Abstract

Bazaar is a trading activity that is based on a committee that meets the requirements with the division of tasks in accordance with available resources. Bazaar is usually carried out when welcoming the End of the Odd Semester Examination and as an event or routine every year, with bazaar decorations that attract the interest of visitors. In carrying out the Bazar, the organizer often experiences problems in determining the Best Bazaar Stand. Among them, Invalid data, constrained by limited time and Lack of experience of the Bazar implementers so that in practice participants have insufficient and uncoordinated concepts, Failure in carrying out the bazaar can also be influenced by poor or insufficient loyalty control which results in a shortage of and out of stock, which results in disappointed customers and leaving the bazaar stand. A bazaar data collection study was conducted in semester 8 of STMIK Budi Darma Medan, based on predetermined criteria. Followed by the calculation of the value of each Alternative by using the MOORA method to produce the best alternative. Of the 10 alternatives taken, Alternative A2 became the highest ranking result, with a value of 0.29051 as the best Bazaar Stand at STMIK Budi Darma Medan.

Abstract

School ranking is a comprehensive and comprehensive school assessment (assessment) activity through office evaluations and external evaluations (visits) to determine school eligibility and performance. In the assessment of high schools, which are currently not objective because the Dinas is still conducting direct surveillance to school without taking supporting data in providing ratings. Because it does not yet have a good system, so that there are conflicts that arise in the provision of ratings. Therefore using a decision support system based on Promethee II and weighting using AHP. It is hoped that decision makers will be helped and reduce the conflict that exists in granting high school rankings to the Education Office.

Abstract

Davestera Insurance is insurance that provides easy steps to optimize your investment funds. Davestera Insurance is expected to be able to accommodate the needs of younger generation customers for life protection needs as well as long-term investment needs. In choosing a Customer priority for Davestera insurance is very important because we have to look for criteria that are effective in order to get good results. Because priority customers exist if there is loyalty. Decision support system (SPK) is part of a computer-based information system, including a knowledge-based system or knowledge management that is used to support decision making in an organization or company. PROMETHEE is one of the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, which means making determinations or sequencing in a multi-criteria analysis, this method is known for its efficient and simple concept, in addition to solving problems related to multi criteria, this method is also very easy to be applied than other methods.

Abstract

The Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) is an advocate organization referred to in law number 18 of 2003 ("Law No.18 / 2003") on advocates namely that PERADI is the only forum for a free and independent advocate profession formed in accordance with the provisions of the law this invite. In the election of PERPC Medan DPC chairman, it was still done manually by means of the selection process first. Therefore a decision support system is designed so that the selection is more effective and accurate. Decision Support System is made by applying the VIKOR method. The system created will provide recommendations for the selection of candidates for the PERADI DPC Chair in Medan by involving five criteria, namely discipline, commitment, leadership, broad-minded and ethical with five alternatives. By using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 for the design of decision support systems and Microsoft Access 2016 as a database. This research can provide convenience to PERADI Medan in making decisions on the selection of candidates for the PERADI DPC chairman in Medan and provides objective and accurate results in the decision to elect the candidates for PERADI DPC Chair in Medan.

Abstract

In this study, the author uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier method to classify scholarship recipients at Budi Darma University. The use of the Naïve Bayes Classifier method was chosen to make decisions in order to determine whether students enrolled in the scholarship program were accepted or rejected. The classifier method is to classify text based on the highest probability that it is defined as a new document category. From the results of this research, the results show that the value of "Receiving" is higher than "No", which is 0.0351 compared to 0, so it can be concluded that the student on behalf of Riska Ramadhani received the PPA 2019 scholarship.

Abstract

The productive age itself is a population in the age group between 15 to 64 years, whether they work, go to school, and take care of the household, in this case individuals who are in the scope of productive age are people who can still work well to produce a product and services. This study uses an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) with the backpropgation method. The backpropagation algorithm is one of the existing methods of neural networks as a prediction, estimation, classification, and pattern recognition algorithm. The research data is secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) from 2013 to 2015. The data is divided into 2 parts, namely training and testing data. There are 5 architectural models used in this study. 2-20-1, 2-21-1, 2-22-1, 2-23-1, 2-24-1. Of the 5 architectural models used, the best 1 model is obtained, namely 2-24-1 with an accuracy level of 80%, MSE 0.00085177 and epoch 100. So this model is good for predicting the number of productive age population in the city of Pematangsiantar in the future

Abstract

The need for rice is an important factor in Indonesia where people make rice as a staple food source. Pematangsiantar city has a rice mill and rice sale, one of which is CV Hariara Pematangsiantar. Every year the amount of rice in CV Hariara Pematangsiantar changes. Therefore a prediction is needed to determine the amount of rice sales that will come and this prediction will be useful for the company to increase rice sales in the future. The data to be predicted is data on the amount of rice sales in CV Hariara Pematangsiantar in 2014-2017. The algorithm used to make predictions is a backpropagation neural network. There are five architectural models used in this prediction namely, 2-25-1 has an accuracy rate of 60%, 2-32-1=40%, 2-47-1=80%, 2-50-1=80%, and 2-52-1=60%. The best architecture of the five models is 2-47-1 with an accuracy of 80% and MSE of 7,46434101. So this architectural model is good enough to predict the amount of rice sales in CV Hariara

Abstract

Oil palm, which is the largest palm oil producer, plays an important role in the welfare of the people in Indonesia because it creates many jobs. Oil palm plants cannot be separated from pests. The number of pest attacks on oil palm plants can cause a decrease in fruit production and can even cause the plant to die. In this study, the authors estimated the number of pest attacks in the oil palm plantation Unit Bah Jambi, North Sumatra using the backpropagation algorithm. The data used in this study were obtained directly from the Plantation Unit Bah Jambi plantation. In this study the authors used 5 architectural patterns; 2-10-1, 2-12-1, 2-14-1, 2-16-1, 2-16-1. Of the five architectural patterns used, the best architecture is obtained with an accuracy rate of 75%, 187 epoch iterations in 4 seconds, namely the 2-10-1 architectural pattern
