Abstract

The study effect of phosphorus fertilizer dosage and liquid organic fertilizer to total weight stover Fresh leaves and mustard plant (Brassica juncea L.) aims to determine the dosage of liquid organic fertilizer, phosphorus and interaction on the number and weight of stover fresh leaf mustard. This study uses a randomized complete design (RAKL), with two combination treatments, P0,P1,P2 (0,3,6) organic liquid fertilizer and F0,F1,F2,F3 (0,5,10,15) g of phosphorus fertilizer, so we get twelve combined treatment and repeated three times repetition. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance followed by a further test DMRT if significantly different treatment. The results showed that treatment of liquid organic fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer significantly different at the observation parameter is the number of leaf mustard plants treated with 6ml organic liquid fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer 15 g, while the weight parameter fresh stover mustard plants was not significantly different among all treatments. The treatment of liquid organic fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer best on the number and weight of stover fresh leaves of mustard plants obtained from the combined treatment 6 ml organik liquid fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer 15 g.

Abstract

The Research is proposed to determine the effect of planting time and dose fertilizer NPK on the growth and yield of seet corn. The research started from July – September 2011, in Village Slatri, Larangan, Brebes Central Java, with altitude 25 m above sea level, alluvial soil type. The research was used factorial in Randomized completely block design (RCBD) with 9 combinations and 3 replications. The treatment is J1P1; Planting time 70 x 20 cm with a dose of 100 kg NPK / ha, J1P2; Planting time 70 x 20 cm with a dose of NPK fertilizer 200 kg / ha, J1P3; Planting time 70 x 20 cm with a dose of NPK fertilizer 300 kg / ha, J2P1; Planting time 70 x 30 cm with a dose of NPK fertilizer 100 kg / ha, J2P2; Planting time 70 x 30 cm with a dose of NPK fertilizer 200 kg / ha, J2P3; Planting time 70 x 40 cm with a dose of NPK fertilizer 300 kg / ha, J3P1; Planting time 70 x 40 cm with a dose of NPK fertilizer 100 kg / ha, J3P2; Planting time 70 x 40 cm with a dose of NPK fertilizer 200 kg / ha, J3P3; Planting time 70 x 40 cm with a dose of fertilizer 300 kg NPK / ha. The results showed that the Planting time of 70 x 40 cm and the use of NPK fertilizer gave the best growth compared with other treatments.

Abstract

Rice quality is the dominant factor of rice. The quality of rice includes the weight percentage of head rice, amylose content and the quality of rice include flavor of rice, rice texture and rice aroma. Rice from different rice varieties will be different quality, so also the way of rice cultivation is also very influential on the quality of rice produced. This study aims to compare the quality of rice from various rice varieties under organically and conventional cultivations. The experiment was conducted on Organic and Conventional rice field in Kebonagung village, Imogiri, Bantul from September 2013 until January 2014 with Inceptisol soil type and altitude of 114 m . This research was designed with Randomized Completely Randomized Block Design which was arranged in a split plot consisting of 2 treatment factors and repeated 4 times. Factor I: Cultivation, namely organic cultivation and conventional cultivation and Factor II kinds of varieties that consist of IR64, Cianjur, Pandanwangi, Mentikwangi and Cisedane. Parameters observed included grain yield, percentage of rice head, amylose content, protein content, and rice quality including rice flavor, rice texture, and rice aroma. The results showed that (1) the yield of grain did not differ between organic cultivation and conventional cultivation. (2) Organic cultivation increased the heavy percentage of rice head of IR64 variety, (3) Organic Cultivation decreased the amylose content of Cianjur and Pandanwangi varieties, and increased the amylopectin level so the rice became more “Pulen” (4) Organic cultivation raises levels of IR64, Pandanwangi, Mentikwangi and Cisedane variety of varieties, (5) Organic cultivations tend to improve the quality of rice including taste, texture and aroma of rice

