Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop  learning e-learning-based as a solution in improving attitudes, interests and competence of student learning in particular PTIK employee class in the subject matter of programming dam algorithm looping /looping.The research method used follows the steps of Sugiyono but the researcher only took 4 (four) stages of research, namely 1) preliminary stage, 2) development stage, 3) validation stage and 4) implementation phase. The essence of this study is to look for differences between attitudes, interests and learning competencies before and after the application of-based elearninglearning. The results showed a difference in attitude percentage of 12.13%, the difference in percentage interest of 18.23% and the results of student learning competencies were seen from the average score of pretest of 73.16 and theaverage score  posttests of 89.63 with the test results the gain is 1 with high criteria. Thus it can be concluded that the results of the development oflearning in blended themethod flipped classroom can improve the attitudes, interests and learning competencies of employees of the PTIK class. This finding is the development of the blended learning  method of flipped classroom, a learning method that can be applied at the college level that has employee classes.learning in Blended themethod flipped classroom can be used as a reference in new learning in college.

Abstract

Vocational education policies that are currently being implemented to produce skilled workers in their fields, one of them are, the proportion of Senior High School students: Vocational High School students are 30%: 70%, changes in the number of comparisons have an impact on the needs of the number of teachers, while temporary vocational teachers (productive teachers) in other expertise/specialization programs or other subjects, the number of teachers exceeds the amount that is required. The dual expertise program is a program to provide additional teaching authority for Vocational High School/Senior High School teachers who teach certain subjects to become productive subject teachers in Vocational High Schools in certain skill competencies that are different from previous skills competencies and relevant to their educational background. The objective of this study is to review and describe the implementation of dual expertise policies for Vocational High School teachers and their impact on Demak Regency. The process of preparation, implementation, and results of activities is described so that they can be understood as aspects related to the issues regarding the policy. This research was qualitative research. To get the validity of the data, the researchers used several data validity checking techniques, they were: (1) Technique of checking credibility; (2) Technique of transferability; (3) dependency checking technique. The data analysis used in this study was qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of this study is the impact of implementing dual expertise activities has not been significant towards the fulfillment of  the needs of productive teachers. It is known that the problem is the element of communication, namely the lack of delivery of information from policy actors to the teacher. For other elements such as disposition, resources, and bureaucratic structure, it has been implemented well.

Abstract

Professional Certification Institution (LSP) as an organ or body that organizes professional trials. Implementation of web-based information systems (online) Professional certification institutions assist management in organizing data, scheduling, detecting assessors' expiration, and providing information to LSP assessors. The purpose of this study is to build an information system for Professional Certification Institutions to facilitate the Batik LSP process also helps in getting faster and more accurate data from the process. The method used in this research is research and development (research and development) with the 4D model, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Dissemination. In the initial stage "Define", analysis and analysis of needs at the batik certification body. In the "Design" stage, an application design is carried out, including database design, interface, and system flow. The "Development" stage is carried out from the development application which consists of: (1) Pre-Alpha; (2) Alpha; (3) Beta; (4) Releasese Candidate; and (5) Release. Whereas the "Dissemination" is a development where the product is tested to the user to find out the usefulness in assisting the testing process in the Batik Certification Institute. From the results of the questionnaire and the blackbox test, it was found that the information system had fulfilled the requirements and was suitable for use by the blackbox users that had been done.

Abstract

_______________________________________________________________The growth of the automotive industry is growing, so the demands for the availability of skilled vocational graduates are increasing, so that teachers who are competent and productive are needed. The problems that occur are the limited number of productive teachers, so that the competency test development model is needed. The purpose of this study: (1). Knowing the competency profile of TKR teachers, (2). Knowing the results of developing competency test models for vocational school teachers in the TKR field, (3). Conduct the effectiveness test of the development model of the TKR Vocational School teacher competency test.The method used is R & D with desaign post test-only technique. Tests carried out are tests of validity, normality, and effectiveness.Conclusion: (1). The professional competence profile of TKR teachers in the electricity sector at a fairly good level, (2). Model development is declared valid, so that the competency test model in the form of TKR modules is obtained, especially electricity, (3). The development model is effective in implementing TKR teacher competency tests

