Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is intended to build a system of protection for the poor. In PKH, assistance given to very poor households is then obliged to send their children to school, conduct health checks including nutritional checks and immunization for toddlers and check the womb for pregnant women. In the short term, this assistance is expected to help reduce the burden of expenditure, while the long term is expected to break the chain of poverty between generations. Abstract

Cryptography is one of the sciences used to maintain confidentiality and data security has been developing since ancient Greece. One cryptographic method that is quite reliable, stable and the parent of the popular cryptographic algorithms today is Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC). In this case the previous block encryption results are feedback into current block encryption. The trick, the current plaintext block is XORed first with the ciphertext block from the previous encryption, then the XOR results are entered into the encryption function. With ECC mode, each ciphertext block depends not only on the plaintext block but also on the all previous plaintext blocks, Implementation of the Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) algorithm in this study was carried out by using an application built using visual basic programming language. Abstract

The internet has become a very important part of communication development in the world. Exchange of information over the internet has many advantages compared to other communication media, especially in terms of speed. But information sent via the internet, security cannot be accounted for. Tapping on confidential information, very often occurs in this communication media. Channels used by the internet are generally not safe channels. By using the lossy compression method, compression can only be applied to images that have similarities to themselves (self similiarity) so that the size of the image gets smaller and saves storage space and accelerates the sending of the image using internet media.

Abstract

Chatting is a form of communication directly between two parties using typed text. If text messages on chat are very important and must be kept confidential, it is necessary to secure text messages on chat media that will be sent using cryptographic algorithms to prevent irresponsible parties. To fulfill this, the encryption (decryption and decryption) process of the text message will be sent. Encryption is done when sending by converting the original text message into a secret text message while decryption is done at the time of reception by converting the secret text message to the original text message. So the text message sent when chatting is a secret text message, so that the original text message cannot be known by unauthorized parties

Abstract

Processing incoming data and outgoing letters at the rector's bureau at Santo Thomas Catholic University in North Sumatra has been using storage of accumulated data, in the form of sheets of paper, then the search requires a long process, because it has to turn back the ledger, so the letter will hard to find, and damage if the letter has been stored for a long time in the mail storage cabinet. Data storage of incoming letters, dispositions and outgoing letters has used the database so that it further accelerates the workings of the Rector's Bureau, because incoming mail and outgoing mail data do not need to be recorded or written into a letter book.
