This study aims to determine the impact of time pressure, super vision actions, locus of control and audit risk on premature termination of audit procedures. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire). The sample collection technique used is the nonprobability sampling method. The types of data in this study are primary and secondary data. The results showed that time pressure, supervision measures, locus of control and audit risk simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on premature termination of audit procedures at BPKP in Medan. Partially time pressure has no positive and insignificant effect on Premature Termination of Audit Procedures at BPKP in Medan. Partially, the supervision action has a positive and significant effect on the Premature Termination of Audit Procedures at BPKP in Medan. Partially Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on Premature Termination of Audit Procedures at BPKP in Medan. Partially audit risk does not have a positive and significant effect on Premature Termination of Audit Procedures at BPKP in Medan

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the effect of sales growth and dividends on the stock price of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk for the period 2014-2018. The stock price is a reflection of the condition of a company where the price of shares that occur on the stock market at a certain time. High stock prices will provide returns for investors in the form of capital gains which will ultimately affect the company's image. This research is categorized into the type of causal research with quantitative methods. The population in this study is the entire company data for the period 1971-2018 with the number of research samples of 5 years, namely 2014-2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Data source is secondary data. Data analysis tools use the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. From the results of the study note that partially and simultaneously sales growth and dividends have a positive impact on the stock price of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk.

The purpose of this study is to find out the description of the implementation of coaching conscious groups and their influence on employee performance. The type of research used is causal associative with quantitative methods. The population in the study tour conscious group of 200 people, and a sample of 50% of the population or 100 people with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, documentation and questionnaires. To analyze the data collected, the writer uses an analysis tool consisting of: descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, product moment coefficient, and hypothesis testing. Descriptive analysis results that the development of tourism awareness groups in both categories in terms of indicators of knowledge development, skills / expertise development, abilities and motivation. While the performance of employees in the high category in terms of indicators of work quality, quantity of work, effectiveness and responsibility. From the results of regression analysis and hypothesis testing that there is a significant influence of Tourism Awareness Group Development on Employee Performance. The direction of a positive relationship indicates that if the variable of guidance for the tourism awareness group is getting better the employee performance will increase

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Effect of Significant Work Ability on Employee Job Performance at the Bima Regency Housing and Settlement Office. The type of research used is associative, with a sample of 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, determination test and t test (two parties). The results of this study concluded that work ability did not have a significant effect on work performance in the Bima Regency Housing and Settlement Office, where the t value was 1.356 smaller than the t table value of 1.996 (1.356 <1.996) with a significance value of 0.180 greater from 0.05 (0.180> 0.05).

This research was conducted with the aim to find oud the influence of leardership style on employee performance in the scope of the mpunda sub-district office of the city of bima. The variables used in this research are leadership style as an independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. The method used in this research is associative analysis method. The population in this study was 33 people. 16 citi servants, 6 honorary employees, and 11 volunteers. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. The sample used in this study directly uses the overall population of 33 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study are simple linear regression, simple correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (party t-2 test), using the spss version 16.0 test to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance in the scope of the mpunda sub-district office bima. The results showed that the leadership style variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the area of the Bima city mpunda sub-district office

This study aims to determine the effect of debt policy and net profit margin on the dividend payout ratio at PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. The population in this study began from 1996 until 2018 or for 23 years. While the samples in this study were from 2011 to 2018 or for 8 years with a sample technique that was purposive sampling. Source of data used in the form of secondary data, namely the financial statements of PT. Lippo Karawaci, Tbk. Data analysis techniques used are Debt to Equity analysis, Net Profit Margin, and Devidend Payout Ratio, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, by testing the hypothesis of the classic assumption test, and partial t test. The results showed that the debt policy partially had no significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio, the Net Profit Margin partially affected and significantly on the Dividend Payout Ratio, the debt policy and the Net Profit margin had no effect and had no significant effect on the Devidend Payuot Ratio.

Employees who have high organizational commitment will produce good performance, low absenteeism, lack of turnover, and employee discipline will increase when the employee commits to his work. Conversely, employees who have low organizational commitment will have a negative impact on the organization. This study aims to determine and analyze the amount of organizational commitment of employees at the Bima City Asakota District Office. This type of research is a descriptive study, with a sample of 46 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection used observations, questionnaires, interviews and heritage studies. The method of data analysis used was the one-sample t-test and also using the SPSS program. The results of this study concluded that the Organizational Commitment at the Asakota District Office Kota Bima is more than 70% of the expected (high) as evidenced by the t test value of 13,670 and Sig 0,000. If compared between the value of t count with t table, the t count is greater than t table (13,670> 1,679), and the value of Sig <0.05 (0,000 <0.05) means that it is significant so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected

This study aims to determine and analize the effect of Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on profit growth. This type of research is associative. The population used in this study is PT. Mustika Ratu, Tbk for 24 years, from 1994 - 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 8 years. Data collection techniques used in this study are literature and documentation studies, data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, multiple linear correlation, determination test and partial t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that GPM and NPM partially do not affect earnings growth, and simultaneously GPM and NPM do not affect earnings growth

The research aims to know and analyze partially and simultaneously effects of work motivation and work environment on employee job performance at communication office of Bima Regency. The result of this reseach shows that work motivation does not has positive and significantly effect on employee job performance at communication of Bima Regency. This can be shown by significan value amount 0,13 < 0,05 with regression coeficient amount 0,220. While work environment has positive and significantly effect on employee job perfomance at communication of Bima Regency. This can be shown by significant value amount 0,04 < 0,05 with regression coeficient amount 0,315. Work motivation and work environment has positive and significant simultaneously effect on employee job performance at communication of Bima Regency. This can be shown by F significan value amount 0,02 < 0,05 and contributed on job perfomance variable amount 0,199 or 19,9%. The rest 80,1% effected by other variables that is not studied in this research

For a government agency, especially for the Office of the Women's Empowerment Office for Child Protection, Population and Family Planning Control (DP3AP2KB), Bima District, an employee who has high discipline is a valuable asset to realize the goals of an organization, To realize an employee who has a disciplined attitude High need for work motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the existence of a significant influence between work motivation on employee discipline at the Office of Women's Empowerment for Child Protection in Population and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) Bima Regency. This type of research is an asositive study, with a population of 73 employees and consisting of 37 ASN employees, 9 Honorary employees and 27 Voluntary employees with a sample of 37 ASN employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection uses observations, questionnaires, interviews and heritage studies. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, simple linear regression, correlation of determination and t test using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect of work motivation on employee discipline in the Office of Women's Empowerment for Child Protection in Population and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) Bima Regency because the tcount is smaller than ttable (0.908 <1.687) with a Sig value of the SPSS output of 0.370 is greater than 0.05 (Sig 0.370> 0.05).
