Abstract

Abstract PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Pemangkat is a state-owned company tasked with distributing electricity and providing services to the public. PLN Rayon Pemangkat, Singkawang Area, West Kalimantan Region. PLN Rayon Pemangkat has two Units namely the Tebas and Sentebang Units. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on performance. The population of this research is all of the employees of PLN Pemangkat rayon, amounting to 109 people with the study sample using a census. Data analysis using SPSS V22, the results of the t test show that QWL (X) significantly affects Employee Performance (Y) with a significance level of 0,000 <0,005 or H1 accepted. Then based on the regression results it is known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.511. This means that 51.1 percent of the performance of PLN Pemangkat staff is influenced by Quality of Work Life, while the remaining 48.9 percent is influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study. The advice given is, to maintain the performance of employees to remain good, then PLN Rayon Pemangkat must continue to improve the quality of work life of their employees in order to jointly achieve company goals. Abstract

This research aims to find the cause of the weakening of social capital in a communal community. The study was conducted using qualitative methods in a village where people lived communally for generations. The findings of this study are that it turns out that communal life that has lasted from generation to generation makes people live in a strong brotherhood with an egalitarian spirit. However, at this time when more and more modern times occur people are experiencing cultural shock because they are not ready to see their neighbors more prosperous than they are. This causes jealousy because they previously lived with the same level of welfare. As a result, the social capital potential due to strong brotherhood has not developed. During this time the weakening of social capital is usually associated with the formal institutions that play a role in it. However, this article found that jealousy can also weaken social capital in a society.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out entrepreneurial opportunities in the Sekinyak Hamlet aimed at improving the economy. This research method is qualitative, with case studies. The research location is in Lumar sub-district, Sekinyak Hamlet, Bengkayang Regency. The object of this research is the people in Sekinyak Hamlet. Information obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Belimbing Village, Dusun Sekinyak fosters business opportunities for the local community, such as the sale of agricultural produce, culinary businesses and souvenirs. Keywords: entrepreneurial opportunities, tourism potential, environmental management Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui peluang wirausaha yang ada di Dusun Sekinyak yang bertujuan dalam meningkatkan perekonomian. Metode penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif, dengan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian berada di kecamatan Lumar, Dusun Sekinyak, Kabupaten Bengkayang. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Dusun Sekinyak. Informasi yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini ini menunjukkan bahwa Desa Belimbing, Dusun Sekinyak menumbuhkan peluang usaha bagi masyarakat setempat, seperti usaha penjualan hasil bumi, usaha kuliner maupun souvenir. Kata kunci: peluang wirausaha, potensi wisata, pengelolaan lingkungan

Abstract

This study explains how the basic functions of management—planning, organizing, leading and controlling (POLC)—are packaged in a flipped learning model. The basic functions of management, in general, are introduced at the beginning of lectures and become the basis for further learning in Management Department. As basic course material, the learning process of basic functions management must be arranged systematically and interestingly to motivate students to involve in the next learning materials enthusiastically. Through a case study on the subject of Organizational Management in the Management Department, Faculty of Economics, Sanata Dharma University, this study provides an overview of the learning process of flipped learning to introduce the basic functions of management to students. By utilizing description qualitative approach, this study shows that the flipped learning model can be one of the prospective alternative learning model in implementing basic management functions, both for lecturers and students. Keywords: basic functions of management, learning models, flipped learning Abstrak Studi ini menjelaskan bagaimana fungsi dasar manajemen—planning, organizing, leading dan controlling (POLC)—dikemas dalam suatu model flipped learning. Fungsi dasar manajemen, pada umumnya, dikenalkan pada masa awal perkuliahan dan menjadi basis untuk pembelajaran selanjutnya pada program studi manajemen. Sebagai materi kuliah dasar, proses pembelajaran terkait fungsi dasar manajemen harus disusun secara sistematis dan menarik untuk memotivasi mahasiswa mengikuti materi-materi pembelajaran selanjutnya dengan antusias. Melalui studi kasus pada mata kuliah Manajemen Organisasi di Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sanata Dharma, studi ini memberikan gambaran proses pembelajaran flipped learning untuk mengenalkan fungsi dasar manajemen kepada mahasiswa. Dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan deskripsi kualitatitif, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model flipped learning dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif bentuk pembelajaran yang prospektif dalam mengimplementasikan fungsi dasar manajemen, baik bagi dosen maupun mahasiswa. Abstract

