Homosexuality is a behavior of social deviation that is considered to violate human nature and violate the norms that exist in Indonesia as a civilized country according to the First Precepts and Second Precepts. Ironically, there is no legal umbrella that can ensnare homosexuals, whereas if viewed from homosexual criminology this is included in crime because crime is not only considered as something that violates the rules contained in the legislation but something that is considered to violate the values values and norms that exist in society that disturb security order and something that harms the community. From the point of view of criminology, as well as the legal arrangements governing LGBT if it is linked to the Criminal Code, and prevention and control efforts so that LGBT can be overcome. The method used in this study is a juridical approach, which is done by examining primary data by direct observation in the field. The factor behind a person being a part of homosexuals is environmental factors because the environment can lead someone in a negative or positive direction and if related to criminology according to my analysis can be related to Differential Association theory where crime can be learned through close communication. The legal regulation governing LGBT is still considered weak and if it is linked to the Criminal Code it cannot yet fully regulate LGBT because the elements in it have not been fulfilled and there is still a legal vacuum.

Humans are social creatures where one human needs another human being so that in their daily activities they always interact with one another. Naturally, each individual adapts to an environment that makes the individual comfortable and adapts to the environment in which he is and lives together so that there are order and order in living together, society as a container or social environment that influences the lives of the individuals in it. This research aims to analyze the phenomenon of crime among street children in the city of Semarang. This research method uses a qualitative approach, where the author sees and observes directly the various activities of street children in the city of Semarang. This research found that crime is caused by several factors such as economy, relationships, opportunities, and others. These factors that have occurred in Indonesia have shown a negative effect. A large number of people commit wrong actions with the sole purpose of wanting to make ends meet. Street children choose the environment on the streets sometimes not only because of economic hardship but also because they enjoy the environmental conditions on the streets. The menace of terrorism the world over cannot be over emphasised as it remains the greatest existential threat facing mankind. All over the world, this nagging security quagmire has remained quite daunting. Consequently, countries around the world –advanced and developing have embarked on different shades of counter terrorism measures to stem this ugly scourge. In the light of the foregoing, this study is a modest evaluative and comparative study of a tale of two states-Pakistan and Nigeria in their quest to fight this ignoble menace. As countries with similar internal and external threats with significant challenges of governance and political stability, both countries have embarked on conscious counter terrorism measures ranging from socio-economic development programmes to de-radicalisation strategies. However, while the degrees of efficiency of counter terrorism measures varies between these two countries, the study shows that Pakistan appears to have made more concerted efforts than Nigeria, even though the threats are more magnified in Pakistan due to extensive international terrorist linkages in the country. What is more relevant here however is that both countries can learn from each other experiences while making the necessary adjustments to suit local realities bearing in mind that terrorism is more of a mind thing than mere tactical and operational form of militancy by non-state actors. In reaching the above proposition, the study relied on the content analysis of historical facts sourced from secondary sources but logically arranged to provide the required social science enterprise requirements while taking responsibility for any weakness therefrom.

The world economy is driven by trade and commerce, through the movement of goods and services from one location to the other. Trade and commerce can only be achieved by a healthy, productive class or populace to consume the goods produce or enjoy the service. Consequently, the government can generate the desired revenue to provide its citizens with basic infrastructure and also guarantee development. Once the health index of the production class and/ or the general populace is at risk, the chain of production and consumption will be disrupted. There will be a negative impact on the economy, thus affecting the incomes and the general dynamics of businesses. This disruption will put a clog on the expected revenue to be generated and hamper or cripple economic development. This will be worst when such disruption is on a national or global scale that can be considered as a pandemic like SARS or COVID-19. Disruption on a monumental scale like the ongoing disruption caused by COVID-19 has restricted the movement of human beings, goods, and services across the globe. The thrust of this research is to examine the relationship between public health and the economy as a catalyst for revenue generation, with development as a by-product. Doctrinal research was used and based on findings, the paper recommends amongst others, the use of e-governance and digital economy in our daily lives and activities particularly in our economic activities and revenue generations.

The phenomenon of child delinquency is closely related to child crime and according to many experts this is motivated by socially unacceptable behavior such as excessive acts at school, offenses such as running away from home to criminal behavior. Child delinquency is not only criminal acts, but all acts committed by children that are deemed to violate social, school or community values. Children aged 12 to 18 years (Law No. 12 of 2012, is an age range which in a psychological perspective is classified as adolescence which has developmental characteristics that may make it difficult for children to adapt, causing behavioral problems. In many cases of crimes involving children, various theories of criminology and law try to analyze them, starting from the psychological, environmental, and other external factors. This research aims to analyze the crime of theft by coercion (begal) committed by children through an analytical approach to criminological theory and law. This research showed that internal and external factors influence the level of crimes committed by children. In addition, this research has revealed that the Delinquent Subculture and the Differential Association answer why children commit crimes, starting from imitation and environmental factors, including family and school environment.

For many years, the trend of legislation has been piecemeal with a fusion of the rules of laws for the protection of consumer and non-consumer buyers. However, the complexity of accessing the fragmented laws and their unsuitability in dealing with contemporary consumers issues have led to the adoption of a Consumer Protection Policy 2014 with the primary object of providing a consumer tailored regime for the protection of consumers in Ghana. While the adopted 2014 Policy document is currently before the Attorney General Department to be drafted into a Bill for Parliament consideration, the present article appraises the comprehensiveness of the existing law and the adopted Consumer Protection Policy 2014 in effectively responding to the problems of consumers in Ghana. This is explored in comparison with the approach of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 while bearing in mind the peculiar circumstances in Ghana. This article argues that whereas the effort of the government is so far commendable, there are noticeable unresolved consumer concerns. Of particular concern is consolidating the laws on consumer contracts and coverage of the law on the supply of services to consumers. This paper, therefore, submits that addressing these concerns is vital to ensuring that consumers are provided with a comprehensive and effective regime in Ghana.
