Abstract

Learning can be said to be successful if there is a Behavior Change stage. Learning in early childhood is the initial basis for character building in children. Learning religious values ​​in children from an early age may be important, because education really requires a process such as an interconnected food chain that makes children religious. The research contained in this journal is qualitative research which is descriptive in nature. To collect data, the researcher used two methods, namely: the interview method and the observation method. The results show that learning that fosters religious character in KUSUMA Kindergarten, Patokan Village, Kraksaan District, Probolinggo Regency, East Java, is by combining classroom lessons, routine habituation, spontaneous, and exemplary. A beautiful character education method needs support from all parties who must be actively involved, from the family, community, general or formal education institutions, to national figures and of course religious and community leaders.

Abstract

This study discusses the problems of applying bald sanctions for students who have problems in PP. Nurul Jadid. The purpose of this study was to determine the root cause of the application of bald sanctions against problematic students. Due to the fact, the sanction is not a deterrent reason for santri not to violate the rules of the pesantren. As an analytical tool for the problematic application of the bald sanction is the law enforcement theory of Lawrence M. Friedman. Therefore, the formulation of the problems that arise from this research are; 1) what are the sanctions given to students who have problems in PP. Nurul Jadid? 2) What is the basis for applying sanctions for students who have problems in PP. Nurul Jadid? 3) how are the problems of applying sanctions for students who have problems in PP. Abstract

In the teaching and learning process, learning methods are important things that need to be considered by a teacher so that learning goes well and is not boring. Especially in learning Arabic which requires mastering four skills, the selection of methods must be appropriate to teach some of these abilities. Usually a teacher imposes a method to carry out learning, so what happens is that students are less enthusiastic about taking lessons. This study aims to determine the use of the Total Physical Response method to train students' Arabic speaking skills. The research method used is the Classroom Action Research method by applying two cycles. Each cycle includes action planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation activities. The results of the study indicate that to train students' speaking Arabic skills, it is necessary to equip students with a large vocabulary, and then the vocabulary is used to train students' speaking skills. The introduction of vocabulary in this study was carried out in the first cycle and the use of vocabulary in training students' speaking skills was carried out in the second cycle.

Abstract

Regarding legal aid, it includes the principle of equality before the law and access to legal counsel, and in Indonesia's positive law it has been clearly and firmly regulated in various laws and regulations. In the criminal justice system in Indonesia, the regulations governing legal aid have long been contained in the Criminal Procedure Code. The concept of legal aid itself is actually not a dead concept, meaning that until now we must continuously review it, because after all there are shifts and/or developments concerning the dimensions of time, approach, social, political and economic structure, as well as local conditions. certain factors have their own influence on the study of legal aid.

Abstract

Learning that values students as free individuals, aware of their potential, communicative, critical, fun and full of humanist values is important to exist. This paper aims to determine the strategy of Madrasah I'dadiyah in the realization of humanist learning. The research method used is qualitative with the type of case study, the data collection techniques are observation and interviews. The strategy of Madrasah I'dadiyah in the realization of humanist learning is through four stages. First, determine the direction and goals to be achieved, then choose the most appropriate way to realize the goals. Second, determine the approach in the teaching and learning process. Third, choose the method that best suits the objectives and approaches that have been chosen. Fourth, determine the standards that will be used as guidelines for the next learning process.

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan mengkaji pola kepemimpinan birokrasi di kabupaten situbondo. Fokus kajiannya adalah pola komunikasi politik yang digunakan oleh kepala daerah situbondo selama dua periode. Ketertarikan akademik yang mendasari tulisan ini adalah : pertama, menjadikan ritualitas agama sebagai modal utama dan motivasi awal dalam merealisasikan program kerja. Kedua, menjadikan agama sebagai pusat perhatian birokrasi dan masyarakat daerah. Berdasar pada ketertarikan tersebut, pertanyaan penelitiannya adalah bagaimana kepala daerah situbondo mengkomunikasikan pesan birokrasi melalui media sholawat dan sholat berjamaah. Melalui pertanyaan tersebut, menghasilkan beberapa jawaban atau hasil penelitian: pertama, pola komunikasi politik atau kebijakan yang di gunakan oleh kepala daerah situbondo lebih bersifat teo-antroposentris. Kedua, menjadikan sholawat dan sholat sebagai media sosialisasi pesan pemerintah dan penguat militansi birokrasi. Ketiga, menjadikan sholawat dan sholat berjamaah sebagai media pengentasan kemiskinan dan peningkatan ekonomi kerakyatan.

Abstract

Berbagai penelitian dan karya ilmiah yang berhubungan dengan Konsep, metode, dan proses pelaksanaan pendidikan keagamaan di pesantren memang cukup banyak namun yang ansih membahas tentang pembelajaran kitab kuning melalui tradisi proses pembelajaran di pondok pesantren masih belum banyak, sehingga menjadi penting dan menarik untuk dibahas dan dipahami lebih konprehensif adapun karya tulis ilmiah tentang pesantren telah tersebar luas, baik dalam bentuk buku–buku, makalah, buletien dan majalah. Namun realitasnya masih banyak yang tersisa yang belum terungkap oleh sebagian pemerhati pendidikan tentang pondok pesantren, yang tidak ditemukan di luar pesantren atau pendidikan lain, yang jelas mereka sepakat dan berkesimpulan, bahwa di pesantren terdapat nilai-nilai yang sangat menarik dan spesifik untuk dikaji, salah satunya tentang model pembelajaran kitab kuning. Pembelajaran kitab kuning merupakan salah satu ciri khas tradisional yang masih dilestarikan di lembaga pondok pesantren, maka penulis banyak menemukan karya ilmiah yang mengkaji terhadap system pembelajaran kitab kuning di berbagai pondok pesantren. Jurnal konseptual ini diklasifikasikan menjadi dua hal yaitu sebagai berikut; pertama bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran kitab kuning sebagai upaya pengembangan kemampuan santri serta dampak dan urgensi pembelajaran kitab kuning dalam mengembangkan kompetensi santri

Abstract

Pada tataran filosofis dan praksis pendidikan Islam di Indonesia tak luput dari bermacam persoalan baik yang bersifat akut maupun faktual. Persoalan akut seperti diskursus yang tak kunjung usai antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum. Sementara problema faktual lebih terkait pada masalah-masalah teknis implementatif pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam. adapun Peta pendidikan Islam lebih banyak meliputi pada lembaga pendidikaan keagamaan yakni pembahasan problematika pendidikan Islam lebih dititik beratkan pada hambatan terjadi di lembaga yang bercirikan Islam terutama tingkat sekolah dasar hingga menengah yakni Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Madrasah Tsanawiyah dan Madrasah Aliyah. Karena itu pembahasan jurnal ini akan lebih fokus membahas tentang Bagaimana sejarah lembaga pendidikan islam dan perkembangan madrasah di indonesia? Bagaimana Madrasah dan pendidikan agama Islam mengaktualisasikan peserta didik dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat? Dan Perkembangan Madrasah MI, MTs & MA serta Eksistensinya? Sehingga dapat diketahui bagaimana sesungguhnya eksistensi lembaga pendidikan islam yang berbasis madrasah di Indonesia.
