Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the knowledge of technology poultry production and entrepreneurship for the development of indigenous chicken farms. The research location Sidrap and Bone regencies, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The data collected through direct observation and structured interviews with 96 indigenous chicken farmers. The data analyzed by descriptive statistics and Spearman's Rank correlation. The results showed that the development of indigenous chicken farms was decreasing and not increasing in the number of chickens, the knowledge of farmer respondents in technology poultry production and entrepreneurship was categorized as inadequate. The results show that in the technology poultry production, knowledge of suitable feed, and control and prevention of disease have a positive and significant relationship with the development of indigenous chicken farms. In entrepreneurial knowledge, knowledge of results-oriented and opportunity-seeking have a positive and significant relationship with the development of indigenous chicken farms. The conclusion, the technology poultry production, and entrepreneurship knowledge have an important role in the development of indigenous chicken farms

Abstract

Quality of work life and job satisfaction is very important in an organization so that it attracts the attention of researchers. There are a number of articles on the relationship between quality of work life and job satisfaction, especially the Asian context; but there is a dearth of literature review on such relationship.The purpose of this review is to examine the relationship between quality of work life and job satisfaction in Asia. Based on the results of the literature review from various countries and organizations in Asia, we find that quality of work life and job satisfaction have a positive and significant relationship in organizations in various countries in the Asian region.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the brand image, lifestyle, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Iphone smartphones. The population used in this study is the consumer iPhone mobile phone users. The method used in this study is a partial test with a Likert scale. The sample in this study were consumers of iPhone smarthphones with a total of 40 respondents. Statistical tests were performed using PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validation test uses the loading factor, convergent validity, and face validity. While the reliability test uses the Cronbach'c alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). After all the results of the indicator items used in this study are valid and reliable, then the hypothesis is tested. Of the three hypotheses proposed, all of them are supported and for each hypothesis there is one researcher who says the results are not significant. The conclusion of this study is the importance of maintaining brand image for a better lifestyle and maintaining good product quality, in order to get good consumer reviews, besides that it is also important to pay attention to lifestyle in order to remain confident and make purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, voluntary disclosure, leverage, and timeliness on earnings response coefficient at LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research time period used is 3 years, namely the 2015-2017 period. The population of this study includes all LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 10 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that corporate social responsibility, voluntary disclosure, leverage and timeliness had no effect on earnings response coefficient.

Abstract

Everybody needs internet, so does SMEs, but the internet likes a knife. If wrong, can be injure users. so users must care about security in using the internet. This is called the cybersecurity awareness. a person's actions are influenced by perceptions and perceptions appear to be motivated by an ethical orientation. so it is important to examine whether there are differences in cybersecurity awareness that are motivated by ethical orientations. This study conducted in Bantul, Yogyakarta with study subjects were 59 SMEs. The test results to see differences in awareness using the Mann Whitney test show that there is no difference regarding cyber security awareness, both in individuals with an ethical orientation of idealism and relativism. Cyber ​​security awareness is absolutely necessary so that users avoid every crime that exists.
