An Nisa is a scientific journal for disseminating results of conceptual research or studies on gender and child, is published two times (June and December) a year. An Nisa is managed by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) at Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Bone. The publications through An Nisa include results of research or conceptual studies about gender, women, and child that have never been published elsewhere. The An Nisa is intended for experts, academics, practitioners, state administrators, and NGOs. The aim of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers and practitioners for publishing the original research articles or review articles. The scope of the articles published in this journal deal with a broad range of topics in the fields ofgender and child.

Abstract

Gender Relationship to Female Testimony in Islamic PerspectivesIslamic studies relating to human creation, inheritance, witnessing, leadership, and polygamy are considered to be discriminatory against women, and are often used by some circles to discredit women, one example that the inheritance of a man is equal to the part of two women. Gender provides a natural portion and character, the nature of work. From that in social life, especially in terms of testimony, there are things that can be entered into Gender, there are things that are Gender bias.AbstrakKajian Islam berkaitan dengan penciptaan manusia, kewarisan, persaksian, kepemimpinan, dan poligami dianggap terkesan diskriminatif terhadap kaum perempuan, dan sering digunakan beberapa kalangan untuk memojokkan perempuan, salah satu contoh bahwa bagian waris seorang laki-laki sama dengan bagian dua orang perempuan. Gender memberikan porsi yang kodrati dan karakter, sifat pekerjaan. Dari itu dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat terutama dalam hal persaksian ada hal yang bisa dimasuki Gender ada hal yang bias Gender.
