Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui trend penerimaan dan pendapatan terhadap industri penggilingan padi PT. Griya Satria Mekongga di This study aims to determine the trend of acceptance and income of the rice mill business in Wundulako District, Kolaka Regency. The determination of the research location was carried out purposefully. Observation, interview, and documentation methods were used for data collection. The analytical method used is acceptance and income trend analysis. The results showed the trend towards acceptance and income of the rice mill business at PT. Griya Satria Mekongga in 2022-2026, namely increasing from year to year where in 2022 revenues amounted to IDR 6,408,084,400 and total costs amounted to IDR 5,248,425,170, so that revenues amounted to IDR 1,159,659,230 and in 2026 revenues amounted to Rp. 8,557,086,240 and a total cost of Rp. 5,248,425,170, so an income of Rp.3,308,661,070 is obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of the developing a palm sugar home industry in Tolowe Village, Ponrewaru, Wolo District, Kolaka Regency. Determination of the location is done ( purposive ). Data was collected by using the methods of observation, interviews/questionnaires, documentation and literature review. The analytical method used is SWOT analysis. The results of the study of the value obtained from the IFE matrix (2.21) and the value obtained from the EFE matrix (2.18). The results of the alternative strategy using SWOT are S – O Strategy: Improving the quality and quantity of palm sugar products and developing marketing of palm sugar products. W – O Strategy: Conduct training for workers in the production process with community support and take advantage of the fluency of the industry to meet production needs. S – T Strategy: Establish good communication with the government and consumers and prepare a good production process to face competitors. W – T Strategy: Making appropriate financial policies and regulations for the development of the palm sugar industry and seeking market information about the price of palm sugar products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of making shredded tuna products at UMKN Citra Permata Kendari. The research conducted is a case study). The analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the process of making shredded tuna at UMKM Citra Permata Kendari goes through various stages of the production process, including cleaning tuna to be used as shredded fish, steaming sliced tuna to make it easier to take the meat and separate it from the bones. Fish, seasoning to give a unique taste to the shredded tuna, frying until the color of the shredded tuna turns brown, pressing to remove the remaining oil on the shredded tuna, and packaging for the final production stage of shredded tuna products.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the feasibility of processing clove leaf waste into clove leaf oil in Lede District, Taliabu Island Regency. The analysis in this study uses financial feasibility analysis. The results showed that clove leaves contain antibacterial compounds such as flavonoids, phenolics, triterpenoids, tannins, phenolics, eucalyptol, α-cardinal, caryophyllene, and limonene. Dried fallen leaves are the primary raw material used to produce clove leaf oil. The results showed that the analysis of the financial feasibility aspect of clove leaf oil refining carried out in Balohang Village, Lede District, Taliabu Island Regency, was declared feasible for development with a positive NPV feasibility value of 1,345,940,035 for five years of operation, an IRR of 169.93%, a Net B/C of 1.2, a PBP = 0.58, an ROI of 88%, and production of BEP 685.45 at a BEP price of IDR 106,4455. Based on the analysis of non-financial descriptive aspects, namely the estimation of market and technical aspects, the clove leaf oil refining business in Balohang Village has adequate opportunities to run.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the forecasting of the optimal stock of rice using the economic order quantity (EOQ) model at the BULOG Warehouse GBB Punggaloba, West Kendari District, Kendari City. The research used forecasting methods through the Minitab 16 application and economic order quantity (EOQ) analysis. The inventory flow for Bulog warehouses comes from domestic rice procurement (DN). The procurement of DN rice is spread throughout Southeast Sulawesi Province. The results obtained are that in 2022, the rice supply that Perum BULOG Warehouse GBB Punggaloba must carry out is 5,323,696.04 kg, with a total economic order (EOQ) of 80,209.43 kg, an order frequency of 775 times, and a total inventory cost of Rp. 58,278,984,682.54. As for ensuring the stability of rice availability in 2022, Perum BULOG needs to prepare a total safety stock (SS) of 15,971,088.13, with an average of 1,330,924.01 kg/month, a maximum total supply (MI) of 16,051,297.57 kg, with an average of 1,337,608.13 kg/month, and for the continuity of supplies, it is necessary to determine the reorder point (ROP) with a total of 16,326,001.20 kg and an average of 1,360,500.10 kg/ month.

Abstract

The chicken meatball processing business located in Rahandouna Village, Poasia District, Kendari City, is a home-based company that produces chicken meatballs. This research aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and determine a competitive strategy using the SWOT analysis method. SWOT analysis can provide accurate research results to formulate competitive strategies that maximize strengths and opportunities. But at the same time, it minimizes weaknesses (weaknesses) and threats (threats). The research results show a strength score of 1.95, weaknesses of 0.80, opportunities of 1.65, and threats of 0.98. So, it was found that Mrs. Hasnia's business position was in a very favorable situation; the company had opportunities and strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support aggressive growth policies (growth-oriented strategy).

Abstract

Proper business development analysis is essential so that micro businesses develop and become sustainable small industries. This research aims to determine the elements of actors, constraints, needs, and objectives that play a crucial role in supporting the development of tempeh products at Alfia Jaya in Baubau City and in finding out the recommended solutions by knowing the key factors in developing tempeh products using the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) Method. This research uses the ISM method. ISM is useful as a decision-making system tool. The research results show that the factors are divided into four levels and are included in the autonomous, dependent, related, and independent sectors. The key influencing factors are all elements of actors, constraints, needs, and goals, one of which plays an important role, namely actors/stakeholders, namely suppliers, traders, consumers, cooperative and SME services, industry and trade services, agriculture and food security services, and institutions—financial results, as well as the percentage of consistency results obtained from each element.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the productivity of micro-scale tempeh processing businesses in South Konawe Regency. Determining the research location was carried out purposively. The sampling method used in the research is the census method technique, where the samples used in this research are the Micro A, Micro B, Micro C, Micro D, Micro E, and Micro F tempeh businesses. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews. , documents and libraries. The analysis used is analysis of labor productivity, production productivity, income and trade system margins. The results of the research show that the labor productivity of micro-scale tempe businesses that have very good consecutive criteria is Micro B and C. The production productivity of micro-scale tempe businesses is Micro A, B, C, D and E. The income of tempe businesses is the highest. The highest micro scale in one production is the micro B tempeh industry with a value of Rp. 3,069,000.
