Abstract

The sample in this research is 30 employees, with data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

This study aims to conduct a multivariate test of the dependent variable on women’s behaviour of buying healthy-diet which are influenced by three independent variables, namely attitude, knowledge, and subjective norm. The research object as the sample is women costumers in Klaten who buy Srinuk organic rice and organic food around 100 respondents with purposive sampling. The data analysis in this study is in the form of respondent description tests, validity and reliability tests of items, and variable regression tests which are useful for providing an image of perception in the society’s mind regarding the proof of buying behaviour model for organic food. Quantitative test multivariate used AMOS Software. The test results found that the attitude CR 5.457 prob 0.03 and knowledge variables 5.457 prob 0.03 proof which influenced buying behaviour, while one subjective norm variable CR 3.150 and prob 0.646 had no significant effect. From the research findings of the model evidence, a strategy is needed for stakeholders to develop marketing strategies towards the competitive advantage of organic food towards the increase of public consumption with more favourable products and market developments. At a later stage, it is possible to conduct experimental research.

Abstract

Transfer pricing is indicated as a strategic step in conducting transactions regarding competitive pricing by related companies. With transfer pricing, the company can assess the performance of the members or divisions of the company. The transfer pricing problem arises because of the manipulation by the company. This study aims to determine the influence of the tax load, bonus plan, and tunneling incentive partially and simultaneously on the transfer pricing decision. The research used a quantitative method with the expost facto design. The population in this study was companies that were members of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2018-2020. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling of 11 companies from 30 companies. This study used secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 program. The results showed that the f test of the tax load, bonus plan, and tunneling incentive simultaneously had a significant effect on the transfer pricing decision. Meanwhile, the results of the t-test showed that the tax load did not affect the transfer pricing decision. The bonus plan had a significant negative effect on the transfer pricing decision. The tunneling incentive had a significant positive effect on the transfer pricing decision.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a multivariate test of dependent variables on the social entrepreneurial behavior of Troketon residents managing a garbage bank influenced by three independent variables in the form of attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control with trust and involvement as a moderator. The research object as a sample is residents of Troketon Pedan who run village garbage bank businesses as many as 120 respondents. The analysis used in the research was in the form of respondent item validity and reliability test, CFA test, variable regression test used moderation which were used to provide a perception picture in the public minds regarding proving the social entrepreneurial behavior model of Troketon residents related to garbage bank entrepreneurship. Quantitative test used AMOS 21 software. The test results obtained fit model. The findings are the attitude variable model test, perceived behavioral control influence the social entrepreneur behavior of residents, while a subjective norm variable has no significant effect. Two moderating variables, namely trust dan involvement, strengthen significantly the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. From the findings of the proven model, a strategy is needed for stakeholders to devise efforts to further increase the knowledge and confidence of local entrepreneurs managing a garbage bank towards increasing the competitiveness of social entrepreneurs in Troketon Village residents through the increase of income and welfare of micro-enterprises.

Abstract

Inside the increasingly globalized world, technological advancements have the potential to impact business sustainability. Approaches for resolving them including choosing the suitable advertisements and brand ambassadors and attracting consumers' buying interest. PT Gojek Indonesia or Gojek, one of Indonesia’s first online transportation service providers, also carried out a series of promotional activities through advertising to maintain and improve competitiveness and quality among many other business competitors. In June 2022, Gojek introduced BTS as their new brand ambassador through GoFood ads. When the chosen brand ambassador succeeds in attracting consumers, consumers’ buying interest will increase. Consequently, the the researcher is keen to know boyband BTS advertisements’ significance as a brand ambassador in terms of buying interest in the GoFood application. The primary data collection method was used through questionnaires on Google Forms. The collected records were then examined using a simple linear regression, using the SPSS 25. In accordance with the findings of the data analysis, the advertisement of the boyband BTS as a brand ambassador has a notable aftermath on buying interest in the GoFood application.

Abstract

The approach in this study is to use an associative approach, the associative approach is an approach where to find out that there is a relationship or influence between the two variables (the independent variable and the dependent variable). In this study the independent variable X1 is Transformational Leadership Style, X2 is Work Motivation, X3 is School Facilities and the dependent variable Y is Teacher Performance. The data analysis technique starts from collecting information through a questionnaire in the form of a statement and at the final stage by drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Siti Banun Rantauprapat. In addition, motivation also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Siti Banun Rantauprapat. From the results of further research, it was found that school facilities had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Siti Banun Rantauprapat. After that, it was tested simultaneously and it was found that transformational leadership style, motivation and school facilities had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Siti Banun Rantauprapat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, organizational commitment and digitization on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch. This study uses a quantitative associative approach, which is an approach to determine the effect of independent variables and dependent variables where data is collected in quantitative form to examine certain populations or samples with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The population in this study were employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch Office. The sample in this study used a sample of 57 people consisting of 15 employees of the Electronic Facility & IT Division, 23 employees of the Electrical & Mechanical Facility Division and 19 employees of the Infrastructure Division. Data collection techniques through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch with a value of 0.293 and P-Values ​​= 0.033 <0.05. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch with a value of 0.374, and P-Values ​​= 0.033 <0.05. (3) Digitization has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch Office with a value of 0.339 and P-Values ​​0.008 <0.05. (4) Competence, organizational commitment and digitization have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of teamwork and perceived organizational support on work performance at PT. Kawi Cemerlang Bima. This research is a quantitative research and the type of research is associative with an Explanatory Research approach. The population in this study is 36 employees and the sampling technique is that the sample uses a saturated sample while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, with reference to a 5-point Likert scale and then distributed to 36 respondents have PT. Kawi Cemerlang Bima. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and then analyzed with SPSS version 22. The results of this study 1) There is no significant effect of Teamwork on Employee Performance at PT. Kawi Cemerlang Bima. 2) There is a significant influence of perceived organizational support on employee performance at PT. Kawi Cemerlang Bima. 3) There is a significant influence of Organizational Culture and Perceptions of organizational support on Employee Performance at PT. Kawi Cemerlang Bima.
