The waste problem is one of the social issues faced by the community. In overcoming the waste problem, government encourages community participation in waste management, one of which is through the waste bank program. The CIBER Waste Bank is located in the Cilincing village, Cilincing district, North Jakarta. This study aims to describe the process of developing social capital that occurs in the CIBER Waste Bank. This study uses a qualitative approach, by conducting in-depth interviews with 7 informants selected through purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the development of social capital at the CIBER waste bank begins with opening initial contacts to coordinate, fulfill the requirements for cooperation, conduct socialization and direct invitation toward residents, as well as carry out previous joint activities. For efforts to develop social capital that has been formed, CIBER's strategy is to ensure a smooth payment process, meet operational needs in the field, share assistance, ensure a smooth waste transportation process, share information, ensure that waste sales run regularly, meet the volume of waste sales in large quantities, and ensure the quality of the waste being sold

Abstract

Empowerment is a way in which people, organizations, and communities gain control over their own lives, including for fishermen groups which consist of economic, social, and environmental empowerment which is the focus of this research. In Indonesia, the fisheries sector is a great opportunity for business people because it is one of the pillars of Indonesia's current economy. Aruna is a digital startup or startup that focuses on fisheries. The goal is to connect small fishermen throughout Indonesia directly to the market using technology assistance. This is a site for fishermen to be able to learn integrated fisheries management, find out about the latest fishery data and fishery online trading systems, apart from strengthening the economy, Aruna conducts social and environmental empowerment for improving the welfare of fishermen and their families. The research approach used is a qualitative approach, which describes the empowerment of fishermen groups by Aruna by using the technique of focus group discussion, interviews, and discussions with experts and informants consisting of fishermen, mira, community leaders, local heroes, management, and Aruna's founders, totaling 32 people. The results showed that overall the economic empowerment that has been carried out has been very good, but the social empowerment carried out by Aruna still has limitations, especially in the availability of human resources to empower the Nelyan community who require expertise as a local academic influencer, namely someone who has influence and can influence the audience to make a certain choice or action. People who have this ability are social workers who can become agents of change. So that in the future it is necessary to involve social workers to carry out social empowerment for fishing communities. Keywords: Empowerment, Groups, Fisherman, e-commerce

The accuracy of program targets is 86.4%, program socialization is 87%, program objectives are 89.9%, and program monitoring is 78.7%. The causes for the less than optimal effectiveness were the inaccuracy of the implementation of program socialization, program monitoring, and program evaluation, the development of the UPPKA group was not optimal, and the respondents' low awareness and understanding of the business bookkeeping of the UPPKA group. Abstract

The tourism sector is the sector that has most felt the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic. Travel restrictions and crowds issued by the Indonesian government during the early 2020 pandemic are still being carried out. Several tourist destinations/areas try to maintain their sustainability with various efforts and stimuli to increase tourist visits, one of which is the Pulo Geulis Tourism Village/Thematic Village which is famous for its mural paintings. The Pulo Geulis area represents cultural diversity as well as a very strong tolerance since ancient times. The existence of this area can be a strong magnet for the development of leisure tourism as well as to support business tourism activities (MICE). The management of the Pulo Geulis Tourism Village is carried out in a collaborative manner that actively involves educational institutions, corporations and also tourism communities/groups such as tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis) as well as internal community organizations in the area. During the pandemic, the area structuring activities that have been carried out by several stakeholders must gradually experience delays. Initiation to restart environmental management activities begins with reforestation activities in the area. This study will explore forms of collaboration and partnership (partnership) and the role of each stakeholder in environmental management activities in the Pulo Geulis Tourism Village during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The method used in this research is a case study of environmental management activities involving local governments, institutions education, company and community/society. The output of this research is the mapping of roles and forms of collaboration of relevant stakeholders (such as technical/ non technical support, knowledge sharing, community empowerment/ engagement, networking dan local community knowledge) involved in environmental management activities in the Pulo Geulis Tourism Village.