Abstract

This research is conducted in Yamansari Lebaksiu Subdistrict, Tegal District, from Juni until August 2011 this research aim to know: (1) the effect of composition of media plant and the dose fertilizer NPK to growth of crop of Anthurium hookeri (2) composition of media plant and the dose fertilizer NPK the affected of good to growth of crop of Anthurium hookeri.( 3 ) these treachmentgiving combination that composition of media plantond the dose fertilizer NPK to growthof crop of Anthurium hookeri. Method used in this research is experiment method, method by using  Randommyzed Complete design ( RCD ). Consist of two factors, composition media plant (M) and the dose fertilizer NPK , ( D) with repeated by three. Treatment combination is : M1D1 ( CP: AS: SK= 1: 1: 1 and 6 g NPK / polibag),M2D1 (CP : AS: SK=2 : 1: 1 and 6 NPK/ polibag), M3D1 (CP : AS: SK= 1 : 2 : 1 and 6 g NPK/polibag), M4D1 (CP : AS: SK = 1: 1 : 2 and 3 g NPK /polibag), M1D2 (CP : AS : SK =  1 : 1 : 1 and 5 g NPK/polibag), M2D2 (CP : AS : SK = 2: 1: 1 and 5 g NPK/polibag), M3D2 (CP : AS: SK = 1 :2: 1 and 10g NPK/polibag), M4D2 (CP : AS : SK = 1: 1: 2 n 5 g NPK/polibag), M1D3 (CP:AS : SK= 1:1:1 and 14 g NPK/polibag), M2D3(CP :AS: SK=2: 1:1 and 14 g NPK/polibag), M3D3 (CP: AS: SK 1: 2: 1 and 14gNPK/polibag),M4D3(CP: AS: SK 1: 1: 2 and 14 g NPK/polibag). Result of research that : (1) The composition of plant media was significant to the amount of leaf and root (2) The dose of NPK fertilizer was very significant to the height of plant.(3) Interaktion of plant media komposition with the dose of NPK fertilizer not significant for all of parameters.(4) The best of plant growth of the composition of plant media 1 : 2 :1 (M3) with the dose of NPK fertilizer 10 g/polibag.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the demand for organic rice in Boyolali and know the elasticity of demand for organic rice in Boyolali. The basic method of research is descriptive. The research location Boyolali because it is one of organic rice cultivation centers that have high productivity as well as the potential to be developed into a center of organic agriculture products. The results showed the variable price of organic rice and chicken meat prices have a significant effect on the demand for organic rice in Boyolali. Variable non-organic rice, soybean prices, population and per capita income were examined did not significantly affect the demand for organic rice in Boyolali. Organic rice price elasticity is elastic. Cross elasticity of non-organic rice prices marked negative is complements of organic rice. Cross elasticity of tempeh marked negative price which is complements of organic rice. Cross elasticity marked negative price of chicken meat is complements of organic rice. While the income elasticity of 2.400 indicates that organic rice excluding items norm.

Abstract

The result of the research shows that the is to know the length of plant stimulus substance soaking in some coffee chupon grafting model doesn’t influence the coffee seeds growth.The writing of this thesis is based on the research which has been done in June 2012 to October 2012 in Mawar Lor,Jambu Subdistric,Semarang Regency. The research is implemented by using single factor with base pattern of  complete Random Design and 3 times replication. This research uses 1 (one) treatment Factors in twelve combination. The results of this research are: 1) The leght of plant stimulus soaking in some coffee grifting models to coffee seeds growth doesn’t have effects in parameter of plan growth capacity observation (%),the amount of the leaves (sheet), the length of outermost leaf (cm), the width of outermost leaf(cm), and the height of the plant(cm), 2) The best result is on  coffee seeds growth in side grafting  with 2/3 of leaf by 30 minutes soakings.

