesamoid perlu ditambahkan proyeksi plantar axial view.Kata kunci: pedis; radiografi; diabetes melitusAbstractDiabetes mellitus is a global epidemic that develops in the 21st century. One of the major debilitating complications is diabetic foot. Diabetic foot is a serious complication of diabetes mellitus which occurs in about 3% to 4% of diabetes patients worldwide. In Indonesia alone, the biggest cause of hospitalization, which is 80%, is diabetic foot ulcers. Which aims to determine pedis examination techniques in cases of diabetic ulcers and to determine the advantages and disadvantages. The method used is a literature review study approach. The results of the study obtained from three journals showed that radiographic examination of the pedis with clinical diabetic ulcers was carried out with plain radiographs for non-cooperative patients using the AP projection, Lateral supine while for cooperative patients using the AP Weight-Bearing and Lateral Weight-Bearing projections because of their position in the most ideal but if the picture is still not optimal to see the ulcer on the sesamoid, it is necessary to add a plantar axial view projection.Keywords: pedis, radiography, diabetes mellitus

Abstract

Proyek pembangunan kereta cepat Jakarta-Bandung membentang dari stasiun Halim di Jakarta Timur hingga stasiun Tegal Luar di Kabupaten Bandung. Kecelakaan kerja merupakan suatu kasus yang tidak dikehendaki atau tidak diduga yang terjadi pada suatu proses kerja baik pada sektor manufaktur maupun konstruksi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana pengaruh faktor kecelakaan kerja terhadap kepatuhan pekerja pada proyek konstruksi pembangunan kereta cepat Jakarta Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh peraturan, peralatan kerja dan mesin, lingkungan dan manusia terhadap kepatuhan pekerja pada proyek konstruksi pembangunan kereta cepat Jakarta Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan 300 responden dan menggunakan teknik sampling dengan jumlah 75 responden yang berkaitan dengan kepatuhan pekerja dalam penerapan K3. Instrument penelitian ini dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara terhadap pekerja indonesia. Analisa data menggunakan SmartPLS v.3.3.5 dengan metode analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peraturan dan manusia berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pekerja, sedangkan peralatan kerja dan mesin, serta lingkungan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pekerja. Saran yang penulis berikan adalah manajemen harus mensosialisasikan kembali terkait dengan kebijakan K3 yang ada di perusahaan dan selalu memonitor secara berkala, pelaksanaan SMK3 harus ditinjau ulang secara kontinue oleh manajemen perusahaan, memastikan kembali sertifikat peralatan produksi dan sarana yang digunakan masih berlaku dan sesuai regulasi, membentuk kelompok-kelompok kerja dan dipilih dari wakil-wakil tenaga kerja baik dari Indonesia ataupun warga negara asing sebagai penanggung jawab K3 ditempat kerjanya selain dari personel Safety/SHE dan kepadanya diberikan pelatihan, mendukung pelaksanaan K3 di perusahaan oleh seluruh pekerja.Kata Kunci: Kecelakaan Kerja; Kepatuhan Pekerja; Sektor Konstruksi AbstractThe Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail construction project stretches from Halim station in East Jakarta to Tegal Luar station in Bandung regency. A work accident is an unwanted or unexpected case that occurs in a work process in both the manufacturing and construction sectors. This study discusses how the influence of work accident factors on worker compliance in the construction project of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed train. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regulations, work equipment and machinery, the environment and humans on worker compliance in the construction project of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed train. This type of research is quantitative with 300 respondents and uses a sampling technique with a total of 75 respondents related to worker compliance in the application of K3. The instrument of this research is the distribution of questionnaires and interviews with Indonesian workers. The data analysis using SmartPLS v.3.3.5 with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that regulations and humans have a significant effect on worker compliance, while work equipment and machinery, as well as the environment have no significant effect on worker compliance. The advice that the author gives is that management must re-socialize related to K3 policies that exist in the company and always monitor regularly, the implementation of SMK3 must be reviewed continuously by company management, re-ensure certificates for production equipment and facilities used are still valid and in accordance with regulations, establish working groups and selected from representatives of workers from both Indonesia and foreign nationals as the person in charge of K3 in their workplace apart from Safety/SHE personnel and given training to them.Keywords: Work Accident; Worker Compliance; Construction Sector
