Abstract

Sistem yang dibuat pada penelitian ini adalah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan smartphone, dan menggunakan metode Simple Addditive Weighting (SAW) sebagai metode pengembangan. Metode ini metode yang paling tepat, dan dapat mengolah data kriteria yang mempunyai nilai yang berbeda. Hal ini lah yang membuat metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) ini sangat tepat digunakan. Sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan smartphone menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) ini dapat membantu calon penguna yang tidak mengetahui smartphone yang tepat, cocok, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan berdasarkan alternatif dan kriteria yang ditentukan. Sistem yang dibangun dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) ini telah di implementasikan kedalam sistem untuk memproses data agar dapat mengeluarkan hasil rekomendasi smartphone yang tepat. Sistem ini dapat mempermudah pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan proiritas dengan alternatif yang disediakan. Sistem ini dapat membantu calon pengguna dalam menentukan smartphone yang tepat.Kata Kunci— Decision Support Systems, Smartphones, Simple Additive Weighting

Abstract

Competition in the banking sector requires every bank to compete to make types of credit products that are able to attract customers to want to transact with banks. Marketing with a product centric strategy needs to be combined with a customer centric to keep Customer Relationship Management in good order with customers. Customer identity can be used to realize the concept of a customer centric marketing strategy. This study describes the role of Data Mining on customer data accompanied by the application of Decision Tree techniques with the C4.5 algorithm to identify the most influential fields in predicting loan products. The customer data fields used in this study include total balance, date of birth, occupation, and status. Selection of fields based on the terms and conditions that apply to each type of loan. The results of applying the C4.5 algorithm to customer data in the formation of loan product prediction decision trees show that the work attribute is the dominant attribute (highest Gain value) among the other attributes. Prediction results are validated with Confusion Matrix with an accuracy value for loan product prediction of 82%. The results of this study concluded that the customer database is a source of data in the prediction process of loan products to be offered to customers, which can be used to support the marketing of bank loan products with a customer centric orientation.

Abstract

Ahass Aries Sentosa Motor Kediri is one of the leading motorcycle dealers and workshops in Kediri. One of the key factors in getting a well-known predicate from consumers is the mechanical quality factor, especially in motorcycle service in the workshop Ahass Aries Sentosa Motor Kediri. The use of a decision support system is very helpful in determining the best mechanics, and is accompanied by the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), this method can complete the research by looking for weight values for each attribute, then ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, namely the entitled mechanics got the title as the best mechanic. With the decision support system with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method applied to this problem because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. In this case it will be easier to monitor, select and determine the mechanics who are entitled to the title as the best mechanic.

Abstract

This assessment is experimental by analyzing calculations using the Profile Matching method to select Bidikmisi scholarship recipients. The five types of requirements in the Bidikmisi scholarship rules are implemented into five types of criteria in the manual calculation process to produce an output containing descending priority value ranking information for Bidikmisi scholarship recipients.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia teknologi saat ini berkembang sangat cepat seiring berjalannya waktu. Perkembangan ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi manusia dalam kelangsungan hidupnya. Saat ini pada SMK sering dijumpai berbagai macam permasalahan. Untuk penyelasaian masalah dilakukan secara sepihak oleh pimpinan atau pun pihak tertentu. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan suatu sistem yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan dapat berupa aplikasi maupun lain-lain dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat. Macam sistem pendukung keputusan terdapat beberapa metode yang seringkali digunakan yaitu analytical hierarchy process, simple additive weighting, TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution), dan Fuzzy. Keuntungan penggunaan sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat membantu pengambilan keputusan secara cepat dan akurat dengan pertimbangan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Telah dilakukan survei pada SMK Negeri sekota Malang dan didapatkan hasil bahwa belum ada yang menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam melakukan penyelesaian masalah yang ada. Maka dari itu paper ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi sistem pendukung keputusan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari permasalahan SMK yang dapat dijadikan bahan referensi dalam pembangunan sistem pendukung keputusan di SMK.

Abstract

Current technological developments are increasingly rapid, marked by increasingly integrated technology in various aspects of our lives, one of them in the aspect of education. At present, along with the development of technology, the role of technology in education is getting stronger, one of which is the application of Information Systems in Education, namely the Academic Information System. Where academic information systems are systems that manage all activities related to academic activities, such as learning processes, assignments, examinations, grades, management of students and teachers, graduation and alumni. A good School Academic Information System is a system that can achieve satisfaction from users, which in this case are prospective students, students, teachers, stakeholders, and parents so that all can feel the impact of the information system that can improve the quality of graduates from their schools.
