Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of job insecurity and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of sales department employees at PT Suka Fajar Padang Branch. In this study, a sample of 64 sales employees at PT Suka Fajar Ltd, Solok Branch was used. To get information and data, a questionnaire was distributed. The analytical method used to prove the truth of the hypothesis is by using path analysis. The results of the analysis show that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on the turnover intention of sales department employees in PT Suka Fajar Branch of Solok, while job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention of sales department employees at PT Suka Fajar Solok Branch.Keywords: Job Insecurity, Kepuasan Kerja, Turnover Intention

Abstract

This research was determine the effects of store layout, interior display, and human variable related to shopping orientation at Matahari Basko Grand Mall Padang. This research have done by customer Matahari Basko Grand Mall Padang. The population of this research were all  of the customer Matahari Basko Grand Mall Padang in Padang City, and the sample was 100 respondent. The technic sampling in this research was propability sampling with the accidental sampling. The technic of analysis data used Multiple Regression by SPSS Version. 16.0 program. This results showed that store layout have positive and significant effect related to shopping orientation, with the calculation gained (tcount = 2,568 dan Sig. 0,012 < 0,05), interior display have positive and significant effect related to shopping orientation, with the calculation gained (tcount = = 2,568 and Sig. 0,012 < 0,05), and human variables have positive and not significant effect related to shopping orientation at Matahari Basko Grand Mall Padang.Keywords : Shopping Orientation, , Store Layout,   Interior Display, dan Human.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of workload and physical work environment on work stresson study the sampling method used was total sampling considering the number of samples used was less than 100 people. The analytical method used to prove the hypothesis is to use multiple regression models and t-statistical testing. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it was found that the first workload had a positive and significant effect on work stress on employees of the Padang Timur Sub-District Office, while the second hypothesis was successfully proven the work environment had a negative and significant effect on the work stress of employees of the East Padang District Office.Keyword: Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Stres Kerja

Abstract

This study aims to measure online advertising and tokopedia.com service quality on brand image. The population of this study is the people of Padang city who have done shopping at the online store tokopedia.com. Sampling of this study using accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique of this study was to use a questionnaire with data analysis, namely using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate tocopedia.com online advertising, a positive and significant effect on brand image and tokopedia.com service quality has a positive and significant impact on brand image.Keywords: online advertising, service quality, brand image

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, training and Perceived Organizational Support on Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Hotel Employees in the City of Padang. This type of research is descriptive causative. This research was conducted in the city of Padang. While the time of the study was conducted in 2018. The population in this study were 4-star hotel contract employees in the city of Padang with a sample of 106 people taken by cluster random sampling. Data is processed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, training has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior.Keywords : Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction, Training, Perceived Organizational Support

Abstract

Purpose - This research aims to analyze: (1) The Influence of E-Service Quality toward E-Satisfaction on Tokopedia Website in Padang city (2) The Influence of E-Service Quality toward E-Word of Mouth on Tokopedia Website in Padang city (3) The Influence of E-Satisfaction toward E-Word of Mouth on Tokopedia Website in Padang city (4) The Influence of E-Word of Mouth toward Revisit Intention on Tokopedia Website in Padang city. Methodology - The type of this research is Causative research. The population on this research is all the consumer of Tokopedia in Padang who revisit Tokopedia website with the total sample is 150 person which was taken by using purposive sampling due to unknown the number of population. Finding - Regarding the causal model proposed, the data confirm the relationship set out in the hypothesis. It can therefore be stated that (1) E-Service Quality has a positive effect and significant to E-Satisfaction (2) E- Service Quality has a positive effect and significant to E-Word of Mouth (3) E-Satisfaction has a positive effect and significant to E-Word of Mouth (4) E-Word of Mouth has a positive effect and significant to Revisit Intention. Conclusion - The analysis highlights the positive influence which taking part in the E-Service Quality, E- Satisfaction and E-Word of Mouth toward Revisit Intention. This is the clearly shows in this relationship from the empirical point-of-view. Abstract

This study aims to find out, what are the factors that cause delays in project development in Padang City. The population in this study were several contractors registered as members of GAPENSI Kota Padang. The number of samples is the majority contractor, consisting of 3 intermediate contractors and 5 small contractors. The method used is a cause and effect diagram (fishbone) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of this study are the main factors that cause delays in the repair of construction projects, namely: (1) delays caused by specifications / design changes with a value of 0.1265, (2) weather and natural disasters with a value of 0.1144, (3 )) error in choosing the construction method with a weight value of 0.0912.Keywords: Construction Project Delay Factors, Cause-Effect Diagram (Fish Bone), Analytical Hierarchy process (AHP).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Role Conflict on nurse job satisfaction with work family conflict as a mediating variable. The variables of this study include role conflict, job satisfaction and work family conflict. This research is a quantitative explanatory study. This study reaches out to inpatient nurses who are married RS Level III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang with a total sample of 70 nurses. The sample was obtained by the total sampling method. Data was obtained directly through respondents using a questionnaire. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis and inductive analysis which is used using SPSS.16. this study showed role conflict had a positive and significant effect on work family conflict, work family conflict had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and role conflict had a significant negative effect on nurse job satisfaction through work family conflict as a madiation variable. Role conflict cannot directly influence work satisfaction but must work through conflict family.Keywords: Conflict Role, Job Satisfaction, Work Family Conflict

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to analyze : (1) The effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intention public university student’s in Padang (2) The effect of family environment on entrepreneurial intention public university student’s in Padang. The type of this research is causative research. The population on this research is all of public university student’s in padang . The total sample of this research was 150 persons with online survey. The result of research shows that (1) Entrepreneurial Motivation has significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention Public University Student’s in Padang (2) Family Environment has significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention Public University Students in Padang. Entrepreneurial motivation and family environment have significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out: (1) The service quality of pharmaceutical installations provided by RSI Siti Rahmah Padang is in accordance with patient expectations using the Importance Performance Analysis method (2) Service attributes that need to be prioritized to improve the quality of pharmacy installation services to patients in Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital using the Cartesian diagram. The study population was all visitors or patients who visited to get treatment at a pharmacy pharmacy installation. The sampling technique of this study was to use the accidental sampling method with a total sample of 100 people.The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique uses the Importance Performance Analysis method using Microsoft Excel software. The results showed that: (1) There are 1 service attribute that have a positive gap that is able to meet customer satisfaction (2) There are 3 service attributes that are the top priority for immediate improvement (3) Factors to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services caused by human factors , material, method, and environment.Keywords: Service Quality, Importance Performance Analysis, customer satisfaction, fishbone
