Abstract

Sensitivity analysis is a way to determine the effect on the optimal solution generated by the simplex method if the parameter value is changed. Sistem is designed to address various areas of linear problems because it is open. However, before applying the linear problems encountered on the tool that has been created, it first needs to perform mathematical modeling of these problems. By utilizing this DSS, then all linear problems will be resolved properly and quickly. Optimization of transport models for the distribution of either cost minimization or profit maximization which is linear, the problem of transport carried out using the method of Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM). The method used to solve transportation problems by an efficient algorithm, but the variables are known with certainty. Ds for windows is one of the software for the optimal solution of transport problems that will assist in decision making for managers. The application of transport models used to determine the minimum cost of shipping goods from a supplier who happens to demand. Companies can save money and be more effective in the process of the optimal distribution of goods so it is easy to determine which potential buyers. Stages of the transport model begins with the initial results of the base feasible solution using the method of Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM) and ds software for windows which is a tool to help solve the optimization problem.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to study and analyze the effect of digital marketing and capacity building on the performance of SMEs in Medan City simultaneously, examine and analyze the effect of digital marketing on the performance of SMEs in Medan, study and analyze the influence of capacity building on the performance of SMEs in Medan. The method used to analyze the data is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research conducted by researchers prove that there is an influence of digital marketing on the growth of SMEs. This can be seen from the results of the partial test (t-test) where the value of tcount> t table (8.962> 1.979) and the significance value of 0,000 <0.05. So the results of the study reject H0 and accept Ha. The results of the research prove that there is an influence of capacity building on the growth of SMEs. So the results of the study reject H0 and accept Ha. The results of this study mean that SMEs need capacity building or capacity building.

Abstract

Haemoglobin level is the measuring of pigmenrespiratoricin red blood cells. Mothers’ haemoglobin level effect the weight of the baby. The pregnant women with low Haemoglobin level will danger the mothers and the babies. It is caused by the less of nutrition supply and oxygen to the placenta and effect the function of placenta for the fetus. This is an observasional analitic study with cross sectional approach. This study is aimed to find out the effect of mothers’ eating pattern and the obidience of consuming Fe tablet to the haemoglobin level in Puskesmas Hutabaginda Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara.The population is all pregnant women who examined their pregnancy and got Fe tablet in Puskesmas Hutabaginda Kecamatan Tarutung in 2017 around 60 persons, and they become the samples. The data were collected by questionaire ans interview. The data were analyzed usingunivariate, bivariate, and multivariate. The result of the study show that there is effect between eating pattern pattern and haemoglobin level with p value = 0,000, and there is effect between mothers’ obidience in consuming Fe tablets and haemoglobin level with p value = 0,000. He most effected variable is the mothers’ obidience in consumingg Fe tablet (p = 0,000; OR = 17,6). It means that the mothers who don’t consume the Fe tablet regularly have the risk17,584 bigger to have low haemoglobin level than the mothers who consume regularly. Therefore it is suggested to the Puskesmas Tarutung staff to give counselling about eating pattern and the obidience of consuming Fe tablets so the pregnant women and the babies will be healthy.

Abstract

Indonesia Language has an important role in implication of character values to early chilhood because Indonesia Language is used as a tool for the dissemination and absorption of knowledge, tools for self-development in general, tools for thinking reasoning, communication tools and socio-cultural development and educational tools. By using qualitative descriptive method, the function of language as a communication tool and teacher's self-expression in the classroom gives an overview of the use of verbal and nonverbal language teachers of early childhood education in the classroom clearly seen. The speech used by the teacher influences students to apply character values in the form of politeness in language. The use of polite verbal and nonverbal language can help teachers of early childhood education in the application of character values.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and discover how the implementation of the clause "controlled by the state" in article 33 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in the practice of Indonesian integrity. And what factors influence the implementation of the clause "controlled by the state" in article 33 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in Indonesian constitutional practice. This writing focuses on how the implementation of State control in article 33 of the 1945 Constitution. And find out what factors influence the implementation of state control in practice. This research is a normative study using a statute aproach approach, and a conceptual approach. By using a qualitative descriptive analysis model as an analysis knife. The research subject is Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution, especially in the "controlled by the State" clause.

Abstract

At present the region must conduct its own planning, implementation, and supervision activities. With the increasing workload, human resources must be prepared, both in quantity and quality, meaning that empowerment of the community must be the main priority. Whereas in terms of financing sources, regions are required to be able to finance most activities, so that again creative human resources are needed that can generate thoughts, concepts, and policies. As for the flow of thought in this study, which concerns independent variables namely the role of village officials with the indicators are Coordinator (X1), Motivator (X2) and Communicator (X3). While the dependent variable is Community Empowerment with its indicators are Education (Y1), Economy (Y2), Health (Y3). The role of village officials with three indicators, namely: Facilitator, Motivator, and Communicator. An in-depth study of the role of village officials in community empowerment in a scientific study.

Abstract

Information about the actual news that occurs every day, or what happens every minute that can now be easily obtained such as general online news sites containing various actual information, as well as news sites that have special rubrics, for example news about politics, economics, education , entertainment, sports and so on. by using sentiment analysis by classifying documents with text mining. The algorithm used in this study is Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine based on Particle Swarm Optimization. The results obtained from testing NB, NB (PSO), SVM and SVM (PSO) data will be compared. SVM (PSO) accuracy has a higher accuracy compared to SVM, NB and NB (PSO). So it can be concluded that the best optimization application in this model is that Support Vector Machine based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) can provide a solution to classification problems in the case of sentiment analysis of world football figures Lionel Messi.

Abstract

This study use a quantitative research method that explains how emotional intelligence affects employee performance. Hypothesis test shows that there is a positive effect of emotional intelligence. Population in this research is all employees of Hotel Pitagiri which total 61 people. From the population, random sampling was taken as 10 people for questionnaire respondent’s. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance. The hypothesis of the study states that there is a positive effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance, accepted. This can be known from the results of the data analysis obtained, for the correlation censation test obtained Sig value = 0,000 <0,05 so that the correlation coefficient is significant.

Abstract

In the consideration of the philosophical foundation of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2017 concerning the Bookkeeping System, it is stated that developing national civilization through the development and utilization of science, information and / or entertainment through books containing Indonesian national values ​​and identity is an effort to promote prosperity. general and intellectual life of the nation as mandated in the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. But in Article 3 letter g of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 3 of 2017 concerning the Bookkeeping System, justice is only interpreted as carrying out a bookkeeping system to realize equal opportunities for all levels of society in accessing quality and inexpensive books. Of course justice will be biased when the phrase "pseudonym" is declared by the government. This is contrary to the application for the International Standard Book Number and copyright request with the type of book created by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. When a pseudonym has been declared, a solution must be taken, namely to conduct a judicial review to the Constitutional Court to cancel the phrase "pseudonym". This is very important so that conflicts of norms do not emerge with other laws and regulations.

Abstract

Short stories provide space for readers to see human life and humanity. Things related to marriage, romance, tradition, religion, friendship, social, political, educational and others. In this analysis the use of the descriptive method of analysis provides proof of the character possessed by the five figures in Urbandit's story. Nayla is a mother of a daughter who lives together as a novelist. Ara is a woman who chooses life to satisfy her desires. Yana is a good friend but her husband disappoints only because of a shortage in her that creates an affair on the part of her husband. Where this makes Yana change herself with plastic surgery. Lila is a beautiful woman who has chosen to support herself by entering the world of Pimps. And the last is Anya who feels unhappy just because of her biological dissatisfaction with her husband. So looking for the wrong party at the night club. However, this difference did not make them far apart and remained in their friendship relationship until now.