Abstract

Understanding the basic material of design and mastery of the media if it is technically adequate, it can be ascertained that the design of the clothes produced by students looks more aesthetic. The purpose of research: (1) determine the contribution of understanding of the design principles of the aesthetic quality fashion design, (2) determine contributions mastery media use design to the aesthetic quality of fashion design, (3) determine contributions jointly between the understanding of design principles and mastering the use of design media for the aesthetic quality of fashion designs made by fashion students of Vocational School in Kudus. The pattern used in this study is correlation with a quantitative approach. The studies population is 76 second grade student of dressmaking study program of SMK N 1 Kudus. The research sample is 38 students inclass XI TB 1 SMK N 1 Kudus. In this study there are 2 independent variables namely Understanding the Principles of Designand Mastery of Use of Media Design. Meanwhile the dependent variable is Aesthetic Quality Design. In doing validation, there are 2 ways, namely: (1) Expert Validation (2) Trial Validation. Reliabilitas items made by using Alpha formula. The data analysis technique uses the correlation analysis formula. Reliability performen this study using a test of consistency cohen's kappa. There contributed between 1st assessors and 2nd assessors on the aesthetic quality of design with koefiseincohen's kappa value of 0.200 which means there is no agreement among 1st assessors and 2ndassessors in assessing the aesthetic quality fashion design. The results showed that based on calculations π x1y.x = 0,296, dan ρ = 0,040 ˂ 0,05 which indicates that it is significant, supported by data (accepted). The values obtained show an understanding of design principlescontributing positively to the aesthetic quality of fashion designs.Based on calculations π x2y.x1 = 0,808, ρ = 0,00 ˂ 0,05 which indicates that it is significant, supported by data (accepted). The value obtained shows mastery of the use of design media contributes positively to the aesthetic quality of fashion designs. Based on the calculation of the correlation test in the third hypothesis, R = 0.989, with Fcount = 732,482, and ρ = 0,00 ˂ 0,05, thus the correlation coefficient is positive, the relationship is in the same direction between the two variables. That is, there is a positive relationship between understanding the principles of design and the use of media with the aesthetic quality of fashion designs. After comparing it with a table, it is concluded that it has a very high correlation. This implies that the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) is 97,8 %, the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The cooperation form of SMK KaryaTeknologi Jatilawang of technology and industry group with Astro Partss in the framework of forming an entrepreneurial spirit. This research aims to describe and analysis (1) the cooperation form of SMK KaryaTeknologiJatilawang with Astro Partss, in terms of forming the entrepreneurial spirit in students; (2) which form of cooperation is the most dominant in the formation of entrepreneurial spirit in students. The cooperation of SMK KaryaTeknologiJatilawang with Astro Partss aims to develop students’ soft skills and competency ability in order to be ready and able to face the world of work. The research be used is a design qualitative research. The research approach is meant to learn deeply by examines, analyses, and describes based on data in SMK KaryaTeknologiJatilawang. The data collection technique which used are observation, interview and documentation which are continued with data source triangulation method to check data validity. The result of this research is SMK KaryaTeknologiJatilawang gets the cooperation form with Astro Partss, the forms are; (1) foster father –  foster child; and (2) dual system; and (3) industrial culture ; (4) training; and (5) agency. The last result of this research can be known the cooperation form of agency is the most dominant cooperation form in terms of forming the entrepreneurial spirit in students.

