This triggered the collapse of the Indonesian tourism sector. As a result of this, many Travel agents were closed resulting in employees and Travel agent drivers losing their jobs. Apart from losing a job, of course it will also affect the financial condition of travel agent drivers, especially in Sanur. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling involving 50 travel agent drivers in Sanur. This study aims to analyze coping stress mediating between social support and religiosity on family resilience. Data analysis was performed using PLS-based SEM. the results of the study show that there is no direct relationship between social support and religiosity on family resilience. In this case coping stress becomes a mediating variable between social support and religiosity on family resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, compensation, and job satisfaction on employee morale. Data were collected from 125 respondents using the Google Form format questionnaire technique. Then the data were analyzed using SEM-PLS version 3 inferential statistical analysis. From the results of the research analysis it was found that: (1) Leadership and compensation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with p values of 0.000 and 0.000 respectively, less than 0.05. (2) Leadership, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on work morale with p values of 0.037 each; 0.036 and 0.001 are smaller than 0.05. (3) Job satisfaction is a partial mediation on the influence of leadership and compensation on morale.

This encourages MSME business actors to digitize by joining one of the e-commerce stores, Tokopedia, to continue to survive. This study aims to analyze the antecedents that can affect electronic satisfaction (E-satisfaction), electronic trust (e-trust), and their impact on purchase intention (purchase intention) on Tokopedia consumers who buy MSME products. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling with the analysis method of partial least squares equation modelling (PLS-SEM) to 190 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the antecedents consisting of variables perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and social media marketing have a significant positive influence on purchase intention through e-satisfaction and e-trust mediation.
