Abstract

In the logistics decision-making of supply chain management, both professional logistics enterprises and enterprises that need to use the logistics system are pursuing efficient, low-cost, convenient and fast business model and effective management methods. Firstly, the paper analyzes the development background, importance, feasibility and necessity of supply chain management, and formulates the classification summary from customer relationship management, supplier relationship management and internal manufacturing process of supply chain. This paper analyzes the importance of supply chain management. Combined with the future development trend, the importance and urgency of theory and application are analyzed. Then it introduces the important relationship of logistics decision-making in supply chain management and its development status. In the study of logistics distribution optimization decision-making mechanism based on supply chain management, this paper establishes the optimization decision-making model, formulates the decision- making principles, analyzes and evaluates the decision-making conditions, and determines the logistics decision-making objectives.

Abstract

In building a system in an IT organisation, it is necessary to have the support of an IT Service that is able to adapt to business needs continuously. IT services mainly run and grow from within the company. The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is the most commonly adopted framework for IT service management. Starting the use of ITIL can be done by identifying areas that can be developed and measuring the current situation. This will help to know the desired future state and be the basis for finding solutions to improve performance based on ITIL. Maturity level measurement is one of the commonly used methods to define the current situation. The purpose of this research is to understand how well a team from a small company is doing business using maturity levels. ITIL's seven-step improvement process was chosen and adapted as a guide to carry out the entire research. The research was conducted by conducting maturity assessments and interviews at a small IT services company. Measurements were carried out twice. At first, it serves to determine the condition before measurement and improvement. Research in the IT Operations division of XYZ revealed that ITIL implementation can increase maturity levels in accordance with company management objectives. In the end, the implications of this research will provide company management with factors and solutions to improve performance based on ITIL implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate Instagram Ads optimization strategies in increasing brand awareness at CV Media Computindo. In this ever-evolving digital era, Instagram is one of the most popular and effective marketing platforms. Strong brand awareness is very important for CV Media Computindo because it can increase brand exposure in a competitive market. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. The purpose of qualitative descriptive research is to make systematic descriptions, drawings, or drawings as well as the relationships between the phenomena being investigated. 98% ad reach has been obtained, 100% broadcast is male gender, 78% aged 35-44 years and 21.9% aged 45-54 years, the top locations for exposure are West Java 29.4%, East Java 23, 3%, Jakarta 21.5%, Central Java 21.2%, and DI Yogyakarta 4.4%. Shows that Instagram Ads have a significant influence on building brand awareness at CV.Media Computindo.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and excellent technology services have become the aspiration for everyone, organizations, institutions, and universities to support their activities, facilitate their tasks, and streamline their business processes. An enterprise organization needs to adapt to the current information technology trends. Managing IT services is a centralized method focusing on consumers' perspective of IT services towards a company's business. XYZ Company has implemented information technology specifically designed for users to manage service activities and process company administrative data. Service Operation is a lifecycle phase covering all day-to-day operations of IT service management. Based on research results on 3 processes, namely Event Management, Request Fulfillment, and Problem Management, there is a need to enhance the hardware, software, and infrastructure requirements to adequately meet the needs of XYZ Company for more effective work. Additionally, the need for implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and appropriate modules for employees is crucial to enhance their efficiency in utilizing information technology.

Abstract

Urban rail transit is a vital part of the transportation infrastructure in cities, becoming a preferred choice for an increasing number of commuters. Nevertheless, the occurrence of station failures due to emergencies poses a significant challenge that can disrupt the entire transit system. This situation underscores the necessity for improved resilience and effective recovery strategies within urban rail systems. This research addresses the critical issue of how to effectively control fault spread and swiftly restore system operations after a failure. Utilizing metro network data from Gaode maps and leveraging complex network theory, we constructed a network topology model to analyze these dynamics. Our investigation focused on the patterns and mechanisms of fault propagation within the metro network, both in the absence and presence of recovery interventions. The primary objective was to uncover the fundamental principles governing fault spread in urban rail systems. Through detailed data analysis and the development of recovery models, we aimed to offer valuable insights into reducing the impact of failures and enhancing the overall reliability of urban rail transit. The study concludes with a simulation of four distinct recovery strategies, providing a comparative assessment of their effectiveness. These findings are essential for urban planners, transit authorities, and policymakers in crafting strategies to mitigate the effects of emergencies on urban rail transit. Ultimately, the research contributes to ensuring a resilient and efficient transportation system that can support the demands of a growing urban population.
