Abstract

The role of reduce, reuse and recycle is directly played by used goods collectors and scavengers in reducing the volume of waste. Used cans collected by scavengers will usually be re-cycled, namely the processing of new cans and handy craft. But often used cans at collectors do not meet the standards for goods to be recycled, such as damaged forms and storing a lot of dirty materials such as sand, soil and rust. The selling price of used press cans with irregular shapes is IDR 25,000 while cans with clean quality sell for IDR 35,000. The criteria for clean quality cans are pressing cans neatly and not containing any impurities. This research attempts to design a press tool that is tailored to the participation of stakeholders and is discussed in an interdisciplinary manner as a whole so that it is expected to provide results that can be beneficial to science and people's welfare. The results of this study are that the pressing time of cans tends to be the same and there is even an increase in the average pressing time of 0.39 minutes. but the results obtained from the new tool have increased even though the pressing time is the same after the redesign of the press system can press and the level of satisfaction with the can press has increased by 16% due to neat results, selling prices have increased and injury has been avoided

Abstract

Measurement of workload is one of the factors needed by the company. Because by measuring the workload, the company can find out the allowable workload so that it can facilitate the effectiveness of workers and companies. One of the methods used to determine workload is by conducting a SWAT analysis. This analysis was carried out at PT Dipayana Okta Abadi which is an industry engaged in mining or quarrying C. This analysis was carried out by taking questionnaire data, and measuring by collecting data from SWAT card sequences on fifteen production workers, data analysis by processing the SWAT card sequencing results into the DOSBox program and then converting the computer results to the work performed, and drawing conclusions by converting the SWAT Rescaled values ??to the work. The final result of this analysis provides an overview of the workload felt by production workers. The results of the SWAT method show that the Time dimension is 60.86%, while the Effort load is 28.14% and the Stress load is 10.99%. It can be concluded that the time factor is very influential on the state of mental workload, it can be seen from the results of data processing that it is found that the time factor has the highest percentage, namely 60.86%.

Abstract

In the production process, companies incur production costs, such as raw material costs, labor costs, FOH and other manufacturing costs to produce the main product. Where the main product is the main goal of production. However, in the production process of the main product there is unavoidable waste, residue or waste, which is commonly referred to as by-products. The purpose of this research is to analyze the by-product to the selling price of the main product. The analysis was carried out to find out the calculation of the by-products produced by the company, including the principles used. The results of the study show that Ranca Khadeeja Os Cake Business calculates the cost of by-products by adding the cost of the main product which then after the product is sold its income is recognized as other income. In this case the authors suggest that the revenue from the by-product can reduce the cost of the main product so that the selling price becomes cheaper and can increase the company's profit.

Abstract

The culinary industry is an industry that is in great demand, one of which is the satay business. The problem that occurs is the increase in raw material prices which results in a lack of profit for satay traders. From this background, the researcher wanted to know the effect of the increase in the price of satay raw materials on the profits. Of the various types of raw materials, researchers took 6 main ingredients as a reference for price increases. The data was taken by observation to the management and library data, then analyzed quantitatively. The results of the analysis show that the most influential raw material is chicken meat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the market potential and business opportunities for wall decorations made of metal with CNC laser in the industry by determining the market size, evaluating competition, determining product trends, and identifying business opportunities. The quality management method of Deming's Wheel or PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) is used to analyze the market potential and competition of metal wall decoration products in various marketplaces. The research results show that Shopee is the e-commerce platform that sells the most metal wall decorations in Indonesia. The sales of metal wall decorations on Shopee reached 17,830 units, followed by Lazada with 2,794 units and Tokopedia with 789 units. The most popular motif or design among consumers is the leaf motif, with a total sales of 14,600 units on Shopee. The average monthly sales on Shopee are quite high, where store A is able to sell 160 units of wall decoration. The factors that influence high sales are quick chat replies, high ratings, positive testimonials from customers, and having their own online store website. Having their own online store provides advantages for store owners, such as advertising.

Abstract

CNC machines are computer-controlled machines that can understand the N and G codes (Gcodes) that regulate the machine tool system, (program motion pointers using numbers and letters to cut rotating workpieces), the machine works according to code commands. The code programme used is G75 for the groove making process and G97 for the CNC Turning process. The research aims to determine the variation of spindle rotation on S45C carbon steel. The speed variations used are 1266 rpm, 1066 rpm, 866 rpm. With a depth of cut of 0.4 mm and a feeding of cut of 0.15 mm and the insert used is an insert with the Iscar brand. The average value results obtained from the testing process using a roughness test tool (stylus). The lowest roughness value at 1266 rpm spindle rotation is included in the roughness class, namely N7. The highest roughness value at 866 rpm spindle rotation is included in the roughness class, namely N8. While the intermediate roughness value at 1066 rpm spindle rotation is included in the N7 roughness class. The effect of roughness results on objects, namely, the higher the spindle rotation, the lower the value of the roughness results, on the contrary, the lower the spindle rotation, the rougher the roughness value in the turning process.

