Jurasik (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika)
JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. Development of the era had a considerable impact on the existence of a language. To overcome this there are some efforts to be made, one of which is to create a dictionary, a dictionary that was made to be practical and quick in use. Dictionary in question is a dictionary based on Android. To create a dictionary-based android can use string matching algorithm, one of the string matching algorithm is the Rabin-Karp algorithm, Rabin-Karp algorithm perform string matching hash value based on the text and the pattern hash value. The study produced an android based dictionary application which the base number is used to generate a hash value greatly affects the speed of search words. Average running time of 10 attempts to search for words is 14.9 ms.

Determination of optimum route is a problem that can be found in a variety of activities. Principal of the problem is how to organize the trip so the distance is the minimum distance that the optimum is best found on a map or graph. There are many algorithms available to solve them. Algorithm is divided into two parts, the exact methods and heuristic methods. Heuristic method is considered the best method because it can work quickly. Tabu search is a heuristic method that is often used in solving optimization problems. The algorithm works by improving a solution by using memory to avoid that the search process does not get stuck at a local optimum value by rejecting new solutions that may be in memory (taboo) so that the new solution will be more dispersed. The author will implement a tabu search algorithm to provide a better alternative solution to solve the problems of the effectiveness of the distribution of charging money at the ATM machine.

Improving Academic Achievement Scholarship (PPA) and Student Learning Aid (BBM) is one of the stimulus given to the government for students with the aim of motivating students to enhance the spirit of learning. In accordance with the program guidelines issued by the Directorate General of Higher Education must follow the principle of 3T is Right Target, Right Number and Timely. Computer Informatic Management Academy (AMIK) Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar is one of the private universities obtained on the scholarship quota. In accordance with the number of students currently as many as 1,400 people then the allocation of the scholarship must be selected carefully to fit the government guidelines. In this case we need a method that can support decision boosters system (DSS) in determining the grantee is using simple additive weighting method (SAW). With the basic concepts seek a weighted sum of the rating performance of each alternative on all attributes that require a decision matrix normalization process. This method can make an assessment criteria and detailed compound with a comprehensive framework considerations hierarchy process which then calculate the weights to each criterion in determining the priority recommendations of PPA and BBM scholarship recipients in accordance with the target.

Elephant foot disease or filariasis is a contagious disease caused by filarial worms that are transmitted through the type of mosquito. This disease is chronic and if not get treatment will result in permanent disability in the form of leg enlargement, genitals both women and men. Elephant foot disease is generally detected through blood microcopy examination. Until now it is still felt because microfilaria only appear in the blood at night for several hours (nocturnal perioicity). In addition, various methods of examination are also performed to diagnose elephantiasis diseases such as those known as membrane crawl, knott concentration method and deposition technique. This study identifies elephantiasis and its causes, and applies certainty factor methods and designs expert systems to diagnose elephantiasis. To diagnose elephantiasis by using certainty factor method. Patients will be given questions to obtain probable values and then the values obtained will be solved by certainty factor formulation, so that the diagnosis and percentage is likely to develop elephantiasis.

Performance appraisal of employees is absolutely done to know the achievements that have been achieved every employee. With achievement appraisal means subordinates get attention from the topics to encourage their passionate work, with reference to the process of honest and objective assessment and there follow-up. Follow-up appraisals enable employees to be promoted, demotivated, cultivated, and rewarded for service. The purpose of this study is to make a decision support system employee performance appraisal employee used to increase the class. This decision support system uses Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method. Where the criteria used are Work Attitude Employees, How Employees Work, Employees Work and Employee Duty Day. The sample data used is 5 with different weights on each criterion. This study took a case study of PTPN III Pematangsiantar with the calculation that 0.90 has the highest value according to SAW calculation. The value is in the name of Mr. Syamsul Arifin, SE. Therefore this method can be used to assess employees by entering actual data in the system created and can solve the selection problem in multi-process decision making.

Community Health Insurance is one of the government programs for the people of Indonesia in obtaining treatment services at Puskesmas. The program is very helpful for people who are low income and live below the poverty line. Indicators for the government in providing this service consists of 10 (ten) criteria that are House Ownership Status, Floor Area per Household Member, Type of Floor of House, Type of Wall House, Lighting House Used, Fuel Used, Frequency Of Eating In A Day, Ability Buy meat/chicken/milk in a week, Employment of head of household, Education of head of household. In the application, of course, has constraints in deciding who the participants who get the Jamkesmas service. With the application of one of Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) able to overcome obstacles faced by government. Some methods of MCDM such as Simple Additive Weighting(SAW), Weighted Product(WP), Weighted Sum Model(WSM) can solve this problem. By applying the WSM is relatively easy and fast, is believed to be able to get the best results.

Acceptance of new students In public schools has always been the number 1 attraction, because the quality of a school is influenced by several things, one of which is the value of prestige against an unstoppable modernization, and one other due to the high accreditation value, as well as the source Competent teaching power. But in this case, to have a quality student resources it is necessary to select the acceptance of students. Similarly, for SMA Negeri 16 Medan which is one of the favorite state high school in marelan area, which is one area in the city of field. In fact quite a lot of prospective students who enroll in SMA Negeri 16 Medan who have high school grades, because the number of prospective students who register exceeds the capacity, the selection of student acceptance based on rankings SMP report cards, and written test only. From the existing problems sometimes there are prospective students who were excluded because they get enough test score when he has a non-academic achievement, and a good personality. Criteria other than academic value, and such as personality and non-academic values, should be used as criteria as well as to determine which students are truly eligible to receive using the SAW method. Non academic is an achievement beyond the academic field that a student has ever achieved. Interview test is an assessment of the personality of the prospective student will be in by the enrollment system. This SAW method serves as a tool of SMA Negeri 16 Medan in making decisions on the selection process of new admissions.

BISS scramble method is a method in which description is done before the broadcast frequency signal sent to each TV station. This is done so that the delivery system and a broadcast signal receiving premium can be gated. BISS scramble method combined with RSA (Rivest Shamir Adleman), which later on safety in the delivery and receiving radio frequency signals broadcast video files can be gated and more robust against an attack.

Energy consumption is a demand for the amount of energy that must supply the building at any given time. Building energy consumption has continued increased over the last few decades all over the world, and Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC), which has a catalytic role in regulating the temperature in the room, mostly accounted for of building energy use. Models created for in this study support vector machine and support vector machine-based models of genetic algorithm to obtain the value of accuracy or error rate or the smallest error value Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) in predicting energy consumption in buildings is more accurate. After testing the two models of support vector machines and support vector machines based on the genetic algorithm is the testing results obtained by using support vector machines where RMSE value obtained was 2,613. Next was the application of genetic algorithms to the optimization parameters C and γ values obtained RMSE error of 1.825 and a genetic algorithm for feature selection error RMSE values obtained for 1,767 of the 7 predictor variables and the selection attribute or feature resulting in the election of three attributes used. After that is done the optimization parameters and the importance of the value of feature selection mistake or error of the smallest RMSE of 1.537. Thus the support vector machine algorithm based on genetic algorithm can give a solution to the problems in the prediction of energy consumption rated the smallest mistake or error.
