Abstract

Documents that have a digital signature are intended to validate where the data comes from. Digital signature can be done through encryption. The algorithm that is usually used for a digital signature on a document file is the Message Digest (MD5) algorithm which is also a hash function. And it is necessary to do the security and authenticity of the Digital signature on the document file so that it is not easily manipulated by others. The method that suits this problem is to use an algorithm that is usually used to create digital signatures, namely the MD5 algorithm which is a hash algorithm of the MD5 type or direction to get the value. hash is 128 bits long. The MD5 algorithm can be used to check data integrity, create digital signatures on document files and others. A digital signature of the security and authenticity of the document file there is also a hash function in the journal entitled Implementing the MD5 algorithm for document security. By using a one-way hash function, it will generate a message Digest from the original message. Developed from the MD5 algorithm developed by Ron Rivest, accepting input messages of various lengths and generating a 128-bit hash code it has become one of the most widely used hash algorithms. This algorithm is basically made for the security and authenticity of digital signatures in document files, the hash function cannot answer all existing problems such as confidentiality issues.

Abstract

One of the important things to ensure the confidentiality of data or information is encryption. Encryption uses an algorithm that can encode all bit streams of a message, skipjack is a 64-bit electronic codebook algorithm. The parameters used for encryption are 80-bit keys, and have 32 rounds for the encryption and decryption process. This algorithm can be used in one of the four modes specified in FIPS 81 for use in the Data Encryption Standard (DES). The algorithm that will be used for cryptography is said to be safe if it meets three criteria. The three criteria are the mathematical equations used must be complex, so that the algorithm is difficult to solve analytically, the cost used to solve the ciphertext exceeds the value of the information, and the time required to decipher the ciphertext exceeds the length of the information time. The strength of any encryption algorithm depends on its ability to withstand attacks. which is intended to determine the key or uncrypted communication. Broadly speaking, there are two types of attacks, namely brute-force and shortcuts. Therefore, in this paper we will discuss the extent to which the skipjack algorithm guarantees the security of hidden information.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the facilities and customer satisfaction at Sport Club Meadow Terrace and the effect of facility satisfaction on customer satisfaction at Sport Club Meadow Terrace. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all members of the Meadow Terrace Sport Club from 2018 to 2020, namely 143 people, while the sample used in the study used a saturated sampling technique, where all the populations were made respondents. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, and data analysis techniques using test instruments, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test. The results showed that the Facility variable (X) which consisted of 10 (ten) instruments showed that the total score was 6105 and the average score was 4.27 and entered into the interval with the Good category, so it can be concluded that, Facility (X) when this is going well. Based on the distribution of the answers to the satisfaction variable (Y) which consists of 8 (eight) instruments, it shows that the total score is 4597 and the average score is 4.02 and it is included in the interval with the Good category, it can be concluded that, at this time, satisfaction (Y) is going well. Based on data analysis, it shows that there is a positive and significant effect of facilities (X) on customer satisfaction (Y) sport club meadow terrace. The simple regression equation Y = a + b (x) is Y = 15,597 = 0.388x this equation can be concluded that there is a direction of positive influence between the facility variable (X) on the satisfaction variable (Y)

Abstract

The problem in the scope of the image is where every image we have has quality weaknesses, colors are too contrast, lack of intensity, blurring, and one of them is containing a lot of noise as is the case with CCTV images. The image recorded by CCTV has a lot of noise, so the resulting image is not very clear. Therefore we need a method to reduce noise. In minimizing this, it is necessary to improve the image that aims to get better image results than before, so that the image can be seen more clearly. Image improvement is one of the early techniques in the process. There are so many techniques used in the image enhancement process, one of which is histogram equalization. Thus, the author feels that this CCTV image improvement needs to be improved with this method, and requires SNR as a comparison of image results and timing run as a measure of the speed needed during the reduction process. Histogram equalization is changing the sharpness values ​​of the image, so that the distribution is uniform, which is obtained by changing the degree of gray of the pixels. SNR to determine the level of image quality after noise reduction, in the SNR process a comparison of the resulting image and the initial image will be carried out to find a rough estimate of image improvement. Timing run to obtain the length of time obtained during the noise reduction process in an image takes place. This study describes how to improve the image based on histogram equalization method

Abstract

The number of divorces each year continues to increase, including what is happening at the Simalungun Religious Court. Divorce by the male party is called divorce talak and that is done by the woman and is called divorce suicidal. There are many aspects that cause divorce every year. With the continuing increase in the divorce rate that is happening, employees who work must carry out their work as effectively as possible. This study aims to recommend estimating the number of divorces in the Simalungun religious court. Researchers use the method of applying data mining multiple linear regression algorithms. The source of this research data was obtained by means of interviews and direct observation to the secretariat in the Simalungun religious court
