Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises are the largest economic actors in the Indonesian economy. They are the primary source of state income, one of which is the Indonesian state. Micro, small, and medium enterprises can create many entrepreneurs and open many jobs to become the business sector that contributes the most to national development. This study used a quantitative approach. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The result of this study is that the implementation of entrepreneurial applications is proven to increase the productivity of the micro, small, and medium enterprises sector of tegal stalls, pecel lele, solo iced tea, padang restaurants, fried rice, laundry services, motorcycle washing services, coffee shops, ngodeng, and geprek chicken substantially with an average percentage increase of 29.3%. To increase the productivity and efficiency of micro, small, and medium enterprises, it can utilize the application of entrepreneurship effectively and directly influence micro, small, and medium enterprises. The positive influence on micro, small, and medium enterprises can enjoy various advantages from using entrepreneurial applications. The implementation of entrepreneurial applications can be done using the website to improve service quality and expand customer networks.

Abstract

The development approach used in this project is the RAD method, which involves structured stages starting from planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, to delivery. which focuses on Pempek products to promote their products efficiently, providing easy ordering services for users who want to buy Pempek products. This application allows sellers to market their products easily through clear product images, descriptions, and prices, users can quickly find the Pempek products they are looking for and place orders easily, with this application, it is hoped that Pempek sales shops can develop and gain exposure larger ones, while users can easily use the PHP programming language and use MySQL, Pempek Palembang Online, the distribution of its products which still uses a conventional system found several problems that often occur, one of which is still manual, therefore with the application it is hoped that it can make it easier for customers to buy the products they need, and of course make it easier for companies to transact with their customers. Quickly and Efficiently, without having to come directly to the seller's location.

Abstract

Noys Vapehouse is a vapestore that has just opened in East Jakarta, more precisely in July 2023. Noys Vapehouse sells various kinds of vape tools and equipment and sells the latest products. Not only that, but there are other things that attract consumers to make purchasing decisions at Noys Vapehouse using quantitative methodology. In collecting this data, the following data collection methods were used: 1. making direct observations and observations regarding matters related to the influence of online marketing strategies on consumer purchasing decisions. 2. Literature study The aim of this research is to study and analyze how online marketing strategies influence purchasing decisions made by consumers. It was concluded that of the 56 respondents used as a sample each had data of 4 people (7%) aged 13-17, 47 people (84%) aged 18-25, 3 people (5%) aged 26-39, and 2 people (4%) aged 40-49, it was concluded that of the 56 respondents sampled, 37 people (66%) were male and 19 people (34%) were female. The influence of online marketing strategies on consumer purchasing decisions is very significant. By leveraging online platforms, companies can reach consumers more effectively, provide more accessible information, and create greater engagement. Providing informative content and online promotions can influence consumer perceptions of products, thus, online marketing strategies are key in gaining consumer support and increasing sales.

Abstract

MSME Mamaku needs an inventory system that helps make work easier so that it doesn't take up too much time. For this reason, the author created an inventory system at MSME Mamaku which until now has not been computerized. Currently, MSME Mamaku is only a business that operates in the clothing production sector. The existing system at MSME Mamaku is still done manually, starting from recording incoming goods, recording outgoing goods, storing other data related to the inventory process, and making reports, so it is possible for errors in recording, less accurate reports being made, and requiring inefficient time, and delays in searching for the required data. The design of this inventory information system is the best solution to solve problems in these MSMEs, and with this computerized system, an effective and efficient activity can be achieved in carrying out activities in these MSMEs. The computerized system is better than the manual system because the proposed system is more effective and efficient and the current inventory system is more conducive compared to the previous system. The application is designed using the Spiral method, PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL as database storage. The result of designing an inventory system is a website that can record incoming and outgoing goods and print computerized reports.

Abstract

This study aims to elaborate the form of legal protection for electronic commerce (e-commerce) as one of the important exponents in economic circulation in Indonesia. With juridical-normative research methods and literature study approaches, this research examines the legal protection of electronic commerce with an analytical instrument from a business competition perspective. The rapid development of e-commerce, which transformatively takes over the dominance of capital and market circulation, requires the government to adaptively prepare legal instruments that can provide extra protection, both for e-commerce actors and consumers. In this case, the government has an interest in preventing unfair business competition practices. The results of the analysis show that there have been a number of comprehensive legal protection instruments, including laws and regulations, and institutional structures to ensure law enforcement. However, there are weaknesses in aspects of regulation and institutional authority that require reform. Electronic commerce policy must be realized in accordance with national goals and interests, and oriented towards the protection of domestic business actors in Indonesia.

