To determine the quality of teacher performance, an educational institution must conduct a process of evaluating the performance of its teachers. MTsS YASPI College Foundation Labuhan Deli is one of the educational institutions that always improves the quality of education in schools. Teacher performance appraisal at Labuhan Deli YASPI schools is still done conventionally, so there are many assessment criteria and it takes a long time to evaluate the teacher's performance. This study aims to optimize the teacher performance appraisal process to be faster and more precise. The method used is Profile Matching. The results of this study can determine the teacher's performance more precisely by 100%. So that this research can be recommended as an appropriate system in evaluating teacher performance in schools

Compression is a reduction in the size of the data to a smaller size than the original. The technique of compression is to replace the repetitive character with a certain pattern so that the data can minimize its size. Therefore the data that will be stored needs to be compressed first so that the size becomes smaller. The advantage of pdf files is that the pdf file format can not only store data in text form but also can save an image (image) or photo. In storing in pdf files, the data that will be stored is not susceptible to viruses. One pdf file compression technique that can compress images well is compressing pdf files using the J-Bit Encoding method. J-Bit Encoding (JBE) is an algorithm that optimizes input for other compression algorithms, thus the compression algorithm will be better if it is combined with the J-Bit Encoding method.

At crossroads, both crossing three and crossing four which have traffic lights, there is often heavy traffic. Of course this can hamper the performance of priority vehicles that will cross the intersection. To overcome this, the researchers designed a traffic light microcontroller system using a sound sensor. Sound sensor is an automatic identification technology that uses sound waves that hit the sensor membrane which causes the sensor membrane to move which has a small coil behind the membrane up and down then the sensor will be connected to the lights at each airport parking road junction so that the traffic lights of the parking area and arrival terminal or the release changes automatically. The purpose of this study is expected to produce a traffic light system design that utilizes IOT sound sensor technology to the density of vehicles that are at a crossroads either intersection three or intersection four in order to regulate the smooth flow of vehicles and things emergency vehicles (ambulances, fire engines or officials) can work on time and at the maximum, The output produced is a prototype IoT product and publication to journal

A protective tree is a group of plants that have long canopy and thick leaves and trunk high enough to be a shade. Usually a protective tree becomes the main plant in a park. But what we often see is the protective tree planted along the road. Its function aside from being a shade tree is also intended to absorb pollution. It is necessary to determine the selection of the best tree species to be planted on the side of the road. The selection of protective tree species still uses a manual system and requires quite a long time. Based on these problems, we need a decision support system (SPK) that can facilitate the selection of the best protective tree species using existing criteria. One method that can be used is the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation II (PROMETHEE II). This method is able to solve any type of problem in decision making with alternatives and criteria that have been given weight. Research using PROMETHEE II produces the composition of the usual protective trees to the best protective trees. The protective tree selection system was built using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Microsoft Access 2010 as a database.

In aviation engineering, Aviation Safety must be an extreme concern for the government as a regulator / facilitator, each component of the Airport sub-system in conducting its operations must still prioritize flight safety and safety. In this case the supporting components and the utilization of AI technology are felt to be very necessary in order to complete the needs will Fulfill Flight Safety by utilizing robots as a medium. In general, robots can be defined as a mechanical device that is able to do human work or behave like humans. One of the human jobs that can be done by robots is fire fighting activities. In this study, researchers designed a Fire Extinguisher Robot to find and extinguish fire. The design of this robot uses an ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 as a parameter for the robot's path when there are objects around and a fire sensor module as a detector for the presence of fire this robot uses MG995 servo that is useful as a controller hose from the water pump. The circuit in this robot has important components, the Arduino microcontroller functions as the brain of the robot and the L298P Motor Shield Driver functions as a DC motor drive module. If the robot detects a fire while walking, the robot will stop and extinguish the fire using water and candles are used as a fire simulation when a fire is happening.Â

PT. Boenk Cosmetic Manufacture is a factory that developed in 2013 in order to deal with globalization, in addition to the large market interest in the products of this factory so as to maintain the factory's existence and consistency, this plant was developed. This company has fulfilled CPKB (How to Make Cosmetics better). PT.Boenk Cosmetic Manufacture every month experiences the addition of new members based on the passage of time members will increase. The problems that are often faced by the employees of PT. Bunk Cosmetic Manufacture increasingly unstructured member data management when searching for member data information that resulted in repeated errors. And every month it is difficult to get fast and precise member data search results so that the work process takes a lot of time. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to develop a system by implementing string matching algorithms to minimize errors in desktop-based member data search. Used in this research is the Boyer Moore algorithm. Boyer Moore's algorithm was first published by Robert S. Boyer, and J. Strother Moore in 1977. By starting character matching from a fixed window shift from left to right. If a match occurs then a comparison of the character of the text and the character of the previous pattern, ie equally reducing the index and pattern of each by one. By using this algorithm the search process will be faster and a lot of information obtained.

Decision Support System is a system that can help management in making the right decision, which is needed at a management level. Likewise at the Lubuk Pakam Sub-District Office in selecting the best village head. So far, the Camat Office has never determined the best village head in Lubuk Pakam Subdistrict, so that it encounters obstacles in choosing the village head election. SPK is able to provide alternative solutions to semi / unstructured problems for individuals or groups and in a variety of decision making processes and styles, SPK uses data, databases and analyzes of decision models. Seeing this, researchers are interested in conducting research by applying the Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) method to elect the best village head in a decision support system. Digital imagery is currently very widely used, so it is very vulnerable to data theft by unauthorized parties. In order to maintain the security of digital images can be done by using cryptographic techniques. Cryptographic techniques can encode digital images by encrypting them in the form of passwords that are not understood. ICE is a block cipher published by Kwan in 1997. This algorithm has a structure similar to DES, but with additional bit permutations that do not depend on the key in the rotation function. There are various types of ICE variants, namely Thin-ICE, ICE standard, and ICE-n. The difference between the three is the length of the keyword used and the number of rounds. The Thin-ICE algorithm uses 64 bits and 8 turns. The ICE standard uses 64 bits and 16 round keys. The ICE-n algorithm uses keys 64n bits and 16n turns. The use of this type of algorithm can be adjusted to the needs of users where Thin-ICE has the lowest level of security among the three, while ICE-n is the highest. This algorithm does not become the subject of a patent and the source code can be used freely.Keywords : Cryptography, Digital Image,Algorithm,ICE.
