Jurasik (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika)
JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah terindeks Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref dan terus akan diupdate mengikuti perkembangan. Jurasik (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah melakukan perubahan jumlah terbitan dari 1 x setahun (Juli) menjadi 2 x setahun (Februari dan Agustus) dan telah melakukan perubahan data administrasi pada laman LIPI dengan url: http://u.lipi.go.id/1480905139. <![CDATA[Calculating land and building taxes requires a measure of land area and estimated costs when building a house. As such, tools are needed that can predict building material requirements appropriately and quickly. The CBR approach can be used to solve these problems, where the method is able to reason to solve problems based on existing cases as a solution to new problems. The system built in this study is a CBR system to determine the building material needs of a house. The consultation process is carried out by entering a new problem compared to the old case then the similarity value is calculated using the nearest neighbor. calculation with data on land area of 100 meter2, building area of 38 meter2, quality of type 2 building, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lightweight steel roof truss and cast tile, then the accuracy value is 0.985 of type 38 from base case so that there is an earth tax and buildings amounting to Rp. 100,389.4. The test results of 111 data test cases, obtained 9 cases that have similarity values below 0.8]]>

<![CDATA[The main cause of the decline in the existence of air Cihampelas service is so expensive. So many people are switching using Cihampelas land as Travel between cities for example, as alternative means. This transport is rated more pocket friendly, because the cost offered is more affordable. But the community is still very minimal in the Kokoro which is about the availability of a successful trip. This is due to the provision of tickets that are still conventional. Therefore, by utilizing technology officials in the current communication, the author is interested to create a travel reservation system application that can run in a smartphone. This app will only be devoted to Android-based smartphones. The creation of this app uses Android Studio with Java as its main programming language. The application also uses the PHP Framework and MySQL databases with servers that are online. With this application, prospective Jeti can Kokoro about accurate travel related from the time, route, village TARIFF i.e. make a reservation and payment can be made in a grip anytime and anywhere.]]>

<![CDATA[Internet is the nessecity that widely used today. One of the way to access the internet it self, we can use the facilities provides by PT.Telekomunikasi that is WiFi.Id. in this application, namely “The WiFi.Id Performance Monitoring Application” can be used to improving the WiFi.Id performance for making it always in good condition and stable. This application is made in web base application where is can be useful for checking WiFi.Id performance that distributed in several point in the fields, the preference from this application we can check in one point from several acceess point without needed to check every point with the provision we still getting a signal that emitted by WiFi.Id access point it self. From this application we can check the quality of bandwidth in every access point, we will know speeds of upload and download that giving and also know the value of ping and jitter in every access point that emitte the signal. This application also can show some of active access point in that location.]]>

<![CDATA[The library strives to maintain and improve efficiency and effectiveness in teaching and learning. Currently there are still many library services that use manual methods. Computerized service systems are able to streamline library services, so transactions such as searching, borrowing, returning and managing data can be done quickly and accurately. In this research, a website-based library service system is integrated with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as a library visitor identity card which can also be used when borrowing and returning books, and Quick Response Code (QR Code) is used as book identification. In this application the admin can process data, register books and members, borrow and return books, and view transaction reports. This application also provides e-mail notifications to resolve problems such as late returns to the loss of borrowed books. The notification automatically sends a message to the user to return the book on the last day of the loan. The existence of a service system in this website-based library application makes it easier for administrators in managing data, improving library services, and email notifications helps to remind the day of returning books.]]>

This is closely related to potential customer satisfaction, thus the possibility of a handover failure resulting in dissatisfaction with operator users. Along with the high customer interest in 4G-LTE technology, this makes Telkomsel cellular operators maintain Quality & Performance where there is a decline in the quality of RSRP & SINR. <![CDATA[The increase in the number of tourists to South Sumatra can be seen from the interest of visitors who come to the area for tourist destinations. The tourists from outside of South Sumatra who have visited this province for the first time will have difficulty accessing detailed information on tourist place and lodging. So, South Sumatra should be able to develop facilities regarding tourist directions to facilitate tourists. The purpose of this research presents an application to help users find information about tourist place and lodging then make users easier to book tourist place. The development of application made using the waterfall method and the Java, PHP, XML programming language with Android Studio 181.5 software. Then the concept used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with Activity Diagrams. The results of this research are android-based by online application that can display information in the form of profiles, contacts, budget, routes to the location of tourist places and lodging places then make the tourist easier to book tourist places.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of telecommunications network technology in Indonesia begins with wireline to become wireless telecommunications as it is today. One of the wireless telecommunications technologies used today is Wireles Fidelity (Wi-Fi) which has the advantage of being in terms of sending signals and having a high frequency. One of the Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) service providers, namely PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia with its products, named Wifi.Id. The amount of bandwidth in the Access Point (AP) always changes according to the number of users connected to the Access Point (AP). So that PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia needs to monitor the Access Point (AP) to meet user satisfaction. In addition to Bandwidth, other parameters are also checked on the Access Point (AP), namely Service Set Identifier (SSID), Media Access Control Address (MAC Address), Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI), Data Rate, and Frequency Access Point (AP ) which is measured in real time in the field. In this study the application was built using Android Studio which uses the Java programming language and XML, as well as for storing data using the MySQL database. The method used for building applications uses the Prototype method. The results of the research carried out are an android-based application for monitoring Access Points (AP) that can facilitate the operators of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia.]]>