Abstract Green marketing is continuously introduced with the aim of developing a green brand and affected on green purchase intention for environmentally conscious consumers. Who will have more information about green product, green brand cosmetics and its performance, will be more aim to purchase it. This study seeks to explore the relationship between green brand knowledge, attitude toward green brand, green brand equity and green purchase intention. This study also examines the effect of green brand on green purchase intention as the consumers’ response to green brand. This research used a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using a survey using self-administered surveys that are self-managed by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data were collected from 135 consumers of green cosmetics. The hypothesis was tested using Regresion Analysis with SPSS 25. The results showed that green brand knowledge, attitude toward green brand, green brand equity have a positive effect on green purchase intention. Hence, investing in resources that increase these green brand will enhance green purchase intention. Furthermore, this research also found that green brand knowledge, attitude toward green brand, green brand equity have a positive effect simultaneously on green purchase intention among Indonesia green brand cosmetic consumers. Keywords : green brand cosmetic, green brand knowledge, attitude toward green brand, green brand equity, green purchase intetion Abstrak Pemasaran hijau diperkenalkan secara terus menerus dengan tujuan membangun merek hijau dan berdampak pada niat beli hijau konsumen yang focus pada “environmental friendly”. Orang yang memiliki informasi yang lebih terkait produk hijau, merek kosmetik hijau dan kinerja produk/merek tersebut akan lebih memiliki niat untuk membelinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengekslore hubungan green brand knowledde, attitude toward green brand, green brand equity dan green purchase intention. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh green brand pada green purchase intention, sebagai bentuk respon konsumen terhadap green brand. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan survei menggunakan self-administered survey yang dikelola sendiri dengan menyebarkan kuisoner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. 135 data responden dari konsumen green brand cosmetics diguanakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Analisis Regresi dengan SPPS 25. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa green brand knowledge, attitude toward green brand, green brand equity secara signifikan berpengaruh positif pada green purchase intention. Selanjutnya, investasi sumber daya melalui green brand akan meningkatkan green purchase intention, Penelitian ini juga mengemukaka bahwa green brand knowledge, attitude toward green brand, green brand equity secara simultan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap green purchase intention konsumen green brand cosmetic di Indonesia. Abstract

Predikat akreditasi “B” pada Universitas yang diperoleh kampus UKRIM pada tahun 2018 membuat pihak manajerial PUSKOM melakukan evaluasi dengan mentitikberatkan sektor peningkatan pengelolaan dan penggunaan teknologi informasi dari tahun ke tahun terutama di bidang infrastruktur layanan bandwidth jaringan internet serta layanan sistem informasi akademik. Kampus UKRIM telah menerapkan teknlogi informasi dalam mendukung proses bisnis dengan tujuan agar pihak manajerial mampu memahami sejauh mana teknologi informasi mampu berperan untuk mendukung proses bisnis guna mencapai tujuan organisasi, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi. Evaluasi teknologi informasi merupakan rangkaian proses pengumpulan data dari semua kegiatan informasi yang hendak dievaluasi dan diawasi terhadap teknologi informasi perusahaan tersebut untuk mencapai tujuannya. COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) merupakan standar kerangka kerja baku internasional yang digunakan untuk melakukan audit tingkat kematangan tata kelola proses penyelenggaraan dalam pengelolaan suatu organisasi. Tingkat kematangan atau maturity level pada Cobit terdiri dari 6 tingkat kematangan yaitu tingkat 0 (non-existent), tingkat 1(initial), 2(repeateable), 3(defined) ,4(managed) dan terakhir tingkat 5 (optimised). Setelah dilakukan analisis maka diperoleh hasil temuan yang menunjukkan tingkat kematangan penerpan teknologi informasi. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah didapatkan maka diketahui bahwa nilai tingkat kematangan paling rendah pada AI3 yaitu 2,34 dan nilai tertinggi pada DS 7 yaitu 3,80.
