Abstract

This company doesn’t influence identifying the best employees so they are not excited about having the highest employee ratings. The delay in the process of finding the best people can affect employee motivation. This results in the company taking a long time in overcoming the decisions made in identifying the best employees. Fraud occurs in identifying the best employees based on specified criteria. This is because companies that do not implement a decision support system properly and efficiently identify the best people in the company. A set of methods that perform evaluation modeling in each process to help managers make decisions is the definition of a decision support system. According to Turban, the data that will be processed in decision making has provided an interface to the user to make it easier to combine the results of thinking in making final decisions (Sari, 2018). In this study, by searching for the best employees to get a conclusion from the results of the calculation of the maximum value. The maximum value is V2, so alternative A2 are the alternative chosen as the alternative best. In other words, Sammy are the best employee.

Abstract

PLTU Pangkalan Susu uses seawater as the main coolant to condense the turbine output steam into water in the condenser. This seawater is pumped into the condenser by using a Circulating Water Pump (CWP) which is located at the CWP house. CWP is an equipment to supply water to the power plant system, either as cooling water or as water is processed into demin water in a water treatment plant. In operation, this CWP motor is equipped with safety equipment that functions to protect the motor from any disturbances that will occur while the disturbance can occur in any time and it is destructive so that the motor can be secured as early as possible

Abstract

KNN has a significant influence on nonparametric methods in the form of classification, but the level of performance generally depends on the equilibrium point of the variable that is correlated with the far point. The distance between readings from the specified limit of the standard deviation value. KNN method. One of the instance-based learning groups is the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method. Group search performed by KNN on new data objects or k objects in the test that is closest to the test data. KNN helps classify objects based on training data that is close to the object being tested. This study concluded that the Canberra Distance model produced the highest accuracy of 87.50% with an error value of 12.50% on the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm.

Abstract

The proliferation of refill drinking water businesses among the community has raised doubts about the quality of drinking water from each refilling of drinking water. Especially in the Medan Helvetia area, starting from Pasar 1 to Pasar 7, there are about 23 refill drinking water businesses. This makes the author want to do research on the refill drinking water. Which refill water business has drinking water quality that is good for body health. The author uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in calculating research data because this method has been widely used in various studies. The results of the research show that business B in Pasar 2 has good water quality with the highest value from other businesses around Pasar 1 to Pasar 7 Medan Helvetia. it is important to know the quality of drinking water in refilling drinking water so that the health of the community's body

Abstract

The warehouse is a place for receiving, temporarily storing and stocking parts, materials, and goods to be used for production needs or production support. To control the material stock balance, it is necessary to monitor the material balance data in accordance with the actual material balance, so that there is no discrepancy between data deviation and actual balance, which can lead to interruption of the production process due to unavailability of material or errors in material stock planning. Material procurement in Pangkalan Susu steam power plant is usually divided into 2 areas, namely material inventory, which is usually recorded in the application maximo. The operating budget or code GL is normally used for this material. Meanwhile, the material expense is the material that is procured to anticipate the overhaul needs, which is used at the same time and cannot be stored in the warehouse. The capital budget is usually used for these materials. Until now, stock monitoring can only monitor the material stock through TUKG7, while the material cost cannot be monitored, so there is a deviation between the actual stock and the TUKG7 stock, resulting in an interruption of the production process due to unavailable materials and errors in material procurement. For this reason, a stock monitoring application (GOLEK) has been developed that allows real-time monitoring whenever and wherever it is.

Abstract

Some construction projects, if they are not managed properly, can produce large amounts of waste and energy, so construction project management is needed with the application of an environment-based natural ventilation system. Construction of a public library building in the city of Medan in this problem there is a need for research to identify green mode in building construction planning. The method used in this study. From the results of this study, it was found that the Appropriate Aspects of Land Use reached 86.3%. Aspects of Health and Comfort in the project environment reached 69.4%, Aspects of building environmental management reached 33.3%, Aspects of Source and Material Cycle reached 73.3%, Aspects of conservation and energy efficiency reached 25% and Aspects of water conservation reached 30%. Judging from the indicators fulfilled, namely reaching more than 50%, the aspects that meet the green construction criteria in the central library building are the Appropriate Land Use Aspects, Health and Comfort Aspects in the Project Environment and Sources, and Material Cycle Aspects. Therefore, from the identification, the total achievement of green construction indicators in the construction of the Tanjungpura University Library Building is 53.52%.

Abstract

Replenishment of money at the ATM machine always happens every day. PT. Advantage SCM is a company assigned to top up money at ATM machines. Replenishment schedules are carried out every day for ATM machines that do not have a balance anymore. ATM filling needs to be recorded every time the machine is refilled. The author builds an information system to record the activities of charging money at the ATM machine to assist the relevant teams in improving team performance. Every day there are approximately 30 ATM machines that will be filled with money because they are empty. This activity must be recorded properly so that the daily report does not become a problem in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to maintain the authenticity of the file to provide assurance to the recipient that the data is free from modifications made by other parties. If there is a modification to the file, then the recipient will know that the file is no longer authenticated, so that the recipient of the file avoids using the wrong data. To maintain the authenticity of the data, a digital signature technique is used using the MD5 algorithm as a hash function algorithm to generate a message digest, and the Elgamal algorithm as a public key algorithm that forms the digital signature of the message digest. The combination of the two algorithms will produce a digital signature for each file that can ensure the authenticity of the file.

Abstract

An error occurred in recording material inventory, resulting in disruption of the aluminum production process at PT Inalum (Persero). In addition, orders that are not on time can also cause losses to PT Inalum (Persero), because the accumulation of too much material inventory will require a lot of working capital, this allows capital investment for other activities to be hampered, while the limited material inventory allows PT. Inalum (Persero) cannot meet the needs of its customers. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of material inventory that must be provided by the Carbon Department of PT Inalum (Persero) in the next period. The method used in this study is Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) with the calculation of the error size, namely Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Square Error (MSE), and Mean Absolute Perentage Error (MAPE. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of each material uses alpha 0.1 because the lowest percentage of MAPE values is at alpha 0.1 Material Petroleum Coke Low Sulfur has a MAPE percentage of 21.08%, Petroleum Coke High Sulfur has a MAPE percentage of 21.37%, and Diesel has a MAPE percentage namely 17.44%. s Department of Carbon (Persero) using the Single Exponential Smoothing method, it is known that the results of these calculations are the same
