This research was conducted for budgeting the comprehensive (Projected Sales Budget Sales, Production Budget, Budget Purchase of Raw Materials, Budget Direct Labor, Budget Overhead, Budget Marketing Costs, Budget and Administration General Budget of Income, Cash Budget, and Balance Sheet) at UMKM Batik Belimbing. Type of research is supporting a research case study using data analysis techniques comprehensive budget forecasting calculations. The method used by the comprehensive budget calculations. The purpose of this research to create a comprehensive budgeting UMKM Batik Blimbing 2016 and 2017.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store atmosphere consisting of instore atmosphere and outstore atmosphere on purchasing decisions and to find out the store atmosphere that consists of instore atmosphere and atmosphere outstore the dominant influence on the purchase decision. This type of research is (descriptive reasearch) with a quantitative approach, using primary data taken from questionnaire respondents, namely consumer Inggil Restaurant in Malang. The sampling technique using a non-probability sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done it can be concluded that 1) there are significant atmosphere and outstore atmosphere instore partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions and 2) instore atmosphere as dominant influence on purchase decisions Inggil Restaurant in Malang.

Abstract

The research objective was to overcome the problem of wastage of time in the production processed by planning the mapping function of time for workers andowners of home industry for the production processed to avoid waste of time andreduce the damage.The analytical tool used was a function mapping the basis forknowing which processes were causing wastage of time. The analysis shows the mapping function of time base production processed itcan be seen, there were four processed were experiencing wastage of time that wascontrolling the processed, waiting for turning, waiting for staining, and warehouse,with two factors, namely the engine and human issues. Of the two factors, theproblem may be known solution was to increase the machine and provide training toemployees to avoid errors in the production processed. In addition to the mappingfunction target time in order to indicate whether the implemented solution hadprovided an increase in the production processed and the company's operations canbe run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of financial ratios, as measured by the ratio of profitability, solvability ratio and the ratio of the market value of the stock returns of real estate companies and property and to determine which variables are the most significant effect on stock returns. The analysis tool used is multiple linear equations with multiple regresion method for the analysis of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This model was chosen because the study was designed to determine the independent variables that have an influence on the dependent variable. The result of F test (simultaneous) shows that the financial ratios of return on equity and price to book value have a significant effect on stock returns and partial results showed that the variable return on equity have a significant effect on the analysis tehadap return saham. Berdasarkan diterdapat variables have a significant influence on stock returns. The variable that has no significant effect on stock returns are removed from the multiple linear regression equation. So the result shows that the return on equity and price to book value have a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are, first, is to describe culture organization, work environment and employee performance at Balai Peneletian Tanaman Pemanis dan Serat Malang. Second know whether work environment moderating significant impact culture organization of the performance of employees at Balai Peneletian Tanaman Pemanis and Serat Malang. Sample in this research are employees of administration 40 respondents. Technique data collection using interviews, the questionnaire and documentation. Instrument the analysis used in this research using range the scale and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the analysis range scale culture organizations including on the criteria strong , work environment including on the criteria conducive and performance including the high criteria. The results of the analysis MRS said environment moderating significant impact culture organization of the performance of employees Balai Peneletian Tanaman Pemanis and Serat Malang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, development, and employee performance, and analyze the influence of planning and human resource development of the employee performance of PT Permata Bahari Malindonesia. analyzer used to describe human resource planning, human resource development, and employee performance is a range of scales. To analyze the influence of human resource planning and human resource development of employee performance is multiple linear regression analysis and the hypotheses test using f test and t test.The results of the analysis for the range scale for human resource planning including the very good category with the average score of 165, so it also the human resource development categories including the very good with the average score of 165 and employee performance including in the very high with the average score of 163. While the results show human resource planning has significant influence to employee performance and has significant influence to employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are 1 ) to find out whether the promotion, store layouts , and self service significantly influence toward impulse buying 2 ) to find out whether the promotion , store layouts , and self service influence simultaneously significant toward impulse buying. This research uses quantitative approach, the method whis is used in this research is accidental sampling; determine sample based on coincidence. It can be said that anyone who coincidentally meet the researcher and if the persons is suitable as data source, the researcher will ask the persons to fill out questionnaire which is later it will be use as sample. The population in this research was the consumers who shopped in Loka Malang City Point with the total of 100 respondents. The instrument for the analysis is research instrument tests which are validity and reliability test by using heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and linearity test. After that continued with multiple regression analysis. This research has a purpose to analyze the independent variable ( x ) in this case is the independent variable that affects to impulse buying , the variable among others is the variable sale , store layout , and self service . After all the research instrument testing, the last thing to do is hypothesis testing used t-test and f-test. Based on this research it can be concluded as follows: variable promotion , store layout , and self service significantly influence impulse buying in partial and simultaneous .

Abstract

This study aimed at analyzing and testing the effect of product and service quality and trust over consumers of Erha Clinic Malang. Method applied in this study was by survey. The analysis tool was double linear regression and hypothetical test by using t-test. Result of the study showed that the product and service quality and trust had a partial effect on consumer loyalty. Based on result and discussion of the study, it was concluded that the performance, endurance, attraction and quality being perceived affected significantly toward the consumers’ loyalty. While the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy effected significantly toward the consumers’ loyalty. The goodness, competence had significant effect toward the loyalty of Erha Clinic Malang.
