Abstract

Satisfying consumer needs is the desire of every company. Apart from being an important factor for the company's survival, satisfying the needs of consumers can increase its advantage over the competition. Consumers who are satisfied with products and services tend to buy back products and reuse services when the same needs reappear at a later date. This study aims to determine the effect of removal of baggage facilities on customer satisfaction on Air Wings Airline. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, while this type of research is categorized as a causal research. The population in this study are consumers who have used air flight services using wing air, the number of samples taken in this study were 50 respondents with the sampling used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used simple linear regression, partial test with t test. To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 23.00. The results showed that the elimination of baggage facilities had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction on the Air Wings airline

Abstract

This study to measure the influence of social responsibility on consumer purchasing decisions to buy Rabbani products. This research uses quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis which has 4 studies. The technique of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents who were given to Rabbani customers in the City of Salatiga. The results showed that there was an influence between corporate social responsibility, corporate image and brand image on purchasing decisions. The results of path analysis show that corporate image and brand image mediate corporate social responsibility in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Lending is the primary business of retail banking and non-performing loans (NPLs) have been the focus of attention in recent years. In the wake of the 2008–2010 financial crisis, non-performing loans (NPLs) had increased everywhere, but in some countries they had reached unprecedented heights. Several banks have experienced a particularly challenging period over recent years and the Great Financial Crisis has highlighted the weakness of the banking system and the need to further investigate banks’ asset quality and transparency from both a regulatory and an accounting perspective, which pressure by different institutions for a more accurate assessment of loan portfolios led to the general need for higher provisioning in a period characterised by extremely low interest rates and low bank profitability. The objective of this research is to determine the factors associated with non-performing loans. We presented a literature study using systematic literature review of relevant publications and as a result of this process, we included 21 articles and then examined the bibliographical references to check the validity of the inquiry and to avoid any potential omissions. We identified several variables that affect NPLs and those that are influenced by NPLs. We found no variables that associate with policies, and strongly suggest research for variables that associate with policies.

Abstract

Human resources have an important role in a company, all aspects related to human resources ultimately affect the company's output. Given its very important role, it is appropriate for a company to maintain human resources by paying attention to employee job satisfaction.This study aims to determine whether the work environment and organizational culture have an effect on employee job satisfaction at CV Saudara Mulya Bersama. In this study using a saturated sample technique using all members of the population as many as 40 respondents to employees of CV Saudara Mulya Bersama. Based on statistical analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In testing the classical assumptions, the regression model is normally distributed, free from multicolonierity and does not occur heteroscedasticity. The results of the study show that partially the work environment (x1) variable has a positive effect on the Y variable employee satisfaction, as well as the organizational culture( x2) variable has a positive effect on the Y variable employee satisfaction. and simultaneously the work environment and organizational culture have a positive effect on employee satisfaction at CV Saudara Mulya Bersama. In this study, the variable that has the greatest influence on job satisfaction of employees of CV Saudara Mulya Bersama is the variable of organizational culture.

Abstract

The paper attempts to examine the experience of the Nepalese investors at the secondary market. The paper explored the investment decisions process of the Nepalese investors. The paper has adopted the grounded theory to generate the theory from the data collected from the semi-structured interview from the stock market investors having an academic background in management. The findings revealed that the investors are eager to invest in the stock market and go for a better experience from their trading at the NEPSE floor. The study exposed a mixed opinion in context to the understanding of the macroeconomic aspects and their influence on investment decisions. The investors forwarded that there is no relation between their investment decision-making process and the macroeconomic factors, while some of the investors stated that they see a connection of the economy with the stock market directly or indirectly. The study came out that the major concern of the Nepalese investors is a fundamental aspect of the listed companies while selecting for an investment. At the same time, investors stated that they go for technical analysis or follow the market trend for the short-term trading at NEPSE floor. The investors are seen at one point that the unstable political situation and insider trading have been major challenges, in context to the Nepalese stock market. Finally, the excessive flow of information related to the listed companies either with some validity or not, makes an investor’s investment decisions go wrong.
