Abstract

This study aims to determine whether anthropometry and competing experience greatly affect smash performance. From the characteristics of volleyball, it is a team game sport consisting of 6 players in 1 team with a field size of 18 x 9 meters. And the net as a game barrier with a height of 2.24cm for girls and 2.43cm for men requires athletes to have a supportive height. This research method uses descriptive analysis by analyzing the video matches of the Men's Team of State University of Malang in the 2019 Student League Event. data on the results of the physical condition test conducted by the men's volleyball team, State University of Malang. Competitive experience data were obtained using a questionnaire conducted with the online method. Results From the data, UM players have quite good abilities, and are mentally deficient. It can be seen in the data above the comparison between regional matches and national matches, in regional matches the average smash is 26% and national matches UM players experience a drastic decline in smashes with only 15% spikes, and the player who smashes the most was AD with a total of 142 smashes, DN with 81 smashes. Anthropometric results have an effect on match results, but mental and experiential aspects are very influential when playing matches.

Abstract

Reject bullets are influenced by physical and engineering factors. Physical condition factors involve components of the body muscles, namely arm muscles, abdominal muscles, flexibility of the togok, as well as explosiveness in the limb muscles, and posture. While the technical factors involve stages such as the way or style used by the bullet repellent, one of which is the backward force (O'Brien style). This study aims to find out how much strength contributes to the arm muscles, to the abdominal muscles, the flexibility of the togok, as well as the explosiveness of the limb muscles, and contributes together strength to the arm muscles, strength in the abdominal muscles, flexibility of the togok, as well as explosiveness in the limb muscles to the results of repulsion pretence in the number of reject bullets using the O'Brien style. This type of research is descriptive research analysis with correlational method approach using coefficient of determination analysis. The population used in this study amounts to 58 students. Sampling techniques using total sampling. Based on the results of the analysis of research data can be found that the contribution of strength in the arm muscles to the results of repulsion achievement in the number of reject bullets using O'Brien style by 21.53%. The contribution of strength in the abdominal muscles to the results of repulsion in bullet reject numbers using O'Brien's style was 20.16%. The contribution of togok flexibility to the results of repulsion performance in the O'Brien-style reject number was 19.27%. The contribution of explosiveness in the limb muscles to the results of repulsion performance in the number of reject bullets using the O'Brien force was 17.14%. And from the double correlation analysis that has been done obtained a double coefficient of determination between the strength of the arm muscles, strength in the abdominal muscles, flexibility of the togok, as well as explosiveness in the limb muscles simultaneously contributed to the results of repulsion achievement in the number of reject bullets using O'Brien style of 45.10%.

Abstract

The training program is an important element in performance sports, this is because it becomes a guideline for training instructions so that training can be carried out optimally. The rapid development of technological knowledge must be used as a moment to accelerate the progress of sports, one of which is by switching to digitalization-based training programs in accordance with the existing developments. This study aims to examine and find answers to the level of need for futsal coaches in Gresik Regency for digitalization-based training programs in accordance with the existing developments. This research method is quantitative with a quantitative descriptive approach that describes certain symptoms, phenomena or events. The target of this research is the futsal coaches in Gresik Regency who already have a national futsal coaching license as many as 14 coaches. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire/questionnaire. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using percentages manually. The results showed that the level of need for futsal coaches in Gresik Regency for digitalization-based training programs was 35.7% in the moderate category. This is because the coach is still technologically challenged and there are no special facilities for creating digital-based training programs from the club. Based on the results of this research, the trainer can start implementing a digitalization-based training program in accordance with the development and according to existing conditions to support the success of the process of an exercise.

Abstract

Rugby 7 is a sport with high intensity and strong physical and mental needs to compete. Mental is an aspect that needs to be considered because it affects 50% of the results of the match. Factor is one of the things that affect the mental. This study aims to determine how much anxiety athletes face in the competition. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, and uses a questionnaire as a research instrument. The research subjects in this study were rugby 7s beginner athletes from East Java with a sample of 88 athletes. The results of this study were 6.8% athletes with "Very High" anxiety levels, 20.5% athletes with "High" anxiety levels, 40.9% athletes with "Medium" anxiety levels, 25% athletes with "Low" anxiety levels. , and 6.8 athletes with "Very Low" anxiety levels. From the research data above, it can be said that most of the East Java 7s rugby athletes have a moderate level of 40.9% (36 athletes). From this research data, coaches can plan methods to overcome anxiety so that athletes perform more optimally in matches.
