Abstract

This research aims at analyzing the influence of working motivation and working environment toward employees’ performance in Sugar Factory of Ngadiredjo Kediri by using the research technique of quantitative data analysis and causal research method. The data was obtained from survey and questionnairs distributed to 159 employees of Sugar Factory of Ngadiredjo Kediri. This sample was taken from the population consisting of 256 employees by using random sampling, in which the sample is taken from the population randomly without considering their levels. The technique of data analysis used mulptiple linear regression. The results of hyphothesis testing showed that: (1) Working motivation partially and significantly influences employees’ performance in Sugar Factory of Ngadiredjo Kediri, (2) Working environment does not partially influence the employees’ performance but it significantly influences employees’ performance in Sugar Factory of Ngadiredjo Kediri, and (3) Working motivation and working environment simultaneously influence employees’ performance in Sugar Factory of Ngadiredjo Kediri.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the brand image and the price toward the decision to buy the toothpaste product of Closeup in Islamic boarding school of Darul falah V, Cukir Diwek Jombang by using research technique of quantitative and method of causal research method. The data was got from the survey and questionnairs distributed to 40 students of islamic boarding school of Darul Falah V, Cukir Diwek Jombang. The purposive sampling was used to take the sample consisting of 40 students by thge specific critrerias related to the research purpose in order to answer the research problem. The technique of data anaysis used multiple linear regression. The hyphothesis testing showed the results that: (1) The brand image partially and significantly influences the decision to buy the toothpaste of Closeup in Islamic boarding school of Darul Falah V, Cukir Diwek Jombang. (2) The price does not partially and significantly influences the decision the decision to buy the toothpaste of Closeup in Islamic boarding school of Darul Falah V, Cukir Diwek Jombang and (3) The brand image and the price simultaneously influence the decision to buy the toothpaste of Closeup in Islamic boarding school of Darul Falah V, Cukir Diwek Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and career development on employee job satisfaction in the Tjoekir Jombang Sugar Factory by using quantitative data analysis research techniques and causal research methods with data through surveys and distributing questionnaires to 136 Tjoekir Jombang Sugar Factory employees using random sampling sampling, namely taking sample members from the population taken randomly without regard to strata that exist in that population. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of testing this hypothesis show the results that: (1) competence has a partially significant effect on employee performance in the Sugar Factory, (2) career development has a partial effect on the performance of employees in the Tjoekir Jombng Sugar Factory and (3) Job Satisfaction and Career Development have an effect on simultaneous performance of employees at the Tjoekir Jombang Sugar Factory.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Effect of Leadership Style and Work Discipline toward Employee Performance at Meritjan Sugar Factory in Kediri . This study uses quantitative with associative analysis. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique with 95 employees of the Meritjan sugar factory. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. In analyzing data using statistical methods, this study uses validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression formulas. The results of the study show that, (1) Leadership Style Does Not Affect Employee Performance at Meritjan Sugar Factory. (2) Work Discipline Significantly Affects Employee Performance at Meritjan Sugar Factory. (3) Work Leadership and Discipline Style Simultaneously Affect Employee Performance at Meritjan Sugar Factory

Abstract

The purpose of this analyze the effect of staffing and workload toward employee work performance at Sugar Factory of Djombang Baru. This type of research is associative description and sample collection techniques are purposive side techniques with a total sample of 122 employees of Sugar Factory in Djombang Baru. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using multiple linier regression. The results of this study indicate that, 1) Staffing has a partially significant effect on the work performance Djombang Baru Sugar Factory employees, 2) Workload has partially significant effect on the work performance Djombang Baru Sugar Factory employees and, 3) Staffing and workload simultaneously affects work performance of Djombang Baru Sugar Factory employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find presence or absence the influence of Service quality and the online promotion on the service use desicions ( case study on the R.A wedding Lamongan ). Type of this research is using quantitative method. Sampling technique that using by the research is non probably sampling techniques in a way compare incidental sampling with a sample of 80 costumers. Data collection in this research is using questionnaire, interview, documentation, and observation. In the process of data analysis the researcher using statistical method to validity and reability the data, classic assumption test, hypothesis with multiple linear formula. Finding of the research indicate that : (1) basicly, Servive quality give impact positivity on the service use decisions in R.A wedding Lamongan (2) The online promotion has significant effect in the service use decisions in R.A wedding Lamongan. (3) Service quality and the online promotion has influence in to service use decisions on the R.A wedding Lamongan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine wheater or not the influence of job training and work discipline on the work productivity of employees at PT MAAQO. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was saturated samples with a sample of 76 employees at PT MAAQO. This sudy uses the technique of collecting data on obsevations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test and f test with results that show that: (1) Job training and work discipline simultaneously affect work productivity at PT MAAQO. (2) Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT MAAQO. (3) Job training and work discipline simultaneously affect work productivity at PT MAAQO.

Abstract

Competition that occurs at this time makes entrepreneurs to create characteristics that will make consumers interested in these characteristics, characteristics that will be made can be from the store atmosphere or product quality that will later make consumers make repeat purchases. Navila Cafe is a culinary and lifestyle business that has an interesting and unique atmosphere that will make consumers comfortable visiting there, Navila also provides a variety of food and beverage products that will make consumers satisfied when enjoying food at Navila Cafe. This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and product quality on consumer satisfaction Navila Cafe Jombang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using survey methods. The number of samples in this study were 30 with a purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test with the multiple linear regression formula. The results in this study indicate that there is an influence between store atmosphere and product quality on consumer satisfaction of Navila Cafe Jombang either partially or simultaneously with a contribution of 86.7% while the remaining 13.3% is influenced by other factors.