Abstract

The Campus III area of Imam Bonjol State Islamic University Padang is located in the Bangek River area, Balai Gadang Kec. Koto Tangah, Padang-West Sumatra, with an area of 39,000 m2. The Campus III area of Imam Bonjol State Islamic University, Padang consists of 8 lecture buildings which are divided into 2 electricity distribution zones. PLN (Persero), 20 kV medium voltage system. Each building has a panel that is supplied with electricity from a low voltage panel (PUTR). The distribution of the load for each building has different distances, some are near and far from the power source. The total power in the Campus III area of Imam Bonjol State Islamic University, Padang is 3,069.1 kVA with a TDL of PT. PLN (Persero) 3.465 kVA voltage 20 kV. The ground cable used is NYFGbY type with sizes 4x150mm2, 4x185mm2 and 4x240mm2. From the results of the calculation of the voltage drop from the existing data, the largest voltage drop was obtained at 155.13 volts or 40.82% and the smallest voltage drop was obtained at 2.58 volts or 0.67%. the largest voltage was obtained at 9.16 volts or 2.41% and the smallest voltage drop was obtained at 2.58 volts or 0.67%. From the results of the calculation of power losses with the data obtained, the results of power losses at 32,905.58 Watts (0.9%). While the calculation of power losses analysis results in 21,642.11 Watts (0.59%). From the simulation results of losses and voltage drop at ETAP 12.6, the highest voltage drop is on MDP 1-SDP L with a percentage of 4.34% and the value of losses is 10.7 kW and the lowest voltage drop is on MDP 1-SDP J with a percentage of 0.60% and the value of losses is 1.0 kW.

Abstract

One of the factors for the advancement of the economy of a region is due to smooth transportation routes, because with smooth transportation routes the process of selling, buying and exchanging goods can be carried out. Highway pavement is an important factor in supporting the development of transportation infrastructure, asphalt concrete mixture on road pavement requires filler material as a modification to increase strength and fill empty cavities in the pavement constituent structure. Rice husk contains ± 90% -98% silica after undergoing complete combustion, which is expected from this study, this content can provide good benefits for the AC-BC pavement building material. The results of this study can draw the conclusion that the characteristics of the AC-BC pavement using rice husk ash for each variation do not pass the Cavity points in the mixture (VIM) and Cavity in mineral aggregate (VMA) which have been determined by the Highways Guidelines, while for other characteristics of the test specimens for each variation passed the specifications. Comparison of the characteristic values ??of each test object according to the very significant variation, the value of each characteristic increases with the increase in the amount of rice husk ash added.

Boyolali Regency is one of the regencies in Central Java, which has a very rapid industrial development, and Boyolali Regency itself has many natural resources, including oil mines, teak forests, onyx stone mines, as well as abundant agricultural and plantation products. Meanwhile, the development of tourism in Boyolali is no less important. Many areas have their own tourism attractions, including Boyolali which has a lot of natural potential that is used as tourism. Therefore, the Planning and Design of the Kedungombo Reservoir Reservoir in Boyolali is very important, besides the Waterfront concept approach is an attraction for the Boyolali community to move forward. The application of the Waterfront Concept in Boyolali is marked by several forms and symbols that contain elements of Waterfront. One of the concepts inherent in Boyolali is the Kedungombo Reservoir, because in ancient times the reservoir was a means of supporting the economic activities of the Boyolali people, the Kedungombo Reservoir in Boyolali has also become a center for the development of fish farming at the national level. So on that basis the Kedungombo Reservoir in Boyolali became the main concept of tourism and then packaged through the development of modern times with the concept of Waterfront City. With the Kedungombo Reservoir Tourism Wana, Boyolali's achievement to increase the Regional Income Budget (APD) can be achieved.

Abstract

The square is a public open space that can accommodate various community activities. Bekasi Regency Square was established with the aim of being able to meet the needs of green open space in the city area. and can be an alternative entertainment to unwind after undergoing routines and provide facilities for socializing, chatting and discussing for the people of Bekasi Regency, as social beings, society also needs open channels to interact and socialize with the community or other communities. in addition to increasing public open space in Bekasi Regency, especially in Cikarang where green open spaces or squares must be owned by an area. The location of the Alun-alun is in Bekasi Regency, precisely in North Cikarang District which is the location of Development I. In the development of green open space, the Square requires an attractive arrangement and appearance to increase the beauty and comfort of the city, in order to attract tourists. This design uses the concept of contemporary architecture which will be applied to the design of the existing building in the square.
