Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of professionalism of specialist doctors on doctor performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at XYZ Palembang Hospital involving 36 specialist doctors. Data collection was carried out by distributing a questionnaire containing 59 questions with a Likert Scale of 1–5 based on the purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using the PLS-based SEM method. The results of this research state that time management has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a negative effect and can mediate the effect of time management and training on the performance of specialist doctors. Motivation and training have a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Time management and motivation have a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of specialist doctors. Training and job satisfaction have a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of specialist doctors. Job satisfaction has a negative effect and is unable to mediate the influence of motivation on the performance of specialist doctors at xyz hospital in Palembang City

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of business at PT Sepatu Bata, Tbk by looking at secondary data in the form of financial statements from 2017 to 2022. The technique used in this study is to use the Altman Z-Score method where if the Z value is more than 2.99 it is classified as a healthy company. If the Z value is less than 1.81, it is classified as an unhealthy company. If the Z value is between 1.81 and 2.99, it is classified as a company in the grey area or vulnerable area. From the results of research that has been conducted from 2017 to 2021 based on financial statements, it is known that PT Sepatu Bata, Tbk has a Z value> 2.99, which means that the company is in good health, but in 2022 it actually experienced financial distress because the Z value < 1.81 or in other words the company can be classified as a company experiencing financial distress.

Abstract

In increasingly tight economic conditions, various business ventures are trying to continue to develop and become the best. One of the supporters of achieving company goals is through labor or employees. Employees who master their work will bring employee job satisfaction and provide optimal performance for the company. To encourage employees to work well, one way is through providing compensation both financially and non-financially. This research aims to determine the effect of non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang Area, with 67 employees used as respondents and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The research results explain that non-financial compensation variables have a significant influence on job satisfaction of 42.9% due to the high level of significance. The research results also support the hypothesis which shows that the author's initial assumption that providing non-financial compensation has an effect on increasing job satisfaction is proven to be correct

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of advertising creativity and product quality on purchase decisions with brand image as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This research collects data based on questionnaires, literature studies and observations. The population in this study were Lux bath soap users in Cilegon City aged 17-35 years and a sample of 102 respondents using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 analysis tool. This research has the results that advertising creativity has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, while product quality has positive and no significant effect on purchase decisions. Brand image can mediate the indirect influence of advertising creativity and product quality on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Turnover intention is one of the parameters for assessing the effectiveness of human resource management, a high number has the implication that the organization's management system must be improved. A high level of turnover intention in hospitals can disrupt performance and service performance. Based on human resources data at Private Hospital X in West Jakarta, from 2020 - 2023 there is an average turnover rate of 20.43%. This figure is relatively high for turnover. Turnover intention can be influenced by several factors such as Job security, Burnout, and Pay Satisfaction. The cross-sectional method was used to obtain quantitative data from an online questionnaire that was modified based on questions contained in published literature. Data is collected from the entire population of medical personnel. SmartPLS software is used to process data. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence of job security on job satisfaction, a significant negative influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has also been proven to mediate job security and burnout and turnover intention. The results of this research can be a guide for private hospital X which can reduce the turnover intention rate among health workers

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work-life quality and burnout on employee output combined with contentment at work as a mediating variable. This is a quantitative research study with 85 PT Inkabiz Indonesia employees as the sample. A probability sampling combined with simple random sampling was the sample method employed. A questionnaire was used to gather data, which SmartPLS software assisted in analyzing using partial least squares (PLS). The study's findings indicate that: 1) job satisfaction is significantly impacted by quality of work-life; 2) burnout is significantly impacted by quality of work-life; 3) quality of work-life is significantly impacted by performance; 4) burnout is significantly impacted by performance; 5) job satisfaction is greatly influenced by performance; 6) quality of work-life is significantly impacted by performance combined with contentment in one's work acting as an intervening variable; and 7) burnout is significantly impacted on output and contentment in one's work acting as an variable

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of budget participation, budget target clarity and budget realization with organizational commitment as a moderating variable in South Nias Regency. The population in this study were 189 people from 63 OPD Departments / Agencies. The sampling technique used was 28 SKPDs selected using cluster sampling. Thus, the total sample was 84 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research. The analytical tool used is the Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that budget participation and budget target clarity significantly affect budget realization in South Nias Regency. Organizational commitment cannot moderate the effect of budget participation and budget goal clarity on budget realization in South Nias Regency. This study uses descriptive statistical and partial least squares analysis with Smart PLS 4.0 software.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between ethical leadership, Islamic workplace spirituality, and employee engagement in pesantrens in Bandar Sribhawono. The research employed a quantitative approach, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed both offline and online to pesantren managers. The collected data was then analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software with regression analysis techniques. The findings indicate that ethical leadership significantly correlates with employee engagement in pesantrens. Islamic workplace spirituality also shows a positive relationship with employee engagement. Additionally, there is a positive relationship between ethical leadership and Islamic workplace spirituality. These findings provide insight that ethical and spiritual values play crucial roles in enhancing employee engagement in pesantrens, with implications for pesantren management and human resource development in this context

Abstract

The house construction project was carried out in a span of 120 days involving 6 people. Data processing is carried out to ensure the smooth implementation of the project in accordance with the predetermined plan. By using the literature study method and secondary data processing, this study aims to develop an effective and efficient house construction project management plan, the method used in this project planning is the CPM critical path method (Critical path method). The project is carried out by 6 people, all materials such as sand, stone, cement and wood have been prepared in advance by the project owner. The information used in this analysis is based on direct interviews between the project owner and the researcher. Thus, the main conclusion is that effective and efficient project management, including careful budget planning and good control, is very important in ensuring the success of house construction. By maintaining a balance between time, budget, and quality, and applying the latest management techniques, the house construction project can be completed well in accordance with the set plan. The house construction project was carried out in a span of 120 days involving 6 people, with Mr. Ardiansyah in charge of project management. All materials such as sand, stone, cement, and wood have been prepared in advance by the project owner, ensuring the availability of construction materials during implementation. Normal and quick duration work network analysis is used to understand the sequence of construction activities, fastest duration, and normal duration of each project activity. By utilizing the CPM method, the critical path of the shophouse construction project can be identified to calculate the estimated project completion time and the minimum duration required.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 triggered changes in consumer behavior and business practices. In response to the market challenges brought about by the pandemic, entrepreneurs and consumers alike shifted to online platforms, utilizing e-commerce as a vital channel for marketing. This research aims to investigate the factors influencing repurchase intentions and impulsive purchase behavior among TikTok live shoppers, specifically focusing on product quality, live streaming experiences, and streaming scenarios. The study was conducted among TikTok users in Indonesia with a sample size of 255 participants, utilizing the SmartPLS method for data analysis. The results indicate that product quality, live streaming experiences, and streaming scenarios significantly influence the TikTok platform's repurchase intentions and impulsive purchase behavior. The implications of this research underscore the importance of considering these factors in designing marketing strategies and product development in the digital era, particularly on social media platforms like TikTok, to enhance user engagement and overall business success