Abstract

To design quality tilapia sales, the Condet Fish website is an online platform designed to provide modern solutions to sellers and buyers of tilapia, Condet Fish does COD (Cash On Delivery) to customers who want to buy fish on social media, or comes directly to the store, because it does not yet have a sales website to provide information to customers, recapitulating tilapia sales using only Microsoft Office. Because it is very inefficient in managing data, some data is processed missing or damaged, it can result in inaccurate data. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a Condet Fish web and efficient and user-friendly to facilitate buying and selling transactions of quality tilapia. The goal of this research is to explore the potential use of the website as a means of selling high-quality tilapia fish and understand the extent to which the website can increase market accessibility, expand customer reach, and improve the user trading experience. The research method used is RAD through distributing questionnaires to tilapia sellers and buyers. Based on the results of this study, it consists of sales system input and sales system output. E-commerce system implementation in the form of main menu display, product menu display, product, and shopping cart. Condet Fish's website helps customers recognize products or goods without having to come to the store. The website will be designed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages, PHP for database development, and Visual Studio Code (VSCode) text editor.

Abstract

This research is motivated by many compalints of small and medium business actors during the Covid-19 pandemic in many countries, including Indonesia, which occurred in early 2020 which was very influential on people’s purchasing power. In an effort to generate small and medium enterprises, various strategies are needed to gain market share so that buyers are interested so as to increase sales. Marketing activities must be carried out effectively and efficiently and focus on product quality, promotion, and sales. In this case, an active role and management strategy is needed from the Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises Kabupaten Batu Bara to increase sales of production results from small and medium bussiness actors after Covid-19. This research is focused on finding out the most effective strategy used to achieve maximum sales results. The research method used is qualitative research, with interviews with Head of Offices, small and medium business actors and business actors, and other data obtained from varios existing book references. From the results of the study indicate that the marketing strategy carried out is to choose the market, product, distribution and promotion. The most effective marketing strategy is promotion through social media and advertising.

Abstract

So that in the future the decline in the number of customers can be minimized it is hoped that the number of customers will continue to increase to identify aspects of service quality that influence consumer perceptions of Nako coffee, as well as the extent of the gap between consumers' expectations and real experiences in consuming this coffee. .the aim of this research is to increase the coffee industry's understanding of marketing and product development while contributing to improving service quality in this specific coffee context. Servqual methodology is used as a research framework to measure dimensions of service quality, involving consumer surveys and statistical analysis to evaluate perceptions consumers are expected to provide in-depth insight into consumers' expectations and perceptions of Nako coffee, providing a basis for coffee industry stakeholders to improve marketing and service strategies. The influence of customer satisfaction when seen from the quality of service that has been met and must be maintained, but if seen from satisfaction There is a gap between customer expectations and the reality of the service received with a value of less than 1, so it can be said that customer satisfaction is still not optimal. There is a gap in reliability and assurance, the value of the gap is minus because expectations are greater than reality, while tangible, responsiveness, and empathy the reality assessment is greater than expectations, there are no negatives, then the quality of the product and service as assessed by customers is good.

Abstract

The study of philosophical Sufism should require deep appreciation and thought to study it so as not to fail to understand, because several figures of philosophical Sufism explain their thoughts through works written full of metaphors (figures of speech). Like Ibn Arabi, the concept of wahdat al-wujud, which is actually implied in his writings, especially Futuhat al-Makiyyah and Fushus al-Hikam, is said to be implied because the term wahdat al-wujud is not clearly stated. Wahdat al-wujud is interpreted as the unity of the universe with Allah SWT, but this unity is not complete or vice versa, the position of this unity still recognizes the transcendent superiority of Allah. In essence, only One exists, namely Allah, and its manifestation in the form of the universe is a picture of Allah's manifestation. In short, nothing that appears is eternal, because the only thing that is eternal and certain is One, namely Allah. Some thinkers say that this concept adapts and improvises previous Sufism thinkers, namely al-Hallaj with Hulul, then in western philosophy such as Plotinus with the One in emanation, and Permanindes with the Existing. The three dignities of Allah appear, namely ahadiyah, wahidiyah, and tajalli syuhudi. Each of these hierarchical dignities has its own way for God to appear.
