Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect employee performance PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Baron Nganjuk. These factors are Motivation, Preatation and Work Environment. Employees who have high work motivation will have a positive impact on the organization, so that organizational goals are achieved. The sample in this research is 20 employees. The variables used are Motivation, Preatation, Work Environment, and Employee Performance. Hypothesis testing is done by spreading the questionnaire / questionnaire as many as 20 employees Alfamart Baron Nganjuk. The questions used in the questionnaire are based on Likert scale. In this study using data analysis techniques Test Validity, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test (Test F), Persial Significance Test (Test t) with the help of computer program SPSS version 21.0. The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously Motivation, Preatation, and Work Environment affect Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of facilities and service quality on patient satisfaction at Kartika Kediri Inpatient Clinic.Population in this research is patient of Kawatika Kediri Inpatient Clinic. Sampling technique used simple random sampling with 127 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools. The hypothesis was tested by t test and F test. Test results showed that facility (X1) and service quality (X2) had significant influence on patient satisfaction (Y). Indicated by F arithmetic of 79.225 is greater when compared with F table 3.07. The t test shows that facility (X1) and service quality (X2) variables have significant influence on patient satisfaction. This is shown from the value of t arithmetic for variael X1 of 5.128 and t count variable X2 of 5.469 larger than t table 1.97928. Hypothesis test shows that the correlation coefficient (R) is 56.1%. This means that the relationship between the variable facilities and service quality with patient satisfaction is strong enough. Results of multiple linear regression analysis with the equation Y = 6.389 + 0.418 X1 + 413 X2.

Abstract

The results showed that (1) marketing strategy undertaken by PT. Unirama Duta Niaga Kediri is a Stability Strategy (Stability) which emphasizes on not increasing product, market and company functions, more on effort to increase efficiency in order to increase performance and profit. This strategy is relatively low risk. (2) through the analysis of EFAS (External Strategic Factor Analisys Summary) obtained a total score of 3 and through the analysis of IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Analyys Summary) obtained a total score of 2.95. So that value is inserted in SWOT Analysis showing the position of company PT. Unirama Duta Niaga Kediri in the first quadrant, the appropriate strategy is aggressive strategy or expansion strategy that means the company is in good condition and steady so it is possible to continue to expand, increase growth and achieve progress by maximizing internal and external strength of company in increasing sales volume and excellence (3) Based on the calculation of market share it seems that from year to year experienced an increase, market share achieved by the company, it can be specified that in 2012 market share achieved by the company from the overall sales of the industry amounted to 56.23, In 2013 by 57.91%, 2014 market shareproduction of 59.29%, 2015 market share of 59.67% and 2016 market share of 62.33%.

Abstract

This Research to know and analyse employees performance in Terra of Computer System Kediri. Variable in this research is incentive and training of job/activity as variable of X, and employees performance as variable Y. Research method the used is technique method analyse descriptive data. While sampel in this research that is employees of Terra Computer System Kediri amounting to 25 people. How employees can work with as good as possible in finishing work with existence of gift/ giving of incentive and training of job/activity. This research aim to to show influence of incentive and training of job/activity to employees performance. In analysing data used by validity test, test reliabilitas, doubled linear regression analysis, test of F, test T, and test of determinasi. In this research show R niai equal to 0,645 with the meaning relation or correlation between independent variable consisting of incentive ( X1), training of job ( X2) with variable of dependen employees performance ( Y) have high relation or very strong. Assess R Square show 0,416, this means that influence of independent variable consisting of incentive ( X1), training of job ( X2) to variable of dependen employees performance ( Y) is 41,6% while 58,4% influenced by other factor.

Abstract

Analytical tools that we can use is the solvency ratio, liquidity ratio, activity ratio and profitability. The problem is formulated as follows: 1) how is the financial performance of PT Unilever Indonesia viewed from the overall liquidity level?; 2) how is the financial performance of PT Unilever Indonesia viewed from the overall solvency level?; 3) how is the financial performance of PT Unilever Indonesia viewed from the level of the overall earning ratios?. Research results can be disimpulan that: 1) based on the ratio of liquidity from the year 2014 to 2016 year existence of the tendency of decrease of yield ratio i.e. current ratio years 2015 of 452.70% down to 402.06% in 2016 while at the cash ratio there is an increase of 14.99% in 2015 be 22.09% year 2016 indicate that firms can still cope with debt lancarnya. 2) developments of PT. Unilever Indonesia from the year 2015 of 36.01% until the year 2016 becomes 29.45% based on solvency ratio unstable means company's ability in covering debt-debt experience up and down; 3) based on the ratio of the activity of the Total Asset Turn Over experience decreased performance; 4) based on the ratio–the ratio of the profitability of the company's performance in gaining profit increase either on the ratio of Return On Equity (ROE) in 2015 gained ratio 1.04% to 3.12% in 2016 while the Return On Investment (ROI) up from 0.681% in 2015 be 2.23% in 2016.
