Abstract

PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek, as a national fertilizer producer, currently operates two NPK plants (NPK 1 and NPK 2). In 2024, the company is projected to face a demand of 165,007 tons of NPK fertilizer. If this demand remains unmet, it may lead to unfulfilled customer needs and lost market opportunities, which could negatively impact the company. Therefore, a plan to build a third NPK plant (NPK 3) is deemed necessary to meet future market demands. This study aims to design a facility layout for the NPK 3 plant using the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method in order to improve material flow efficiency, minimize material handling costs, and optimize space utilization. The results show that the required floor area is 1,543.48 m² for the raw material warehouse, 785 m² for the finished goods warehouse, and 465.57 m² for the production area. The proposed plant layout is designed in a linear configuration that follows the production process flow, which significantly reduces material handling costs compared to the initial layout.

Abstract

The implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in construction projects is a crucial aspect to create a safe and healthy work environment. This study aims to evaluate the extent of OSH implementation and identify the barriers encountered during its application in the classroom construction project at SDN 004 Sangatta Utara. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach, with data collected via questionnaires distributed to project workers. The data were then analyzed using mean scores, standard deviation, and interval interpretation. The results show that OSH implementation falls into the “good” category. The main obstacles in OSH implementation are the lack of training for workers and the limited availability of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) at the construction project of the Outpatient Installation Building of RSUD Abadi Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The objective of the study is to determine the effectiveness of OSH implementation based on five main aspects: the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), emergency preparedness, structural work, electrical work, and workplace health and hygiene. The method used is a quantitative approach with univariate analysis involving 52 project worker respondents. The results showed that the overall OSH implementation achieved an effectiveness level of 89.7%, which falls under the "satisfactory" category according to Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012. These findings emphasize the importance of routine supervision and OSH training to ensure the safe and efficient continuation of the project.

Abstract

The security of web-based applications is increasingly important due to evolving cyber threats. This study analyzes the security vulnerabilities of the Kelurahan Rimba Sekampung website using the OWASP ZAP tool to identify potential weaknesses and recommend mitigation strategies. The methodology includes automated scanning, vulnerability analysis, and applying security improvements. The initial scan identified 15 vulnerabilities, including issues under Broken Access Control, Security Misconfiguration, Cryptographic Failures, Use of Vulnerable and Outdated Components, and Software and Data Integrity Failures. After implementing mitigation measures, the number of vulnerabilities was reduced to 12. Key improvements included strengthening the Content Security Policy (CSP), enhancing encryption mechanisms, and configuring HTTP headers and cookies correctly. These actions significantly reduced the website’s security risks. The results of this study can serve as a reference for web administrators in enhancing application security and safeguarding user data.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of service failure and service recovery on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention among Shopee Xpress users in the Greater Bandung area. Using a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM via SmartPLS, data were collected from 150 active users. Results show that both service failure and service recovery significantly affect customer satisfaction but do not directly influence repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has a strong and significant effect on repurchase intention and mediates the relationship between service failure and recovery toward repurchase behavior. These findings highlight the importance of service quality improvement and responsive recovery strategies to build customer loyalty in Indonesia’s competitive e-commerce logistics sector.

Abstract

The village website is used as the main means of providing services and disseminating information to the community. However, without good security, these websites are vulnerable to cyber attacks. This research aims to analyze the level of vulnerability of village websites in Bengkalis District using the Vulnerability Assessment method. In this research, eight village websites were tested using the Nmap and OWASP ZAP tools to find security gaps. The test results show that there are several weaknesses with different risk levels, ranging from High, Medium, Low, to Informational. Some of the problems found include the use of vulnerable JavaScript libraries, inadequate security settings, and the risk of attacks such as Clickjacking and Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). To make websites safer, this research suggests several improvements, such as updating the security system, adding protection against attacks, and improving website security settings. With this research, it is hoped that village governments can better understand and improve the security of their websites so that they are better protected from cyber threats.

Abstract

Analyze and apply the System Development Life Cycle method in websiten development for Sultan Kreatif Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. With the increasing need for digitalization among MSMEs, the application of the method is expected to improve the process of developing an efficient and effective website. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the study show that the application of the method not only helps in producing a functional and user-friendly website, but also provides clear guidance for developers at every stage. With a good website, it is hoped that Sultan Kreatif MSMEs can increase their visibility and competitiveness in the digital market. This research is expected to be a reference forthe development of other MSME websites

Abstract

In the digital era, Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) face challenges in managing transactions and stock items that are still done manually using Microsoft Excel. This method is less efficient, prone to errors, and time consuming in data processing. To overcome these problems, this research designs and develops a web-based cashier application using the Extreme Programming method. This method was chosen because of its flexible approach in handling changing user needs and improving the efficiency of software development. This application has main features such as recording transactions, managing stock items, and real-time sales reporting. Testing is done using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that the system runs according to its function. The implementation results show that this application can improve efficiency in recording transactions, reduce errors in data processing, and provide stock information and sales reports more accurately and quickly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies in the supply chain of CV Kopi Biji Palembang using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. The research was conducted through direct observation, interviews, and data analysis covering procurement, production, storage, and distribution processes. Each identified risk was evaluated based on Severity, Occurrence, and Detection, then calculated into the Risk Priority Number (RPN). The results showed that the highest risks were related to delays in raw material supply and errors in the production process. Mitigation strategies were formulated to reduce the impact of these risks and improve operational efficiency. This research is expected to provide practical contributions for medium-scale coffee businesses in systematically managing supply chain risks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the supply chain efficiency of CV Kopi Biji Palembang using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. The research is motivated by the challenges faced by local coffee companies in managing inventory, distribution, and resource utilization effectively. This is a quantitative descriptive study, with data collected through field observation, Likert-scale questionnaires, interviews, and literature review. The analysis focuses on the five core SCOR processes: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return, supported by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine performance weighting. The findings indicate that the main weaknesses lie in distribution and inventory management, while production planning is relatively efficient. Recommendations include optimizing distribution flow, implementing data-driven inventory control, and strengthening supplier collaboration to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