Abstract

The development of a local potential-based fashion production unit requires the integration between the national curriculum and local values. This study aims (1) to find a model of local potential-based fashion production units for troso woven fabrics; (2) to test the validity of the local potential-based fashion production unit model for troso woven fabric; and (3) to test the effectiveness of the local potential-based fashion production unit model for troso woven fabrics. The research and development (R & D) design was employed in this study. The production unit management model developed in this study was a local potential-based management model by involving students not only in service unit but also in their management so that they can improve the competence of sewing and entrepreneurship. The results of the production unit model at Vocational High School 2 Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia showed that the model that has been validated by experts is very valid using the Critical Validity Ratio (CVR) all items get a value of 1 with a condition of 0.99 for 2 experts, so that according to the CVR, all items were categorized valid. The results of the limited trial also showed that the fashion production unit model was considered effective, which resulted from student's t-test with a significance of 0.001 <0.05. This indicated that the model could improve the competence of sewing and entrepreneurial competence of the students. The results of the local potential-based fashion production unit model of troso woven fabric were also seen from changes in student attitudes in entrepreneurship which are assessed by self-confidence, responsibility, leadership spirit, communication and enthusiasm in seeking business opportunities and increasing local potential. In addition to being able to become a reference in carrying out the activities of the production unit, the model can provide experience and entrepreneurial skills to students.

Abstract

The problem revealed in this practical learning model developing assisted by mobile workshops research is to find out the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the learning model assisted by mobile workshop for students' practical skills and entrepreneurial spirit. Research conducted using research and development (R & D) methods with a 4D development model (define, design, develop, disseminate) limited scale trials with the technique before-after without control group design. The practical learning model applies 6 (six) aspects of practical skills and 4 (four) aspects of students' entrepreneurial spirit. The results showed that the learning model assisted by mobile workshop was declared valid based on the average score of Expert 1 cycle II of 3.57 and Expert 2 of cycle II with a mean score of 3.74 with a very valid category and very feasible to use. Based on the practicality questionnaire given to 42 students and 3 teachers the results were "very practical". Based on the assessment of effectiveness using the t test for a 95% significance level obtained the probability value / p value of the test t paired is 0,000 < 0,05. The gain test result with a mean score 0.5359 means that there is  increasing level of practical skills and an entrepreneurial spirit of the students after implementing the practical learning model assisted mobile workshop in medium scale, so that the practical learning model assisted mobile workshop is proven to enhance the practical skills and entrepreneurial spirit of the students.

Abstract

This Research aims to determine the learning effect of motivation, discipline, materials on student learning readiness; to find out learning of motivation, discipline, materials towards the competencies of automotive productive training eye students. The method used is description analysis with linear regression. This analysis is used to determine whether there is an learning effect of motivation, discipline and materials on the competencies of students in automotive productive training eyes with intervening learning readiness. The research subjects were class XI students of SMK Bhakti Praja Batang. Data collection is questionnaire. Descriptive data analysis, validity, normality and regression analysis. The results showed directly that there was a significant effect of learning motivation on student competency, direct significant influence of learning discipline on student competency, direct significant effect of teaching material on student competence, and directly there was a significant effect of motivation on learning readiness, directly there is no significant effect of motivation on learning readiness, direct significant effect of learning readiness on student competence. Indirect effect is mediated by the intervening variable of learning readiness. Independent variables do not affect students' competencies through intervening variables, so that intervening variables are not used as reinforcement between independent and dependent variables.

Abstract

Accreditation and ISO become a benchmark that is used as a school in an effort to ensure the quality of education. In applying of Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015 can be integrated with accreditation standards. Purpose of this research: (1)the evaluation results of ISO 9001: 2015 implementation integrated with accreditation standards in SMK 1 Sragi  in terms of Context, input, process, product; and (2) inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 that are integrated with accreditation standards in SMK 1 Sragi. This research was carried out using the CIPP evaluation model from Stufflebeam. Data collection techniques: questionnaires, interviews, and review of  archive documents. The results showed that : (1) The evaluation results of the ISO 9001: 2015 implementation integrated with accreditation standards in SMK 1 Sragi showed that: the context aspect is categorized quite well with an average of 3.18, the input aspect is categorized quite well with an average of 3.23, the process aspect is categorized quite well with an average of 3.19, the product aspect is categorized quite well with an average of 3.06. (2) The inhibiting factors for the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 integrated accreditation standards in SMK 1 Sragi are stagnation of mindset for sustainable school progress, lack of literary awareness and lack of understanding of risk management, supporting factors for the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 integrated accreditation standards in SMK 1 Sragi are top management commitment, role of personal, effective communication, and continous improvement.