Abstract

Penelitian skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Komposisi Media Dan Bagian Setek Terhadap Keberhasilan Setek Dan Pertumbuhan Awal Tanaman Jarak Pagar (Jatropha curcas L )”. Penulisan skripsi ini berdasarkan penelitian pada bulan Agustus sampai Oktobre 2007, tempat penelitian di lahan pertanian Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Provinsi Tingkat I Jawa Tengah, Tarubudaya Ungaran yang memiliki jenis tanah latosol dengan derajad kemasaman 6 – 6,5 serta terletak pada ketinggian antara 400 s/d 500 m diatas permukaan laut. Suhu rata-rata 23º C s/d 27º C dan masuk tipe iklim Scimidt Ferguson tipe C (agak basah). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah faktorial dengan pola dasar Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), terdiri atas 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu Komposisi Media (M) yang meliputi M0 = media tanah latosol; M1 = media tanah dan pasir (perbandingan 1:1 berdasarkan volume); M2 = media tanah dan arang sekam (perbandingan 1:1 berdasarkan volume); M3 = media tanah, pasir, arang sekam (perbandingan 1:1:1 berdasarkan volume); dan Bagian Bahan Setek (S) meliputi S1 = setek batang bagian pucuk; S2 = setek batang bagian tengah; S3 = setek batang bagian bawah. Setiap perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Hasil penelitian adalah 1) Perlakuan media tanam sangat berbeda nyata terhadap saat tumbuh tunas, panjang akar, jumlah akar, berat basah akar tapi tidak berbeda nyata terhadap jumlah tunas, volume akar, berat basah tunas dan berat brangkasan kering; 2) Perlakuan bahan setek sangat berbeda nyata terhadap saat tumbuh tunas, berat basah tunas, tetapi berbeda nyata terhadap berat brangkasan kering, dan tidak berbeda nyata terhadap jumlah tunas, volume tunas, panjang akar, jumlah akar, berat basah akar; 3) Interaksi antara media tanam dan bahan setek (M x S) menunjukkan sangat berbeda nyata terhadap saat tumbuh tunas, tetapi tidak berbeda nyata terhadap jumlah tunas, volume akar, panjang akar, jumlah akar, berat basah tunas, berat basah akar, berat brangkasan kering; 4) Perlakuan terbaik dalam penelitian ini adalah (M2 x S1) interaksi antara media tanam tanah + arang sekam dengan bahan setek bagian pucuk.

Abstract

The objective of the researched was to distance plant and SP36 dosage  fertilizer of growth and production  Green Peanut plant was conducted at village Bagusan, Selopampang, Temanggung  at 1st Juni until 1st September 2008. The land of Alfisol type (PPT Latosol) at  the height 650  metre from see level. The research used factorial methode with elementary patten Completely Randomized Design (CRD), consisted of two treatment and the first factor was distance plant (J) : J1 = 20 x 20 cm, J2 = 20 x 30 cm, and J3 = 20 x 40 cm. The second factor was SP36 dosage fertilizer (P) :  P0 = not SP36 fertilizer, P1 = 100 kg/ha, P2 = 125 kgh/ha and P3 = 125 kgh/ha, every treatment was 3 replicated. The result of research :  (1). The distance plant treatment (J) not significant to the height of plant, the sum of trivoliat leaf, the sum legum planting, the weight legum planting, the weight dry seed blaze, the weight seed 100,  the fresh weight of plant, the dry weight of plant parameters. But significant to weight ripe legum planting parameter and veri significant to the weight dry seed planting. (2). The SP36 dosage fertilizer we not significant to the height of plant, the sum of trivoliat leaf, the weight legum blaze, the weight dry seed blaze, the weight seed 100,  the fresh weight of plant, the dry weight of plant parameters. But significant to the sum legum planting, the weignt  ripe legum planting and the weight dry seed planting  parameters. (3). The interaction of distance plant with SP36 dosage fertilizer were not significant to the height of plant, the sum of trivoliat leaf, the sum legum planting, the weight legum blaze, the weight dry seed blaze, the weight seed 100,  the fresh weight of plant, the dry weight of plant parameters. But significant to the weight  legum masak planting and very significant the weight dry seed planting, parameters. (4).Highest yield of the weight dry seed blaze was reach by J1P2 (interaction betwen distance plant 20 x 20 cm with SP36 dosage fertilizer 125 kg per Ha) that was 358,3 g equivalent with 0,75 ton per hektar, the lowest yield was J2P0 (interaction betwen distance plant 20 x 30 cm without SP36 fertilizer) that was 229,7 kg equivalent with 0,48 ton per hektar.
