Digital image management generally refers to processing two-dimensional images using a computer in a broader context. Image restoration is image pemamangan by eliminating or reducing degradation of the image that occurs due to the process of image acquisition. The scanned image is the process of moving images (images) using a scanner which often experiences a decrease in image quality (degraded). This results in inaccurate results in digital image processing such as blur / blur, spots, dual images, over saturated colors, and pixel errors. Caused by external factors (noise). Iterative lanczos-Hybrid Reqularization method is one of the choices of effective methods in solving the blur or noise problem that causes the image quality to decrease or not match the original image. In the process of digital image restoration scan results that have degraded can be maximized well from the original image, in this study the Iterative lanczos-Hybrid Reqularization method of image restoration used can provide more optimal results with more effective and efficient time.

White blood cells are cells that form components in the blood. White blood cells have a life span of between six to eight days. Analyzing white blood cells is still carried out through a series of laboratory tests which can take a while. This test covers the shape of the morphology of blood cells, which until now is generally still done manually. This manual inspection certainly has a low level of accuracy and accuracy because it is carried out humanely and has a possible degree of difference in analysis. This causes a lack of accuracy and accuracy performed by doctors and health laboratory personnel because the physical condition, knowledge, accuracy and concentration of doctors and health laboratory personnel can influence the identification of diseases so that there may be differences in analysis between one doctor and another. On hematology examination can be overcome manually by creating an automatic system with the help of a computer. Therefore, in this study the author tries to provide alternative solutions to the problem with the Radial Basis Function learning method, which according to his theory will produce higher accuracy values and faster iteration times

Detection of similarity in text documents is needed to avoid the accumulation of information in a database or file system, one way to find out plagiarism between two documents by detecting the similarity of two documents to be compared to detect plagiarism, the Shingling Algorithm is an algorithm used for near-duplicate document search processes. Shingling's algorithm is implemented to detect similarities in text documents. The ease of copying information from one document to another is one of the effects of advances in information technology. And this leads to unwanted plagiarism, so that the document detection process can be minimized properly. In this study, the test results show that the application created can detect the similarity of text documents that have gone through various manipulations, namely scaling (enlarge / reduce), rotation, cropping (partially cut), and manipulating documents.

Comic is a work of art that is designed using a collection of still images and is complemented by a text or story. Comics are a reading book needed by children and teenagers alike. In comics, apart from the interesting content of the stories, there are also moral messages embedded in each story. However, with the development of technology, there are many comics whose stories do not educate teenagers' characters, starting from pictures and no more educational moral messages embedded in the stories. The solution drawn from this problem is by designing an Android-based comic application that can be easily accessed and understood by the public, especially teenagers. However, due to the limitations of smartphone applications to present comic episodes, string matching is needed to search for comic titles. The string matching algorithm is a string matching algorithm that looks for a string consisting of several patterns (characters) in a large amount of text. Of the various functions that exist in a company engaged in the business world, the function of marketing or marketing functions is a very vital and strategic function for the company concerned. The rapid development of the business world, accompanied by increasingly intense business competition, has actually strengthened the position of the marketing aspect of this vital and strategic position, Sales are the jobs most needed by the company, these 10 specialties, total vacancies for sales are 19%, followed by financial default by 18%, while IT / communication amounts to 13%. Job vacancies as sales are widely available, but lack of interest, therefore companies find it difficult to find employees in the sales department The COPRAS method assumes a direct and proportional dependence on the level of significance and utility of the alternatives in the presence of conflicting criteria. This takes into account the performance of alternatives with respect to different criteria and also the weight of the appropriate criteria. This method chooses the best decision considering the ideal and ideal solution - worst. The COPRAS method used here for decision making in the manufacturing environment adopts a six-stage procedure ranking and evaluates alternatives in terms of their level of importance and usefulness. The COPRAS method has the ability to take into account positive (favorable) and negative (unfavorable) criteria, which can be assessed separately in the evaluation process. The most important feature that makes the COPRAS method superior to other methods is that it can be used to calculate the level of alternative utility that shows the extent to which alternatives are taken for comparison

Data security and confidentiality is one very important aspect in today's information system. The emergence of internet and multimedia technology has prompted various efforts to protect, secure, and hide data on digital files from unauthorized parties to access these files. One of the efforts to secure data and information includes using the Venigmare Cihper and the Vernam Cihper. Venigmare is an encryption that can reduce the correlation between the frequency of letters in plaintext and Ciphertext. But unfortunately this method still leaves a repeating pattern, especially if the encrypted plaintext is long enough. In this case, the role of the data encryption technique known as cryptography is very important. Cryptography is a technique for encoding data through a process of encryption and decryption with a specific key to produce encrypted data that is unknown to others. This paper will use the Vernam Cipher algorithm.

Derivative filtering algorithm is the formulation of mathematical derivative concepts beginning with understanding the concepts of calculus applications, especially differential theory (derivatives) in digital formulations. The method used in the formulation of this theory is to seek, collect and study several theories related to differences and their applications. The derivation technique can be described as calculating the rate of brightness values in a discrete digital image, also known as an image derivation technique. Sharpening will be obtained by calculating the difference in brightness values between adjacent brightness values in the same column and row. Image is the overall result of a data recording system. Theoretically, images can be grouped into 2 (two) types, namely continuous images and discrete images (digital images). A continuous image is generated from an optical system that receives an analog signal. Example: human eye, analog camera. Meanwhile, digital images are generated through the process of digitizing continuous images. Example: digital camera.

In the era of industrial revolution 4.0, people prefer to use digital services that are instantaneous and practical, including hymns of praise or spiritual songs for worship activities in the congregation of GKE Nanga Bulik. This study aims to produce an android-based mobile application that can be used to support worship activities, especially in the service of hymns or spiritual songs in the Congregation of GKE Nanga Bulik. This research was conducted in several stages, named the Data Collection Stage, the System Design Stage and the Report Writing Stage. The system design stage was developed based on the User Centered Design (UCD) method. The result showed that a mobile application was in accordance with user needs and was presented as a new innovation in the Congregation of GKE Nanga Bulik.
