Abstract

The research was done in Selongisor village, Batur, Getasan, Semarang Regency, from May until July 2010, the type of soil is Andisol (PPT : Andosol, the altitude is 1450 metres above sea level. This research was arranged in Randomyzed Completely Block Design (RCBD) consisted of  two tratment factors with three replications, that are ; I. rabbit urine dosage (K0 = without rabbit urine, K1 = 50 l/ha, K2 = 100 l/ha, K3 = 150 l/ha) and II. Fluid organic fertilizer dosage (O1 = 5 l/ha, O2 = 10 l/ha, O3 = 15 l/ha). The research showed that rabbit urine dosage influenced not significant to weight of fresh biomass, weight dry biomass, flower diametre, the height of plant and amount of leaves, but influence significant to the yield per block. The treatment of liquid organic fertilizer dosage showed not significant to the weight of fresh biomass, weight dry biomass, flower diametre, the height of plant and amount of leaves, and total yield of flower. Combined effect from two treatments was  not significant difference to weight of fresh biomass, weight dry biomass, flower diametre, the height of plant and amount of leaves, but influence significant to the yield per block.. The highest result is 64,167 gram get from the treatment rabbit urine dosage 150 l/ha and Fluid organic fertilizer dosage 10 l/ha.

Abstract

Mycorrhizal Rhizoctonia is a fungus that capable to associate with terrestrial orchids. Apart from being mycorrhizal, there are isolates of Rhizoctonia sp. that are pathogenic and caused root rot disease on Spathoglottis plicata. This study aimed to know the differences between pathogenic Rhizoctonia sp. and mycorrhizal Rhizoctonia in morphology and molecular structure using RAPD technique. The results showed that colony colour,  cell lenght and nucleus number a several isolates of pathogenic Rhizoctonia sp. and of mycorrhizal Rhizoctonia on S. plicata had no differences, but had differences on cell thickness and isolate grouping based on hyphal anastomosis test. RAPD molecular technique showed that each isolate of pathogenic Rhizoctonia sp. and mycorrhizal Rhizoctonia had differences on DNA structure.

Abstract

This research was carried out on February to April 2007. The aim of this research is to knowing the production factors, which is fluential to milk of cow, the efficiency of using production factors and the amount of the cost, revenue the benefit, and the income of milk cow operation. This Research location is executed in region of Jatinom of Sub-Province Klaten covering 4 countryside that is countryside mundu, countryside glagah, countryside kayumas, countryside bandungan by jumah is sampel 30 people of dairy cattle breeder. The main method used is analytical description and is the realization used survey method. The location determination with purposive, the determination of sample number of farm with proportional random sampling. The process of data collecting done by some interview with the farmers using questioner. The method of data analysis Cobb Douglas type, and efficiency analysis. Result of production analysis indicator using wide production (1) The factor production about total of livestock must still production very significant on milk production, and the decrease of cage, decrease of equipments, ransume, additional ransume, labour, education, and experience non significant on milk production (2) The efficiensy of production factors on total of livestock, decrease of cage, additional ransume, and labour shown not effiesien so that to increase for used. For the decrease of equipments, ransume, not efficient so that to decrease to used. ( 3) total Expense released by farmer of ox milk of  year is equal to Rp 19.693.333, its acceptance equal to Rp. 37.896.600, earnings mean of is Rp 18.203.267.

Abstract

This research purpose to know dosage of chiken stable manure and effective microorganisme (EM4) towards growth and result of potato. The hipotesis was dosage of chiken manure 10 ton/ha with effektuive microorganisme 10 ton/ha will take growth and yield the best. This research was cariied out in Pandansari, Paguyangan, Brebes. The heigent place of 1700 dpl, with latosol soil type. This resear birth was done from Juli-September 2011. The research meteode was factorial with Randomized Completly Block Design (RCBD), consist of two factors, that was : 1). Dosage of chiken stables manure (K) with 3 levels, that was : 5 ton/ha, 10 ton/ha and 15 ton/ha. 2). Dosage of effektive microorganism with 3 levels, that was: 0 l/ha, 5 l/ha, and 10 l/ha. The result of this research was 1) Dosage of chiken stable manure was significant to weight of tube, sum of branchdry weight crop, height of plant, sume of stem, sum of leaf and diameters of  tube. 2) dosage of effective microorganism was signiticant to sum of branch and sum of leaf. 3) interaction about dosage of chiken stable manure and effektive microorganism was significant to dry weight crop. 4) the best yield on dosage of chiken stable manure 10 ton/ha.

Abstract

The aims for knowing the influence of dosage and moment giving solid organic vertilizer towards the growth and the result of onion plant ( allium ascalonicum.l. ) this research has been conducted in klodran village , colomadu subdistrict, karanganyar regency on the height of 120 meters above surface of the sea, on regosol land from agustus st until October 1 st,2009 This research uses factorial method with basic pattern random basic planning complete group, consists of 2 treatment factors and 3 times of repetition. The firt factor of dosage of solid organic fertilizer  ( D ) consists of four levels ( D1 ) = 10 ton / hectare ,D2 = 20 ton hectare, D3 = 30 ton / hectare ; D4 = 40 ton / hectare , the second factor, moment giving solid organic fertilizer consists of 3 levels ; S1 = 2 weeks before planting , S2 = 1 vweek before planting, S3 = together with planting. The dosage treatment of solid organic fertilizer influences unreal towards the height of plant, the weight of fresh brancast , yhe weight of dry brancast, the amount of tuber per clumb, the amount of tuber pe land , the weight of fresh tuber per clumb, the weight of dry tuber per clumb, the weight of fresh tuber per land, the wight of dry tuber per land. The treatment on the moment giving solid organic fertilizer influences unreal towards the height of pland, the weight of fresh brancast, the weight of dry brancast, the amount of tuber per clumb, the amount of tuber per land, the weight of fresh tuber per clumb, the weight of dry tuber per clumb, the weight of fresh tuber per land, the weight of dry tuber per land. The interaction between dosage and moment giving solid organic fertilizer influences unreal towards the heigh of pland , the amount of tuber per clumb, the amonnt of tuber per land , the weight of fresh tuber per clumb, the weight of dry tuber per clumb, the weigh of fresh tuber per clumb, and influences real towards the weight of fresh brancast, the weight of dry brancast, the weight of dry tuber per land. The highest weight of dry tuber is 1,46 kgs / land ( 10,96 ton / hectare), got on the combined treatment D3S2 ( the dosage of 30 ton / hectare and 1 week before planting ) while, the lowest weight of dry tuber is 1,13 kgs / land ( 8,47 ton / hectare ) got on the combined treatment D1S2 ( the dosage of 10 ton / hectare and  week before planting ).
